It's this Easter thing that's going on people shooting innocent people

Basically what happens in this vid is there is a dude in a car and he's live streaming on Facebook and he feels like he needs to kill someone and he goes up yo this dude in the thumbnail and asks for a favour he does the favour which is saying a girls name-it's the dudes ex girlfriend name and she cheated oh him so he went to kill someone the guy didn't even know anything-and the dude says that she's the reason he's gonna die he lifts his hands up in fear he's so scared and then the dude shoots this guy in the head and walks away goes back in his car he acts so hard after shooting him why?

I don't know if I should be putting this video on here to be honest but in memory of this innocent guy :'(
