DoN't SpEaK

'I know who you are...'

'What? How?' she demanded. Her mind was racing. She was starting to freak out.

'I figured it out'

'Okay prove it!'

'Your name is Ochaco Uraraka, your quirk has something to do with gravity, and you are a third year in class 3A of UA.'

"Uraraka?" a voice called. She was pulled out of her thoughts when she felt someone touch her arm. She snapped her head up and looked at the person towering over her.
"Oh sorry, Tsyuu, what did you need?" she asked shyly.
"Are you okay? You zoned out during class, plus you look super tired," the green-haired girl looked genuinely concerned.
"Oh yeah, I'm fine, sorry I just haven't been sleeping well these past two nights," She sighed. It was Monday morning and apart from Saturday night, her Red String hadn't spoken to her.
"I feel there's more than that,"
"I guess there is, but I don't want to talk about it," she sighed.
"So since you were barely paying attention to anything, we have a pairs project from Midnight's class,"
"Oh yeah?"
"Yeah, but I think if you want the material you want to ask your partner," she seemed unsteady.
"Who is it?" she asked as she got up.
"Uh, well," she turned to look at the other end of the class, by the window. "Let's just say he's exploding with excitement." Ochaco's eyes widened. The blonde boy had his head down, reading something on his desk. He looked up as if he could sense their eyes on them.
"What are you looking at extras?" he growled, before standing up and shoving his book in his bag. He walked past their desks before stopping. "I have to meet Kasumi for something but meet in my room at 7 and we'll start talking about this stupid project," he barked, eyeing Ochaco before leaving.
"Good luck Ochaco," Tsuyu said before walking away. Ochaco followed slowly. She hung her head and walked quietly through the school, her mind drifting back to Saturday.

'How do you know all that?' she wrote. She was trembling, would she finally realize who he was? Would he tell her? She felt her thoughts racing wildly.

'I have no intention of telling you, I don't want you to know who I am. I'm not in love with you,'

'I wasn't expecting you to be,'

'I don't want you to know who I am,'

'Why not?'

'I just don't, I know you will be disappointed when you find out, just leave it at that, please." That was the last she heard of him. She tried to speak to him again but he would wipe it away and ignore her.

She collided with something hard and warm, ripping her from her trance.
"Woah, careful there floaty!" a male voice chuckled. She looked up to see Kirishima grinning down at her. She smiled back but he could tell it was fake.
"Sorry Kirishima," she said softly, "I was lost in thought,"
"It's all good, are you okay?" he asked, she could see the concern on his face.
"Yeah, I'm all good, like I said, just lost in thought," she chuckled.
"What were you thinking about?" he asked, looking down at the brunette.
"Nothing really," she lied.
"Hey Red!" a gruff voice said behind her. She didn't need to turn around to know it was Bakugou.
"Hey Bakugou," Kirishima waved.
"You're gonna have to walk alone, I have somewhere to be," he said.
"A date?" he teased. Bakugou walked past and Ochaco could see him roll his eyes.
"Go away, shitty hair!" He spat.
"Oh, you're going to see Kasumi?" Bakugou nodded. "Say hi for me!" Ochaco started walking to the door while the exchange happened, but she felt a warm hand on her shoulder. "Where are you going?" Kirishima asked her.
"To the dorm," she said.
"Obviously," he laughed. "Let me walk with you." he grinned and she nodded. They walked out of the crowded school to the dorms in silence. Once they had reached a quiet spot on the way. He stopped and grabbed her wrist.

"Uraraka, are you sure you're okay?" he whispered. He looked down at her sympathetically. She opened her mouth to speak but he cut her off. "I don't want you to lie, you've already lied earlier, what's going on?"
"I guess things have just been weird lately. My red string and I had a weird encounter on Saturday," she said softly. She didn't know why she was telling him this but she felt he could be trusted.
"Do you mean your red string is Izuku?" he asked his eyes wide.
"No, or at least I don't know, I guess it could be, but right now anyone's a possibility, except Kaminari and Todoroki," she stumbled over her words.
"Even me?" Kirishima joked.
"Everyone, including Mineta and Bakugou," she pulled her face at the idea of Mineta or Bakugou. "And that's the worst case scenario..." she trailed off.
"Don't be so grossed out, Bakugou isn't so bad, and you'll probably figure that out when you work with him for the next two weeks," He chuckled. She groaned at the idea, causing him to laugh more. "So what exactly happened?"
"Well, after I got to my dorm he wrote to me again, for the first time in three weeks," she said. "He told me that he knew who I was, and couldn't tell me how he knew, but he could prove it."
"And how did he know?"
"He told me my full name, spelt correctly with the correct kanji, what my quirk was and where I was in school, what year and what class,"
"okay?" He said, urging her on. He seemed on edge
"He explained that he didn't want to tell me who he was, for fear that I'll be disappointed. It was cryptic and it's put me on edge."
"How is it cryptic?" he shrugged.
"He told me he wasn't in love with me, meaning that he isn't looking for a relationship with me, so why would it matter if I knew who he was?" she sighed. "I don't understand any of it." She placed her hands on her face and shook her head.
"He could be lying," Kirishima said. She looked up at him, and for once he wasn't looking at her. He looked away at something in the distance. She had a weird feeling. She felt like he knew too much. Could it be him? No. She shook that thought away. It couldn't be him, could it? He looked down at her suddenly, catching her staring. She blushed involuntarily, looking down. She peeked at him through her eyelashes, to see his giant grin beaming down at her. "Let's get going, I got to go meet up with Momo, we were paired together for this project." He started walking and she followed.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to keep you," she whispered. They walked the rest of the way in silence. When they reached the doors of the auditorium, there were a few students standing around outside. Momo was one of them but Ochaco had her eye on the boy with his back to her, standing with Jiro and Momo. His green hair was messy as usual and she could feel her face explode into a blush.

