"Where am I?" Steven asked, looking around. Mist started to form all around him. Then..... A memory.... A Jasper was in front of him. "Jasper?!?" Steven gasped, he poked the Jasper, but all it did was go through.

        A peridot that was tall followed him. The Jasper had a green tint, but was still pretty much orange. "The Sandstone's hole should appear right here...." The green tinted Jasper said, looking at the sandstone beta kindergarten wall, it only had a couple holes in it... A light then flashed, and there was a hole. POOF!  A gem, a Sandstone fresh and new.

          "At your service!" The Sandstone said, swishing it's skirt to create a mini dust storm.

"Good, Green Diamond needs one of you." The green tinted Jasper said as three rubies went over to their new assignment, the rare soldier gem called a Sandstone. All of the gems then went into a ship and flew off. Steven was awoken by the sound of sprinting. He got up, and looked at the tracks, they were deeper, and newer.

       Steven followed them, dazed and dizzy because of his dream. "How would a Jasper have a green tint?" He thought out loud, still following the tracks. He was still listening to the sprinting, tracking where it could be. The tracks then started to become deeper. But then, once he found the more deeper tracks, he laid down on the sandy ground.

        He was too exhausted to walk, it felt like he had walked for a week in a dessert on a very hot day. He wanted to go on and find Sandstone so that this would be over, but he also wanted to sleep again. In a blink of an eye, he was asleep again.

       This time, he was at the prime kindergarten. Again, not very many holes as he'd remembered. He then saw the same Sandstone, but with new rubies.  "Now, remember, if anyone sees you, say that Jasper over there told you to listen in..." The Sandstone whispered, pointing to a nearby Jasper. "Now, take this, flip it to green then touch the middle when you can tell me all what she says." The sandstone said, giving them a communicator.

          The sandstone then happily walked to the next corridor. The rubies did what they were told as a booming conversation started. "Yellow, can we move the gems to another planet?" Green said, walking over to Yellow. "Move them to another planet? Are you KIDDING? After I start my colony here you can rebuild your life again, you could have MILLIONS here and still have energy! I can't believe the others didn't think of this!" Yellow smiled, looking around. Steven was confused, wasn't the kindergartens on Earth made by his mom?

        "Oh, yes, of course...." Green muttered, not wanting to talk anymore. Yellow walked away leaving her alone. The Sandstone ran up to the rubies. "Go!"  Sandstone whisper screamed as the rubies ran. Steven then finally then realized, Sandstone was giving memories of her past.
