Doc's Perspective-

Doc walked into lunch and looked around for Tango.

Tango got up and waved to Doc from across the room.

Doc smiled and started walking over to him when he passed by the Gossip Girls.

"I'm so excited to see RenDoc at lunch today." Tina said loudly to her friends.

Doc stopped and looked over at them.

"Who?" He asked, death staring all of the girls.

"RenDoc!" Pia said and she and her gals giggled.

"We couldn't come up with a ship name, but I feel like this one fits you both perfectly!" Tina explained, a smirk on her face.

Doc shook his head and walked away.

"Oh! Here comes Ren now!" Lena said loudly.

It felt like everyone in the cafeteria had turned to watch Doc and Ren.

They wanted to see whether they would sit next to each other.

As Doc passed tables, he heard girls giggle and point.

Some people started whispering and others continued talking with their friends.

Doc sat down next to Tango and everyone's eyes were on Ren.

"Ren where're you going?" Tina shouted across the cafeteria at Ren who was going to sit at a different table with Bdubs, Etho, and Martyn.

The conversations ceased and Ren froze in his path.

All you could hear was Ren's growls and the whispers coming from each and every table.

Ren then shook his head and sat down at his table.

He started up a conversation as if nothing had happened.

Everyone shrugged and continued at where they left off.

Doc turned around and smiled at Tango.

He started talking about all the homework they had when Zia and Kia walked over and sat down with them.

"What." Doc said rudely, looking at the twins.

The girls looked at each other and started giggling.

"Spit it out or else." Doc snarled.

The girls, still giggling, pointed at Ren's table.

Doc, confused, looked over and made eye contact with Tina who was whispering to Ren.

"Ooo, your boyfriend looks upset, might wanna help him." Kia and Zia said as Ren got up and ran to the restroom.

Doc started to feel terrible.

If he went, that would be exactly what the Gossip Girls wanted, but if he stayed, then he would feel like a terrible person for not helping his friend.

Clearly something was up if Tina was able to make him that upset.

Either that or Ren just got up and left to get away from her.

Doc looked at Tango and he looked just as confused as Doc did.

He then sighed and got up, following Ren.

The Gossip Girls watched him, smirks on their faces.

"Fucking bitches, they just want drama they don't fucking care- "

"Hey Ren?" Doc interrupted Ren's rant.

Ren was standing at the sinks, and was muttering angrily to himself, luckily no one else was in the restroom at that time.

"What." Ren said rudely, "They sent you in here didn't they. Why'd you come? Do you want these rumors going around? Huh?"

"What? No! I just- you seemed upset and- "

"Well, I'm fine." Ren said, death staring Doc, "Why do you even care? It's my fault that this is happening. You should be furious at me. Ignore me."

"Look, I don't want these rumors going around either, but it wasn't your fault."

Ren scoffed.

"It wasn't your fault." Doc repeated, "You were drunk. You didn't know what you were doing."

"Yeah, but it still happened." Ren growled.

"And we can't change that, but we can change how we look at it."

"It doesn't matter. The rumors won't go. Besides, we're the most exciting thing this school has had in months! They'll never let it go."

"But we can still be- "

"Friends?" Ren spat, "We never even really spoke before."

"I've been thinking of inviting you to sit with me and Tango. I thought that you could be a friend." Doc mumbled.

"We've only spoken due to projects."

"And you were super nice!" Doc protested.

"You just want to be friends since we have to work on projects. That's why you came here, right? You thought you had to come and check on me to make sure I was okay just so we could get along for that 30% project that we have to do."

"No! That's not it- "

Ren held up his hand to silence Doc, "Save your breath."

He then walked out, purposely banging into Doc's shoulder in the process.