"Hey, Uraraka," Kirishima said loudly, grabbing the attention of the three students. She looked up at him, but she could hear footsteps from behind her, she didn't look back, there wasn't any need to, it was one of her classmates. "Don't worry about the whole Red String thing, it'll all work out in the end, just enjoy yourself now, with the people you know, your friends," he smiled down at her grabbing her and giving her a tight hug, that she welcomed.
"Thank you, Kirishima, you're a great friend," she smiled and he let go and ruffled her hair before turning to Momo and the other group. Deku walked towards her and smiled.
"Hey, Ochaco, Kacchan," he said, and she swiveled around, the blonde stood behind her and was giving Kirishima a scowl. It wasn't different from his usual scowl so she brushed it off. He looked down at Deku and her, he was still taller than Deku, even though Deku had grown more. But so had Bakugou. He was 5'8 when they first started and Deku had been 4 inches taller than she was at 5'1. Deku had grown to become 5'8 and a half in the past two years, and Bakugou had grown to become 6'0 on the dot. Between the two towering boys, she felt tiny, even though she had grown to be 5'5, thanks to her late growth spurt last year. The two boys used to be shorter than Momo, the tallest girl in class 1A and 3A and now Deku stood eye level and Bakugou towered over her. Somehow she couldn't understand how he had grown so much, but she just figured male hormones.
"What do you want Deku!" he barked before turning his attention to her, "and if you're going to check me out, be more fucking subtle," he growled.
"I wasn't checking you out," she mumbled softly.
"I thought I told you to be in my room, why are you out here with these losers?"
"Hey don't speak to her like that!" Deku jumped in.
"And what are you going to do about it?" he growled.
"She's not your toy or your slave, don't treat her that way!"
"Woah guys relax!" Kirishima and Momo had stepped into the conversation.
"Fuck off shitty hair!" he spat.
"Bakugou, calm down dude, she's late because we were talking, she needed a friend and I offered to listen to a problem," Bakugou growled at him.
"Bakugou you didn't exactly say when I had to be there," she said softly.
"WHAT DID YOU SAY?" he roared. "STOP SPEAKING SO GODDAMN SOFT!" He spat. Suddenly someone shoved him onto the floor. Deku stood over the blonde with an angry face.

"I said don't talk to her like that!" he said sternly. Ochaco was starting to get worried, the only reason this occurred is because of her.
"Oh you want to play Deku?" he growled, "Okay, let's play..." Bakugou got on his knees swiftly and lunged a fist to Dekus stomach. Deku toppled forward and Bakugou stood up and shoved Deku's head into his knee, sending Deku flying backwards onto his backside. Ochaco gasped at the speed of both attacks. Before she could move to Deku's aid, she saw green lightning emit from Deku. He had lifted himself up and was now charging at the blonde. Deku struck his face with his fist, sending Bakugou flying backwards. A crowd gathered instantly, and Kirishima rushed to Bakugou, but Bakugou was already charging at Deku, little explosions going off in his hands. She stood there in horror watching as the two boys continued to throw punches, suddenly an explosion from Bakugou caused some loose stones from the floor and grass to go flying, Ochaco closed her eyes to shield them and suddenly felt a sting under her left eye. She opened her eyes to see three boys in the fray. Bakugou elbowing Kirishima under his left eye as Kirishima was able to get close enough to grab Bakugou's waist and wrap his arms around it, using his quirk to make his grip stronger, Deku was being punched by Bakugou, on the left side of his face and Deku had his fist in the same place before Deku was ripped back by Shoji.
"Todoroki! I need help here!" Kirishima yelled, Bakugou was shooting explosions to try to get rid of Kirishima, but he persisted. Ochaco looked around and saw the boy at the doorway. "I can't hold him much longer!" Todoroki was next to Ochaco in a second.
"Everyone move away!" Todoroki yelled and the group moved back. Ochaco stood frozen but felt someone grab her arm and move her back. She didn't look to see who it was but she could tell it was a girl. Todoroki erected a thick wall of ice, snow queen style, between the two teenagers. Kirishima and Shoji were struggling to hold the two and had let go a second before Todoroki made the wall, both boys were going too fast and slammed head first into the wall after failing to stop. Both boys fell back from the sudden stop and looked in pain.

"Are you two fighting again!" a voice came from behind the crowd. Mr Aizawa and All Might had been walking past and obviously witnessed the fight. Mr Aizawa was silent and All Might walked to the two boys. "I guess you students had the right idea and execution and running face first into a wall of ice is definitely one way to get these two to stop. Well done." he looked at Todoroki. "Please melt this." to which Todoroki complied. Bakugou and Deku stood up and All Might walked over to Bakugou first. He grabbed his chin, causing the blonde to flinch. He looked at the boy's face.
"Nothing's broken, you're lucky," he let go and walked over to Deku, and did the same, he took longer to examine the boy. "Midoriya go see the nurse, your nose is broken," he said matter-of-factually causing Ochaco to suck in air. He let his face go and Deku placed a hand over his nose. Todoroki had finished melting the ice and there was a large puddle of ice water on the floor.
"Since it's so close to finals, I cannot pull you from school, but I can force you two to hand in a 5000-word essay on Foundational Hero Studies, buy the 10th of December! I don't even want to know why you two were fighting."
"But that's the day before we have to hand in our project for Midnight!" Bakugou exclaimed.
"Well then, you better get writing. You are all dismissed! I expect you to start on your projects for Midnight," he said, he looked at Bakugou, "including you. No throwing this off on your partner" he said sternly, causing Bakugou to growl. He left with Aizawa and the group dispersed.
