Hoshi is the "star". Without memories of her past, she don't care too much on appearance

Info on the design :
Hoshi wear a dress and a cloak like red riding hood. However her outfit under the cloak varies at times.

About the character: 

Doesn't remember her past but is able to stop or mess with the flow of time however only when Serenity is present. 

She's always curious about her classmates and will follow them around, watching them. She's a girl of few words and likes to watch everything play out. She writes her experience down in a journal.
