Chapter 19- Red Carpet.

LOCATION- MALABAR ESTATES (MUMBAI)

(VAISHNAVI POV)

Atlast the award function day came, so we all got up at 5 am in the early morning and did yoga so that are body gets some exercise. After yoga session, we all first had breakfast and then went our own ways to do our morning routine.

After that when our morning routine was done, company staff have already came to dress us for today's event. It award function starts at 4 pm dot so we have lot of time to get ready.

(After 2 hours)

After my make up so done, I was currently in the bathroom wearing my outfit. I came out and saw myself in the mirror, I was very satisfied by how I was looking and how beautiful the dress was. It was Indo western type of dress so it gave both Indian as well western feel.

I came out of my room and eyes started searching for my didi's.

And there they are talking.

First I saw dhvani di, she was looking soo gorgeous. No words to explain her beauty and I guess that's the reason why she is visual of our group.

Then there is my Samyra di, she was looking awesome. I must say that her dress and her make up fits her personality.

Then our leader aka Ameera di, she was looking soo bright. The dress suits here very well and gives out a cheerful vibe.

Then my Saima di who always tease me, I must say she was looking very beautiful. From what I see she was very happy and obviously why not, the dress was totally of her type.

They all finally saw me and suddenly went quite. After a long silence, dhvani di atlast spoke.

" Haye nazar na lag mere muffin ko."

(It is a statement in india said mostly by the elders when someone is looking very beautiful. They say this soo that we don't get any bad omens.)

" Huh..?" I said as I wasn't able to understand why she said that. After few seconds when I understood and was going to say something but Saima di was fast then me.

" Dhvani didi do whatever you want but you can't keep her away from Jimmy's eyes." Expect me all laughed while I just made some irritated faces but in the end I laughed too.

They always have to tease me, don't they.

Now it's 9:30 am, the function starts from 4 pm but red carpet starts 2 hours before the function means we have to reach there till 2:30 pm. Our performance is in the night nearly between 10 and 11 pm.

The staff said to eat something so we can carry out with other things which they have decided. So we went to dining room and started eating together with staff members.

After some time Jui came and started giving me, only me instructions.

"Jui it isn't my first time attending an award function. I know what to do and what not to do." I said in sleepy voice as because of her instructions lecture.

" I know but its first after your rumoured relationship that's why I am giving this all instructions." She has a point, get ready Vaishnavi.

LOCATION- OBEROI HOTEL ( MARINE LINES, MUMBAI)

(JIMMY POV)

We are currently getting ready for the award function. I don't know why I was really feeling very restless. So restless that I didn't even knew that now I only have my function's outfit to wear.

I went inside the bathroom, wore the outfit and came out only to look my reflection in the mirror.

Ohhh my goddddddddd!!!! Is it really me...? Is it really Jimmy Swift...? Okay I know I am over reacting so I am stopping my act. I know I always look very handsome on doubt in it. I am looking sooo handsomeeeeeee that today even Vaishnavi will say, " you are looking breathtakingly gorgeous." Okay so I know why I was feeling restless.

From what I know, its Indian type of suit which is known as sherwani. Soo yeah I know I will impress all of them, especially Vaishnavi because once she told me that she likes when a men wears sherwani.

I went to the living room and saw that every one was sherwani but the only difference was that mine one was looking a bit traditional than others which was a plus point for me to impress my darling. Ohh from where did I became sooo cheesy..? But I love it soo I will leave it.

Manager- Come on Jimmy! We have to leave.

Jack- No leave him for a while. He is thinking about someone.

Jack teased me and exactly know who that 'someone' was. I just laughed and towards the door where they were standing.

Then we all decided to move out our rooms after 10 minutes.

LOCATION- JIO GARDENS ( BANDRA, MUMBAI)

(VAISHNAVI POV)

We were sitting in a black van and that black van was parked in front of the entrance. I can clearly feel flashing lights coming from cameras of media even though the van's windows was covering with black.

We one by one got down of the car, I was the last one to get down as my didi's told that I shouldn't get out first as it was my first public appearance after my rumoured relationship. I smiled as I remembered it as it shows how much they care about me.

As we all we standing in line near the van, all cameras were now facing towards us. The cameras followed us every time we took steps ahead and flashing at every second. If I was a newbie, I would have definitely closed my eyes because of soo much flashing of cameras but now after 4 years of my carrier, I was used to the flashing of numerous cameras at the same time. It also makes me happy as It tells me that I am successful and famous in my professional life.

We all five were walking with confidence and posed when we reached at the end of the carpet. We gave solo poses too as requested by one of the gentlemen. The cameras were still flashing but our attention was on the person who was going to ask us all few questions before going inside.

This time there were two people and they both were women. Last year it was different, there was only one men who was interviewing us. I saw one of the interviewer and her smile was indicating what was coming but little did she knew that I was more than ready this time. Let's go.

" So my first question is for Miss. Vaishnavi Narsule. Can you tell us if you are......"
