[Third person pov]

"you had that all along..?" Wu-jin asked staring at it. "You don't want it?" Nam-ra asked still holding it out. Su-hyeok grabbed it and lit a fire. It got dark pretty fast and cold.

"Dae-su." Su-hyeok called out. "Hmm?"
"How was your audition?" Su-hyeok asked.
"They told me to lose weight." He replied. "Fucking assholes" Nyree cursed, arms wrapped around Gyeongsu's waist taking some of his warmth while laying on his shoulder as the thin blanket covered their legs.

"You're a good singer. Sing for us. I want to hear it." Su-hyeok encouraged."Forget it. I don't want to sing." Dae-su denied. "I really like that song." Joon-yeong mentioned. "You do?" He asked unconvinced. "Yup"

"really?"

"It sounds good" Gyeongsu agreed. A couple of more praises went around before he cleared his throat and started singing.

"Let's go once it's over
Let's go anywhere
Once we're done studying 12 hours a day
Once the annoying sounds are over
Let's go hand in hand
Let's not run" He sung before others joined in (he sings so well) . Nyree noticed that Nam-ra looked sad so she reached out her free hand and grabbed hers, giving it a squeeze.

"What a nice song" Hyo-ryung smiled. "You said it sucked." Dae-su recalled. "Now that I actually listened to it, I think it's nice." She muttered.

"When did you start smoking?" On-jo turned to Nam-ra."Since eighth grade" she responded. "You should've my face when I saw her choking on it" Nyree laughed. "I had no other friends other than Nyree and Gyeongsu. I had no outlet to relieve stress." Nam-ra continue after holding Nyree's hand a little tighter.

"Did you ever need other friends?" On-jo asked remembering how she used to not talk to anyone besides her two friends. "I'm not sure. I can't tell." She shrugged."You always put up a wall. You always wore earphones and never said a word to anyone else but them. Wasn't it because you didn't like us?" On-jo asked.

Everyone around the circle waited for a response. "I never disliked you guys. I just.. didn't know how to make any more friends." Nam-ra said looking at them. "To be honest, I didn't like you." Hyo-ryung started,"because I thought you didn't talk to us because we were beneath you."

"To be honest, there were times I wished you weren't around." Joon-yeong confessed. Nyree gave him a questioning look. "Aren't you two close? You're the top two students at our school." Ji-min asked."That's why I hated her. No matter how hard I tried, I was always second. But it's okay now. I think I was able to come in second thanks to Nam-ra." He concluded.

"Hey. Second place is good too." Dae-su said,
"I can't even come in 20th in our class. Right?"

"Hey. Don't compare yourself to joon-yeong" Hyo-ryung chided. "I was just saying" Dae-su looked at the fire, " Why do you always jump down my throat when I say something? Do you like me?"

Hyo-ryung hit his arm saying 'screw you'. Nyree and Gyeongsu laughed at their banter. "I'll put it out there so you don't get hurt. I like someone else. So don't like me." He responded."I don't like you" she defended hitting him again, "I'm not interested at all."

"Dae-su, who do you like?" Joon-yeong asked."He's a total freak." Wu-jin said."His sister" Su-hyeok pointed at wu-jin while Dae-su sheepishly smiled. "Ha-ri from archery?" Ji-min asked. "You're insane" someone said. "I go crazy when I'm in love. She's like cupid in my eyes" Dae-su said. Gyeongsu looked at Nyree and agreed with him silently.

"Stop it. If we get out of here alive, I'll tell my sister." Wu-jin laughed."Will you really?" Dae-su asked looking hopeful."Yes"

"about what?"

"To shoot and kill you. I said not to like my sister"

"brother-in-law. You can't do that to me." Dae-su whined pulling in wu-jin in with his inner arm. "You hog" He retorted trying to get away from him.

"My mom and dad prepared everything for my transfer. They said just go to Seoul. But I really didn't want to go." Ji-min said,"I wouldn't have any friends, and I was afraid of Seoul kids. I didn't know what to do. The on-jo gave me a great idea. She said cut school for five days. Then the principal wouldn't be able to give a recommendation. That's why I cut school. It's all thanks to on-jo.. That I didn't transfer. "

On-jo put a peace sign up before ji-min said she should've just gone. (Embarrassing for her 🤐.) "then this wouldn't have happened to me." She finished.

"My sister told me, that she was an archery prodigy ever since she was a child. So our family only ever paid attention to her whether or not it made it onto the national team. They gave me no attention." Wu-jin shrugged."I give you attention, brother-in-law. Don't be sad. You have me--" Dae-su was cut off by wu-jin's hand and fell backwords.

"Thank God I have Dae-su." Wu-jin laughed. "I don't really have anything to say. I wouldn't really know..  But I feel like I made more friends." Nam-ra said.

"Ah.. I'm jealous of Nyree and Gyeongsu" Hyo-ryung said, "How long have you guys been dating?"

So..I maybe kinda lied but I just wanted to get this chapter out right now. I've been taking out my hair all day 🙄. Not that much Nyree and Gyeongsu because this is kinda a filler chapter for the next one which will be released later today(posted this at 12:08 am). So it's confirmed that the next chapter (fr this time) will be the Confession chapter 😹😹. Don't get too disappointed with the so called Confession cause I don't know how to write romance scenes 😹.
