Manik went to hospital after taking breakfast. Now pari was showing her childhood album to nandini. She was sitting in nandini's lap and happily telling about her pictures , about which manik  had told her. She was explaining nandini like she  remembered her childhood fully.

"Didi , dekho meli first pichal (picture) , mein kita beautiful lag lhi hoon na (look this is my first , i am looking so beautiful ) "she said showing her first picture , in that picture pari was sleeping and she was looking so beautiful. She was of 1 day in the picture.

"Yes pari , you are looking so pretty but now also you are so cute "nandini said kissing pari's cheeks but pari nodded her head negatively.

"No didi , i was mole (more) kut (cute)  befole (before) , ab mein utni kut ni hn "she said cutely , didn't accepting that she was still cute.

"Aww.. , pari don't think like this , you are still cute , i am saying , now show me more pictures pari "nandini tried to change the topic and then pari started showing her more pictures and nandini was finding them super cute.

"Wow , pari in this costume , you are looking so cute  "nandini said when she saw a picture of her in which she was wearing cute outfit . Nandini kissed her picture and pari clapped her happily seeing this.

"Didi , dekho mein daddy sath first time ghumi ghumi gya tha balaf ( baraf ) mein (look didi , i went with  for the first in snow ) "pari said cutely showing her pictures , in which she was fully packed in jacket. She was looking super cute. Nandini got speechless seeing her those pictures.

Then she showed her picture , when she went to Disney land with manik for the first time. Manik after every 6 month went on trip with her from her birth. Pari was so blessed that she got father like manik ,  even he wasn't her real father but he took care of her more than a father take care of her kid. As he wasn't her father only , he was her mother , sister , friend everything for her.

But nandini was confused why there wasn't her mother with pari in any of the picture. She was thinking that may be she  died while giving birth to pari or else she left manik.

"Didi , mule ab nini ae hai , kya mein apki arm mein so sakti hoon ( didi , i am feeling sleepy , can i sleep in your arms ) "pari asked cutely from nandini after closing the album.

"Yes off course pari , you can "she said wrapping her hands around pari  , hid pari in her arms and kissed her head.  Nandini sang beautiful lullaby for pari. Pari immediately slept in her arms.

Nandini laid her down comfortably on her bed and herself also laid down beside her. "Thank god for sending pari in my life . After a month , i smiled , i laughed and i felt good , she is my happiness , i am feeling like she is my own daughter " nandini thought while caressing  Pari's hair . While thinking about all this , she also slept with her. But she should say thank you to manik who took her here in house.

In evening manik came back home. She smiled when he found pari was sleeping in nandini's arms. It was a most beautiful site for him , he was craving to see this site. Nandini was perfect for his daughter. He wasn't thinking about himself but deep inside in his heart he knew that nandini was also perfect for him also .

He was falling in love with her more and more with each passing day.  Was there no such person who could make him understand that he has fallen in love.

"Sir , your friend cabir with his wife has came to meet you , they are waiting for you in hall " Manik listening cabir name got happy . Cabir was his childhood   friend , he was like his support system , when he had lost his parents and his sister , cabir was the only person who had supported him. Cabir was having a beautiful wife , navya. They were sweet and fun loving couple . Navya and cabir were also doctor and worked in manik's hospital. Today only they came back from holiday.

"Cabir , navya , i have missed you so much " manik said hugging them and they also hugged him back happily.

"So , do you find someone or not , i mean do you find our babhi or not?" As soon as Navya asked this , manik got lost in the thoughts of nandini.

"Oh my good cabir , his silence is speaking everything ,  he has found someone , i am sure " navya immediately understood that he had found someone.

"Manik , tell us about her , we are so happy , finally you will get marry "cabir said "wow , i am so excited for his marriage " now navya said ,  they both started talking about his marriage also and here manik  still wasn't sure if he loved her or not.

"Guyz , your are thinking wrong , i am still single "finally manik spoke

"Oh please , don't lie to us okay , manik we can see on your face that you are in love "navya scolded him as on his face was clearly written that he had fallen in love.

"Yes manik , please tell us about her "cabir also asked and manik was just nodding his head.

"Manik  "before manik could speak something more , they heard nandini voice . Nandini was also about to ask something but she  also got stopped seeing guest in house. Cabya smiled looking at each other , they immediately understood that who was nandini.

"Nandini , meet my friend cabir and his wife navya "manik introduced them with nandini. "Hi  " nandini said shaking her hand with them.

"And she "manik wasn't understanding how to introduce nandini , he should call her his patient or his daughter caretaker or thief of his heart

"I am care taker of Pari Malhotra " she  introduced herself and manik smiled while cabir and navya was just smiling.

"Manik , actually i came here to ask about blanket , i can't able to find it and pari is feeling cold " nandini said and then manik asked sakshi to go with nandini.

As soon as nandini left , cabir and navya were staring at him . "What ? "Manik asked " what's going on manik "now cabir asked 

"She is just my patient and caretaker of pari "manik said while settling down on couch and avoiding their eye contact.

"Oh , shut up manik , okay tell me who introduces  his friend with his daugher caretaker "navya said making manik quite.

"Guyz , for the last time  i am last telling you , you both are thinking wrong " manik shouted

"Okay relax manik ,  we won't ask but soon you , yourself will realize that you are in love as it is clearly written on your face "cabir said showing him mirror and navya nodded her head agreeing to cabir's words and manik was still sitting their confused.

Manik was sitting on couch and thinking about cabya words. " Is this true i am fallen in love with nandini "he asked from himself and started searching about love on google.

"Like seriously "saying this he moved toward next "You wake up and go to sleep thinking of someone other than yourself " he read second one and found it happened with him and again thought about nandini and a smile came on his face.  "You smile when you're alone "he read third one and it was also happened with him usually when he thought about her.  " You become a little obsessive" he read 4th thing " that's why i  scolded nandini when she wasn't taking proper food "he said to himself.

"You do embarrassing things " he read 5th one. " And the most embarrassing thing , i am doing  by reading this article  , oh god manik , your are in love , cabir was right " manik said to himself finally realizing that he was in love.

Manik threw his phone on couch and started roaming  here and there worriedly. He was thinking how could he fall in love with a girl who was pregnant with someone else baby , he even didn't know about her and about her life. He wasn't having no problem with her baby but he was worried , if the baby father will come back in her life then what will happen.

"Will nandini ever fall in love with me forgetting about her first love " this question was worrying him the most.
