Manik was standing in operation theatre confused , shocked, shattered. This wasn't the first time , he was facing this situation but the difference was that , today the girl who was lying on bed , who he had to operate , she was her wife.

"Sir , we don't have time , if you take so much time , we will lose both of them , please sir tell us your decision, you want to save baby or your wife" the junior doctor asked from Manik and he gave her blank look.

"Save my wife" he said and taking a long breath started operating her.

"Yes , i will save Nandini , i can't kill her with my own hands , i can't let my love go , i know baby is important for her but she is more important for me , i will die without her , i will handle her , we will together go through this , if my love is strong then surely she will come out of this pain" he was encouraging himself .

After an hour of operation, Nandini got her conscious back. The scene of pari pushing her and she fell down came in front of her eyes and she got terrified when she touched her flat belly. Now there was no baby inside her. She started breathing heavily thinking that she had lost her baby.

"My baby , no my baby can't go leaving me like this" saying this , she was trying to get up but her body wasn't supporting her. Her body having no strength left after the accident and after the operation.

"No.. my baby , i lost last symbol of my first love ahhaaa "She started crying badly wrapping her hand around her stomach. That time only Manik entered inside. He got shocked to see Nandini condition.

"Manik , my baby" she cried looking at Manik when Manik was walking toward her slowly and then what next Manik said to her , she looked at him shockingly.

"Nandini , why are you crying , our baby is alive"he said cubbing her face and she was looking at him unbelievably.

"Really , really Manik ?"she asked to confirm her doubt as she thought she had lost him.

"Yes.."he said nodding his head and Nandini immediately hugged him and started crying happily.

"Manik , I thought i lost him , oh my god Manik , i am so happy , please then give me my baby i want to see him , i want to take him in my arms , i am dying to see him , please tell me where he is "she said after breaking the hug.

"Nandini relax , baby is fine but you gave birth to premature baby , that's why baby is in ICU and don't Worry when you will get fine , myself i will take you there"he made her understand cubbing her face and she nodded her head having smile on her face.

After sometime

"Congratulation Nandini" Cabir and Navya came there with balloons . They hugged Nandini one by one. In few month Cabya had also became good friend of Nandini.

"Where is our small prince " Navya asked when she didn't find baby there then Nandini told her whatever Manik had told her.

"Manik , now i am fine , i want to meet my baby , i am so excited to see him , please take me there" Nandini requested him holding his hand .

"Nandini , wait for few minutes , then the baby will be in your arms"Manik said cubbing her face and Nandini happily hugged Manik . Cabir and Navya smiled seeing them .

"My baby , mumma loves you so very much" Nandini was feeling so great after taking her baby in her arms. Finally after lot of struggles, she got her baby , her happiness having no bond. She was feeling blessed. She was kissing her face again and again. Manik was just smiling looking at Nandini. He was happy because his life Nandini was happy.

"My nonu babu "she said now kissing his forehead and holding his small hand she kissed his hand . She held the baby in her arms carefully. A lone tear of happiness fell down on her baby and she was smiling happily. That time baby was peacefully sleeping in his mother arms.

"Thank you for everything"she said holding Manik's hand and kissed his hand and Manik just kissed her forehead and wiped her tear.

"Nandini , for now i am keeping baby in cradle , you take rest and baby will also sleep for sometime"Manik said taking baby in his arms then kept him in cradle while Nandini made sad pout, she wasn't in mood to leave baby.

"Take some rest , baby is with you here only" he said sitting beside Nandini and then kissed her forehead and in response she closed her eyes.

As soon as pari entered inside nandini's ward room with navya and cabir . Manik left from there silently and Nandini and cabya immediately understood that Manik was angry with pari.

"Mumma , i am solly , i pushed you , i am very bad , gandi gandi hoon mein " pari apologised holding her ear while Nandini asked Navya to make her sit on bed beside her.

"Pari , don't say like this, you are not bad , you didn't push me intentionally, it was a mistake princess , mumma is not angry with you"Nandini said hugging pari and next moment pari started crying.

"Princess , i told you before also , crying is not good , the person who cries , god never listen to them , so stop crying okay" Nandini was handling pari very well but pari was still feeling guilty.

"I am vely (very) bad mumma "she hiccuped and said while Nandini nodded her head negatively. "No , my princess is best in this whole world"she said kissing her forehead.

"Pari , don't you want to meet your little brother" Nandini asked to divert her mind. Listening Nandini words pari excitedly looked at Nandini.

"Mumma , mela chotu bhai aagya"she asked happily and Nandini nodded her head having smile on her face " kaa hai do na (give me , where he is ?)she said happily and then pari saw Navya , who was coming toward them holding baby in her hand. Pari was super happy.

