Yume casually hums a song when brushing her fluffy blonde hair. After tying her hair into pigtails with reddish pink ribbons, she stands up from her bed, skipping to the light pink wardrobe. She pulls out a few clothes from the inside and walks to the mirror to make decision of her outfit. After a few minutes of struggle, she lastly chooses a white short dress with fluffy white laces. A satisfying smile is shown on her face.

"Um... Perfect! Let's go and meet him!"

Yume says to herself before grabbing her white bag and rushing out the room.

She runs to the bridge that separates boys' and girls' divisions. She notices a brown hair boy stands there and leans against the railing. He wears his usual outfit with a deep blue long-sleeved jacket. A dark brown sunglasses are placed above his head. Since his eyes are closed for rest, the sapphire blue crystals in his eyes cannot be seen.

"Hi, Subaru kun!" Yume waves her hands to him when walking towards him. "Did I make you wait long?"

His eyes slowly open. His long eyelashes vibrate lightly when a gentle wind breezes through. A dazzling smile soon spreads on his face when he focuses his eyes on the girl. "Not really, Yume..."

Subaru pulls out his hand to her. "You are beautiful as always, Yume." Yume giggles when puts her hand on his. Their fingers interlock. "Thank you, Subaru kun." Yume repays with a bright smile.

"Do you feel good now? Have you fully recovered from your fever?" Subaru asks with concern in his eyes.

Yume chuckles. At the same time, she is touched by his care and worry on her. "Yes yes... I am totally fine now, so don't worry me."

"Alright. Let's go?" Subaru smiles.

"Sure, but where are we going to?" Yume shows a confused look.

Subaru smiles, "Don't worry. I have planned everything. You just have to enjoy the trip and... the together time with me..." A light red tint is stained on his face. He turns away his face, so Yume cannot notice it.

Yume also blushes. She looks down and stares at the ground in order to hide her face.

They walk along the road side by side in silence. Their hands are still holding each other one. Gentle breeze makes Yume's bangs cover her eyes. Subaru notices. He stops and helps her to push away the hair from her eyes. Their gazes meet. Sweet smiles appear on both of their faces.

"How long do you decide to spend in here?" Yume chuckles.

"Forever..." Subaru smirks. "Just kidding! Let's go!'

They continue to walk to their destination hand in hand. At last, they reach a house in traditional Japanese style.

Yume stares at the house in confused. "Subaru kun, here is our destination?" She asks when tilting her head and pressing her index finger on her bright pink lip.

Subaru glances at her with a blushing face. He definitely cannot resist her beauty and cuteness. "This is a shop which sells traditional Japanese confectionery. It is really famous for its iced mochi."

"Ah... Mochi! One of my favorite dessert! Thank you, Subaru kun~~" Yume shows her famous smile, which makes Subaru melt from inside.

"L-let go inside..." Subaru quickly steps forward in order to conceal his blushing face. His hand, which is still connecting Yume's one, pulling Yume inside.

"Welcome to our shop!" An old woman who wears black and gold yukata comes to the front of the shop and smiles to the couple.

"Grandma, don't you remember me?" Subaru smiles at the woman. She adjusts her glasses which is out of fashion. "Oh... It is you... Subaru... " Her head turns to the girl next to him. "Is she your girlfriend, Subaru?"

Yume blushes madly. "Soon to be, grandma..." Subaru smirks. Yume blushes even red after hearing Subaru's reply.

"Haha... She seems to be a nice girl... Don't just stand here. Come! Come in and have a seat. Let's me get some famous iced mochi to you." Subaru's grandma smiles and enters the kitchen. Subaru then leads Yume inside to a room with traditional Japanese architectural design. They sit on the tatami ground.

"Subaru. Is she your grandma? Why did you bring me to visit your grandma?" Yume asks in confused when leaning on the table.

