Hiccup's POV

"So what's your genius plan to get onto their island?" I asked.

"So we take the dragons above the clouds where they can't see us." Astrid began.

"And then we have a small army on the lower deck of Johann's ship, since he's familiar to them they won't blow up his ship." Fishlegs said.

"And once Johann lands at their shores, the dragons will land and we attack with what we have." Ruffnut said.

"And find where they're keeping Mercy!" Allysa finished.

"Did it really take all four of you to tell me that?" I said.

"Yes." Allysa responded and crossed her arms. 

"Alright. Well back to the plan, it's perfect!" I said loudly.

"You can actually thank Fishlegs. He came up with the idea to have Johann help us." Astrid said. We all froze when we heard a single blow from the horn.

"Speaking of Johann." I said and walked outside to the docks, followed by the gang and the dragons. Once we got to the docks we saw Johann placing a plank of wood on the docks, connecting it to the ship.

"Ah Berk! My favorite of all the islands I travel to." He greeted joyfuly.

"Where have you been this time Johann?" Fishlegs asked.

"So many places I would need all the time in the world to tell you Fishlegs, but we have limited time." He said.

"Speaking o business, I have a favor to ask of you." I asked him.

"Anything Master Hiccup, what's on your mind?"

"Well my daughter has been kidnapped and is being held on a very hostile island." I began.

"Oh that's terrible. Which island?"

"The home island of the destroyer tribe."

"Oh they're brutal ones. I try and spend as little time as possible there. Ah but they do conduct freat business. I usually get all that ink from them." He said.

"Anyway, you could fit a small army below the deck without having your ship being shot at right?"

"Correct."

"I need you to hold some Berkian soldiers down there and bring us to that island. I will be flying with the others above the clouds." I explained.

"Well of course Master Hiccup. Anything to help you get that innocent little girl back." He said with a cheerful tone.

"Perfect thank you Johann. I'll gather the soliers now." I said and flew off to the Great Hall where I had soldiers prepared. Once I landed I walked in and they all looked at me. "Grab your weapons and shields, Johann is taking you to the destroyers." I said and they all cheered.

Cody's POV

"Do you guys think there's a way out of here?" I asked.

"Of course there is. There always is." Mercy said and handed me the torch. "I think this wall is hollow." She said as she tapped the wall.

"So what? It's a hollow wall what's it gonna do for us?" Lenny asked.

"You know what mr. grumpy pants? I've had it with you. So you can either be nice and work with us on trying to find a way out of here or you can turn your sorry butt around and get out of here by yourself!" Mercy snapped.

"Fine I'll be better off without you shrimps anyway!" He shouted and stormed off the opposite way. Mercy's face change from anger into a look saying 'what did I just do?'.

"You okay?" I asked her in a comforting tone.

"Yeah. I just didn't want to do that."

"It was the right thing to do. Now come on, this wall is hollow." I said and pounded at the door. She walked down the hall. "Uh Mercy where are you going?"

"You might wanna watch out." She said and came running towards the wall. When she bashed into it with her shoulder, it came crumbling down.

"Ugh." She groaned from under some pieces of rubble.

"Mercy! Oh gods are you okay?" I asked as I threw the rubble off of her and helped her up.

"Yeah I'm okay. That was just a nasty fall." She said and stood up. She rubbed the side of her head, then looked at her hand. I looked at what she was looking at and noticed her hand was red.

"Oh no you're bleeding." I panicked.

"It's fine I'll be fine." She stated. I tore a piece of my sleeve and tied it around her head.

"That's just to make sure you don't bleed out."

"Thanks." She said and kept walking.

"What do you think this is?" I asked as we walked into the middle of what seemed to be a round cave with two tunnels going in seperate directions. 

"I don't know but we should split up. Each of us go down a separate tunnel." She said and grabbed a torch off the wall.

"Oh no no way am I letting you walk down a mysterios tunnel by yourself with a head injury. Are you nuts?"

"Proabably. But that's what makes me, me." She said and started walking down the tunnel on the right. I followed her.

"You're not going alone Mercy. We stick together okay?" I said as we faced each other.

"Okay we'll stay together." She said and turned around, then started walking down the corridor.

Astrid's POV

Everyone was loading onto Johanns ship while the rest of us packed supplies onto the dragons.

"Astrid come over here I need to talk to you." Hiccup said. I walked over to where he was standing next to Toothless.

"What is it?"

"I know if I told you I forbid you going with us you would come anyway." He started.

"Definitely." I said.