Navya gave baby to Nandini and pari clapped her hand happily after seeing the baby. She touched her face and immediately withdrew her hand and laughed looking at Nandini. Like that she was touching him and laughing.

"Mumma , he is so tiny and cute"she shouted looking at little baby happily and listening pari shout , baby started crying.

"Sorry mela chotu bhai , chup hoja"pari tried to make him quite touching his face and nandini was just smiling seeing that how much pari was happy after meeting her brother.

"Na mela baby bsh , didi was only loving you , didi wasn't shouting on you"Nandini moved the baby in her arms and he immediately stopped crying and slept again.

"Oye yeh toh chup hogya aur so bhi gya wow (wow he stopped crying and slept ) pari said clapping her hands while others laughed.

Next day Nandini was feeding the baby and Manik was making her discharged paper ready."Manik i want to say something to you" when Manik entered inside Nandini said.

"Manik , please forgive Pari , she is small , by mistake she pushed me" Nandini said cubbing Manik face while Manik was looking at another side.

"Nandini , i don't want to talk about this now please" Manik about to leave saying this but Nandini stopped him holding his hand.

"Manik , i am also fine , baby is also fine then why you are angry with her" she asked and Next thing which Manik asked from her made her speechless.

"Nandini one thing i want to ask from you , if something would have happened to baby then would you forgive " Manik asked in serious tone looking at Nandini. She loosened his hand and Manik walked out from there.

She never thought and never wanted to think about the question which Manik asked from her but now his question eating her mind and she started thinking about his question. The whole way , from hospital to home , she kept thinking about his question and Manik knew that she was thinking about that question only.

"Mela chotu bhai aagya ( my small brother has came)as soon as manan came back home , pari came running toward them holding the teddy in her hand. Again Manik left from there ignoring pari and Nandini noticed this.

"Daddy whel (where) aal ( are) you going "turning back she called Manik but he wasn't listening to her and he went upstairs.

"Pari , come here , don't you want meet with your brother "she said to distract her and pari nodded her happily.

Nandini put baby on couch then pari started playing with her. Sakshi and Marry came there and they congratulated Nandini and Marry gave blessing to baby.

"Pari, don't make him cry okay , marry Aunty , i am just coming , so you see him" saying this she walked toward her room.

When she entered inside , Manik was standing at window and staring outside. Wrapping her hands around on his waist Nandini hugged him from behind.

"Nandini , you should take rest "he said turning toward her and nodded her negatively.

"No , i won't take rest until you won't talk to pari"she denied while Manik gave her sad looks.

"Nandini , please, understand i need some time to come out of this , please don't force me , please"he requested her and she understanding his situation didn't say anything further.

Nandini was lying on bed and the little baby was sleeping beside Nandini . Everyone were presented there and they all were talking about new member and playing with him but Manik was the only one who was silent , he was looking sad , even he wasn't playing with baby. Everyone were noticing his sadness.

"Nandini , have you decided baby's name"Navya asked from Nandini when she was sadly looking at Manik. Navya and cabir gave each other helpless look.

"Manik , what happened, why are you silent , you are making Nandini also sad by this what happened" Cabir asked and listening his word manan came out of their thought.

"Nothing , it's just that this accident is not going out my mind , i got scared when i saw you falling down"so finally Nandini get to know why he was silent.

"Manik , everything is fine now okay, don't think so much about past , live in present, that's what you always say to me and now you yourself thinking about past" Nandini said holding his hand and Manik took her In his arms but didn't say anything.

"Okay , now end of emotional talks or else our little baby will also starts crying seeing his parent sad" Cabir said and next moment he started crying and they all laughed.

"Cabil chachu , navya chachi , aap dono kab ae "pari asked entering inside the room and cabir walked toward her.

"Oh our little jassi ki rani , we came when you was sleeping peacefully and seeing beautiful dreams"cabir said picking her in his arms and walked toward bed and made her sit on bed.

"Ale , yeh chotu baby toh sota hi lehta (rehta) hai , mumma mele sath kon khelega ab (mumma if baby will always sleep like this then who will play with me) "she said sadly taking tension that now who will play with her. Everyone laughed on her words. Shocking everyone suddenly Manik got up and walked toward the door.

"Daddy , aap ka ja lhai (rhai) ho , aapne toh aaj pali (pari) se bat bhi ni ki , pali bhut "without listening her words he left the room while pari made sad face as like next moment she will starts crying. Nandini was looking at pari sadly while Cabir band Navya looked at each other helplessly.