"Oh. She is not my blood related grandma actually. When I first came to this shop for work, I had some problems in my mind. She sensed it and tried to help me to solve them. She cared me a lot. She treated me just like her son. Therefore, I saw her as my family." Subaru smiles when remembering every moments with his grandma in the past. He soon focuses on Yume. "She is really close to me, I really want to let her meet you and know you more, so I brought you here."

Yume blushes slightly as this situation makes her feel like she is his girlfriend, but actually she is not. Well... It is just not yet...

They sit straight when they hear footsteps from the outside. Then, grandma comes in with a wooden tray, which has a plate of iced mochi on it. "I got some mango mochi. Do you like it?" She says with a friendly smile.

Yume immediately bows and replys, "Thank you, I love mango very much!"

Grandma giggles slightly, and says, "Ha-ha, no need to be so nervous, girl. What is your name?"

"Nijino Yume. You can call me Yume."

"Um... Nijino Yume... Dream with rainbow color... What a nice name... Hoho..." She slightly laughs.

"Excuse me?" There is someone outside.

"Oh! There is customer outside. I have to go out and serve them." Grandma carefully stands up and walks away. "Subaru, please serve your girlfriend well."

"Yes..." Subaru blushes slightly and turns to Yume. "Haha... Grandma is so... "

"I understand. It is fine, Subaru." Yume smiles with pink tints on her cheeks.

"The mango mochis look so great~ I can't resist their attractiveness~" Yume stares at the mochis with sparkling eyes.

Subaru smiles at this cute Yume and says, "The mochis are still so hard. We need to wait for them melt."

Yume pouts, "Ha... I really can't wait to try them..."

Subaru suddenly thinks of something and wears a devious smile on his face. "Maybe we can taste another sweet thing to wait for the mochi melts~~"

"Huh?" Yume looks up and meets Subaru's gaze. "What is another sweet thin..."

Her sentence is cut by a sudden crash of soft thing on her lips. Wait... That soft and warm thing is... Subaru's lips?! T-t-that means... she and Subaru... are... KISSING???!!!

Her eyes widen to their maximum sizes. Heat rises up to her cheeks. Her body is totally frozen by this sudden incident, so she just allows Subaru pressing his lips with greater force on hers.

She feels him tilt his head to make their lips perfectly fit with each other. His tongue gently sweeps on her lips, making Yume blushes even madly. She has never thought that this kiss will come to her so suddenly. She has tried to share kisses with Subaru for several times, but somethings stop them from connecting their lips every time. She has imagined the pictures when she and Subaru kiss, but when it finally comes to reality, she cannot really respond...

"Isn't it what I desire for so long? How can I freeze here and just rely on Subaru's action?" Yume thinks in her mind. She tries to relax, gathers up all her courage to put her trembling hands on Subaru's shoulder, and finally places them around his neck to push themselves closer to each other.

Subaru understands her message and deepens the kiss. His hands surround her little body and lands on her waist, pulling their bodies to press against each other. Inside his mind, he just looks like an over-excited child who jumps everywhere. He has longed for her soft pink lips for nth years. He has tried to kiss Yume for third times, but every time someone interrupted them. However... This time... in his grandma's shop... in this little room... he finally... kisses his loved girl... on lips!!! And he took actions first!!!

If he has to describe this amazing heavenly moment, he would say it was terrible at first... You know? It was really nervous to take action to kiss a girl you have loved for so long. He followed his longing heart to bring his face to hers. However, he woke up back to his consciousness when their lips were one inch left. He was so scared that he could not give her the best kissing experience. Nervousness engulfed him when he had a thought that Yume would hate him if he kissed her badly. He had thought of flinching and escaping, but at last he pressed his lips on her lips with all the courage in his life. When their lips touched, sweetness spread. All the worries and nervousness faded away, only more desire and honey-liked taste were left. He seemed to get addicted to this heaven-liked feeling, adding force on her lips in order to taste her more... When Yume returned the kiss, he felt relieved as that meant she enjoyed it too! He allowed his lips and his hands chasing for what they desired for so long, what Subaru Yuki desired for so long...

