Steven then stomped up to where all the other gems were still sleeping. "Green. Green are you awake?" He asked coldly, looking at Green diamond. "Yes Steven?" Green said, waking up. "We need to talk." Steven said sternly, looking at where her eyes would be. Where her eyes would be, it has a bandage over it.

                  "What do you want to talk about, Steven?" Green said, getting up and standing. "Why you asked Sandstone to turn you to stone." Steven answered, looking up at Green. Green's smile immediately turned into a frown. "Why do you want to talk about this.....?" She said, lowering her head down. "I may have played a game with her that showed me most of the story." Steven answered, still looking up at Green.

            Green knelt down to Steven, her huge face close to Steven's. "For the good of the future....... I had to leave all of you behind, your mother might have left all of those gems, but I felt if a new diamond that can become a rebel take my place and face the others head on but put someone like you in danger and others, I will have no part of that war, even if it's for this very planet we stand on. I will not fight a fellow diamond. And neither will I not stand for my planet, so which is why I asked her." Green explained with a stern face. "Then why did she fight in the war?" Steven asked, still looking stern. "She fought for my planet, for she thought it would make me happy." Green said, sadly smiling. Steven nodded, he finally understood.

           He remembered when he was a child, and sat down to hear Greg's stories. "Thank you." He sighed, giving up on trying to get more pieces of this weird gem mystery. He got up, and woke the others. The other diamonds then got up into their ship and left, leaving the Crystal Gems, Green diamond, Green's pearl, and..... Sandstone. The crystal gems and Steven went to the Beach house, leaving Green Diamond and the others.

          Meanwhile, Spinnel decided to stay behind, looking around for Sandstone. But what she found was Green pearl, looking for Sandstone too. They both accidentally bumped each other's heads, and fell down. "Ouch!" Green pearl exclaimed, rubbing her head. "Oh! I'm so sorry-" Spinnel started, until she saw Green pearl's three ivy green eyes.

        Green pearl realized they were showing, and immediantly flopped her now kinda rugged hair. "I.... Do you know where Sandstone is?" Green's pearl said, getting up and cleaning the dust off her dress. "That's who I'm lookin for!" Spinnel said, getting up herself, waving her dark pink rugged pigtails. "Oh.... I guess we can look together?" Green pearl questions, tilting her head at Spinnel. "Yeah!" Spinnel exclaimed, looking around.

             Green's pearl and Spinnel walked through the beta kindergarten together, small talking amongst themselves. Spinnel finally decided to play around and spook Green's pearl. Spinnel kicked the sand into the air, making a mini dust storm to start. "Huh?" Green's pearl asked, confused. Spinnel snickered, stretching her legs to make her taller and spins around to make the beta kindergarten filled with sandy dust.

      "Uh....." Green's pearl said, as confused grows for her. Spinnel disappeared so Green's pearl called out, "Is this a game?!?!" A chilling laugh filled the air, scaring her a little. "I don't like this game!" She called out again, clasping her hands together. The dust started to fade, and Green's pearl saw bloody footprints.

           There then was newer blood prints now leading right to Green's pearl. Something touched her shoulder, and Green's pearl squeaked. "Heheheheh! You should look at your face!" Spinnel laughed, as Green's pearl blushed. "Not funny....!" Green's pearl muttered, looking at the dusty tracks that went out of the kindergarten. Spinnel then noticed, and they both followed them.

        They spent all that time playing a game not to notice, so they ran faster. They followed the tracks into a forest, running. The sandy tracks soon turn grassy, as they step with the tracks. They then saw Sandstone, picking flowers. They both were left with confusion and anger, they went on a wild goose chase.
