Info about the design:
She has a pertty normal design bc as a character she just wants to be normal unlike her grim reaper lineage. Her eyes were to show how tried she is or lazy. Scarlet is a lazy type of person but is every smart and good at hand to hand combat. She mostly wears hoodies or hooded jackets and has pocket filled with lollipops and candy.
Her hair was suppose to be long and wavy.

About the character:

She the type that likes to sit back and look at the whole problem before jumping in. However called lazy due to this decision  but she's great at being a strategist, looking at the team's powers and figuring out how to best use those magic for certain situation. Often fights with Chain and likes to hang out with Hoshi to figure her out. Is overprotective of Serenity seeing her as a sister. She is a grim reaper who rejecting taking over the business or using her abilities and she was kicked out because of it. Has been living with Serenity ever since.