They separate when they are both lacking of air. Their foreheads touch when they pant heavily. Both of their faces are similar to tomatoes. Crimson red... Yume's arms are wrapping around Subaru's neck while Subaru's arms are around Yume's waist.

"Yume..." Subaru speaks up when calming himself down a little.

"Huh?"

"I have loved you for so long... When I first saw you, I knew my heart has been belonged to you... Do you love me the same? Can you be my girlfriend?..."

Yume flushes red within a second. A shy smile soon spreads on her face. "Subaru... You should already know the answer..."

She cuts the connection between their foreheads and fixes her glaze on him. "I love you, Subaru... I am willing to be your girlfriend..." She smiles with her eyes closed.

Subaru freezes at her answer at first, but soon, a great smile appears on his face which is full of happiness. He instantly pulls Yume into a tight embrace. Resting his head on her shoulder, he closes his eyes and whispers in her ear with a smile, " I love you... I love you so much... Yume... Thanks for accepting me to be your boyfriend..."

Yume slowly closes her eyes and buries her face in his chest. Tears of joy form at the corners of her eyes. "I love you so much too... Subaru... Thanks for asking me to be your girlfriend... " She smiles.

This sweet time seems to go for eternity. "The mochi is melted... " Yume suddenly states. They separate from the embrace when Subaru holds a pout on his face. "You just destroyed our sweet hugging moment..." Yume laughs, " I am hungry... Besides, we can hug at anytime we want later..." Subaru smiles when hearing the last sentence. He still cannot distinguish what is dream and what is reality... "Is it real that I and Yume finally become a couple? Is it reality?! It is just so magical~~" He thinks in his mind when tugging his leg secretly under the small table.

Yume does not notice Subaru and directly puts the mochi fully inside her mouth. Later, a satisfying smile appears on her face. Her eyes close for this heavenly cool feeling. "Delicious~~"

"Oh! You two have finished what you were just doing?" Yume and Subaru hear the sound and turn their heads to the doorway. "Grandma? You have come back?!" Grandma chuckles with a hand covering her mouth, "Yes, I have seen everything. Hoho... I am really looking forward to play with my future grand-grandchildren, you know?" Yume and Subaru immediately understand her message and flushes furiously. "Stop it! Grandma!!!"

Time goes so fast and the couple is going to leave. They walk to the outside of the house and bow to grandma. "Thank you for your well serve today." Grandma smiles and replies, "If you want to thank me, remember to bring me my future grand-grandchildren as soon as possible... Ho-ho..." The couple blushes again. "Stop it, grandma... That's enough..." Subaru replies with a pout.

"Okay... We will leave now. Visit you soon. Bye!" Subaru holds Yume's hand and walks away. On their way back to school, Yume suddenly laughs, "Subaru! Your grandma is an interesting person." Subaru laughs too, "Yes, that's true. We are still so young. How can we have children so early?" Yume suddenly pouts. Subaru notices it and stops from walking. He holds the both sides of Yume's shoulder and stares into her eyes, and asks with worry, "Did I make you angry? If so, sorry sorry sorry! Please forgive me, my dear Yume~~" Yume pouts again, and replies, "Not really... Just thinking of our future..." Subaru frowns, "You mean children? No no! I don't mean that I don't want children! I really want our children! Really really!" He pulls her into his arms in a sudden. "I know I know..." Yume giggles slightly, "I am just testing you..." He tightens his grip on her. "You know you have scared me?" "If that's so, sorry..." Subaru pulls away and looks straight into her eyes, "We will get married in the future and have children... I will be the perfect father and you will be the perfect mother... We will have one of the best family in the world..." He smiles lovingly. Yume is startled by his sudden sweet words, and soon she smiles back, "And I will be the best wife for you too..." "Yes... That's right..."

They embrace each other for so long until the sun disappears behind the mountain. Then, they walk back to school with their connecting hands...