"But I need you to stay as close as possible to me. I can't risk you getting hurt. Okay?"

"You got it."

"Alright guys this is a long flight so get comfortable. If your dragon gets tried they can rest on Johann's deck." Hiccup said as he climbed onto Toothless and everyone else climbed on their dragons. We Took off while Allysa and Violet gave Johann's ship a little speed boost by pulling it from ropes.

"So how long is the flight?" Snotlout asked as he glided next to Hiccup.

"About 2 days at the spped of a boat. By dragon, 9 hours I would say."

"So we're gonna get there before the boat?" I asked.

"Correct."

"So what are we supposed to do until they get there?" I asked.

"Well we find a secluded spot near the docks and wait for their arrival. When we see them on the horizon, we go up into the air." He explained.

"But what if there is no secluded areas?"

"I guess we'll find out when we get there. But for now, enjoy the flight!" He shouted and shut his helmet, then disappeared above us.

"Is he doing the thing?" Allysa asked as her and Violet cruised next to me.

"I think he is." I responded.

"How high does he usually go up?"

"Until all that's around you is clouds and sky."

"And when does he open his little wings?" She asked and imitated his wings.

"Usually when he first sees the ocean. But other times he likes to be stupid and crazy and try something new." I said flately.

"Well you gotta live life to the fullest. Or else it just sucks." She said and sped up, doing loops and twirls. Everyone cheered as she did a final loop in the air.

"Woah I didn't realize I started a stunt trend." Hiccup said as he glided up next to me.

"When do you not start trends?" I sassed.

"What trends have I started?"

"Braids, complex outfits, and oh I don't know having a pet dragon." I said sarcastically. All he did was crack a little smile, before completely folding his wings. "Hiccup!" I shouted and looked over the side, only to see ocean. I sat back up and Toothless came springing up. I sighed but then couldn't help but smile. Hiccup being his goofy self just makes me really happy. (Astrid speaks for the fandom)

"So how are you feeling today?" He asked me as he came up next to Stormfly and I.

"Nervous." I said and griped the handle on my saddle.

"Everything will be alright Astrid. You can't think negatively. You'll freak yourself out." He said. I looked at him and smiled.

Hiccup's POV

I'll asmit I am right about not thinking negatively, but I really can't blame her for thinking negatively. Your only daughter, trapped on a mysterious and dangerous island. Thor knows what else is happening. I shuddered and cleared my mind of those thoughts.

"Hiccup!" Allysa shouted at me from behind. I turned around and looked at her.

"Yeah?"

"Johann wants to speak with you!" I nodded and flew down to the ship. Once I landed I dismounted Toothless and put my helmet on his saddle.

"You wanted to see me?" I said. He turned around and smiled.

"Ah yes we are passing a few islands I conduct business with, uh would it be alright if we went there? I don't want tribes angry with me for being late." He said.

"Of course that's fine we'll have to make it as short as possible though, just so we can get to my daughter as soon as possible."

"Oh yes yes it would only take a few hours! And it would give your dragons time to rest." He said and pointed to Toothless.

"You know you're right. Great idea Johann! Where's our first stop?" I asked.

"About 1 hour from here at this speed."

"It'll be shorter if you're pulled by a few of us. I'll get some ropes ready, you get your merchandise prepared." I said and flew up to the others. "Okay gang we're making a few pit stops on the way now it'll be faster if we had two dragons pulling Johann's ship for a little, so who wants to pull it with Toothless and I?"

"Me and Violet can. 2 Night Furies, double the strength." Allysa said.

"Perfect. Allysa follow me the rest of you, stay above the clouds until I come up and tell you to come down." I said and dove down to Johanns ship, followed by Allysa. "Alright grab a rope." I said once we got to Johann's ship. We gave the dragons the ropes and they clutched them in their claws, and flew forward.

Mercy's POV

"This place gives me the willys." Cody complained.

"Oh quit your griping it's just a hallway."

"Yeah but with every step we take I feel like someone's watching us."

"That's because someone is." A voice said from behind us, making us freeze. It was deep, hoarse, and sent chills down my spine. It echoed through the empty hallway for what seemed like forever, and each time it came back Cody and I would relive the terror of hearing those words stab our ears like knives. I stood up straight and slowly turned around, to see a large shadow.

"And who are you?" I asked trying to conceal the shakiness in my voice.

"Eh that isn't important." He said and shifted.

"Then what is?" I stated and stepped in front of Cody.

"Me not letting you leave my grasp."
