[Third person pov]

On-jo ran and embraced her dad. "Let me see you" He said on the verge of tears, "are you okay?"

"What took you so long? I kept waiting" On-jo asked.  Seeing them like this made Nyree miss her father even more. He nodded and turned to everyone else. "Hi Mr. Nam" Gyeongsu and Nyree waved. "Hi Gyeongsu and Nyree" He responded ruffling their hair up, "Are you kids okay?"

The students either nodded relieved because now there was an reliable adult here or physically said yes. "Good" He nodded before turning to cheong-san. "Cheong-san." He said relieved. "Mr.nam"

Cheong-san took two steps towards him before the two hugged. "Can you all run?" He asked."Um no. We have someone injured but he could run with help from Dae-su and su-hyeok. Other than him everyone else is capable" Nyree reported. "Okay" He nodded, "if you go through the tennis courts and the construction site, you'll reach the mountain. Go over the mountain and get to Yangdong--"

"Mr.nam!" Cheong-san turned around and noticed zombies coming. Mr.nam ran up to the zombie and broke it's leg faster than expected. "Kids. Run!" He yelled. Gyeongsu grabbed Nyree's wrist and pulled her towards him. "Shit" Mi-Jin cursed before they all started running.

"To the tennis court!" He reminded. When they reached the court almost everyone made it in safely. Ha-ri raised her bow and was about to shoot when a zombie approached her from the side and knocked her over as she was caught off guard. Mr.Nam pulled the female zombie off helping Ha-ri up and pulling all of the other students into the designated area before working hard to lock the gate.

When they were about half way to the other gate more zombies came and surrounded them. Hyo-ryung tripped over nothing once again and someone had to help her up. "We can go out there. We can't." Dae-su panicked."What should we do, Dae-su?" Wu-jin asked his best friend, "What do we do?"

"Should I see if the pepper spray works on them?" Nyree asked. "Hmm why not?" Gyeongsu shrugged looked around at their situation. "Yolo" she muttered before pulling out the pepper spray. She ran up and sprayed the ones blocking the way they needed to go. The ones that did get sprayed were subdued for a couple of seconds clawing at their eyes and mouth on the ground before they popped back up.

At that point the zombies had broken through the way they came from and rushed towards them. Mr.nam kneeled down and grabbed something out his bag. The dumb zombies ran into the netted thing allowing the students to hit some of them with the weapons they had.

Mr.nam had a flare and set it off, walking around the court trying to the gain the attention of the zombies. Which was successful as they followed it when he threw it. "Let's go now!" Gyeongsu shouted. On-jo and her dad stood side by side as they watched. "Excuse my language but come the fuck one before they come!" Nyree told the father daughter pair.

He blew the whistle he had on his neck then grabbed the other flare and set it off throwing it another one once again. He went towards the gate but was intercepted by a zombie Nyree, cheong-san, amd su-hyeok went in there to help him. (He didn't have the chance to get bit.) He got his bag and they sped out the gate trying it shut with a rope like tie. Where he got that from? No one knows (maybe it was in his bag 🙄) "Let's go."

They ran into the construction site and had to run from all the construction workers. "No!" Nam-ra shouted stopping dead in her tracks. "They're coming" gwi-nam warned. More zombies came from the direction they were supposed to be going in. "Upstairs! Go!" She frantically said.

They barley had anytime to breathe because once they got to the second floor there was no where in sight to go. Nyree began feeling nauseated out of nowhere and her ears started ringing. Nam-ra yelled for everyone to go in to the place she found. Nyree was still standing there as everyone ran. It was unknown if she had heard her cousin or not but she looked lost and on the verge of passing out.

Gyeongsu noticed that she wasn't moving rushed to help her climb out of the window to where they were supposed to go. Nyree knew something was wrong with her. She couldn't hear the things that was being said to her as Gyeongsu cupped her face and tried to ask her what was wrong.

Her eyes began to disorientate and a small droplet of blood fell out of her nose. Hyo-ryung noticed something on her hand. "Gyeongsu.. She was bit" she said backing up. "What?" He asked in disbelief."No she wasn't stop talking nonsense"

He refused to believe that his Nyree would turn into a zombie. Rubbing her arms up and down he noticed her raising her now shaking hands to her nose and putting it eye level to see the blood . She tried to recall when she got bit. It had to happen when she was helping Mr.nam.

"Gyeongsu.. I'm turning"

Well this chapter too way too long and I'm not totally sure if it make sense but whatever 😹. I also don't read through the chapters I write so if there are errors tell me 😓. There's only 2-3 chapters left! This is the longest book I wrote..
