Overtaken
'I can't believe he just let me go.' Robin thinks, rubbing her sore arm. 'I wonder what was in that syringe he used.' Robin looks around. Nothing looks familiar. For all she knew, she could be on the other side of town. Robin starts walking aimlessly, keeping an eye out for her friends.

Ace keeps her nose to the ground, sniffing for any scent of Robin. She looks up as Justin and Julia appear.
"Any luck?" Both teens shake their hands. Ace growls in frustration and feels her tail wag in annoyance. Koda, who was two steps ahead of Ace, turns around in surprise at her growl. He barks in question. "Just frustrated. We should've found her by now."
"Clara and Tyler are going back toward Leo's, in case she went back. Peter and Shawn are by the grocery store." Justin says.
"Okay. Check this block again and meet us back at Leo's. I'll go let Peter and Shawn know. Come on, Koda." Ace trots in the direction of the store, Koda on her heels. She quickly finds Peter and Shawn, barking to get their attention. The two boys look over as the hound-morphed girl bounds up to them.
"You find her?" Shawn asks hopefully.
"Not yet. We're regrouping at Leo's." Ace says. Shawn sighs in worry. "Don't worry. She's bound to be around here."
"Or she's right over there." Peter says, pointing.
"Robin!" Shawn runs to the girl, who had just appeared with a confused face. Ace shifts quickly, and races over to the reunited couple.

Robin is practically tackled by the overjoyed Shawn. She smiles as she spots Ace and Peter.
"You okay? Ace says.
'Oh my gosh, you won't believe it. This guy with a metal arm kidnapped me and he's looking for you.' Robin suddenly realizes that she can't seem to spit the words out. Something makes her nod, then say. "Yeah, I'm fine. Just got lost."
"Well, don't wander off. I'm seriously thinking about getting you a tracker." Peter jokes. "Let's go."
'Guys? Guys, can you hear me?' Robin tries to say, but her mouth refused to open as she nods once more.
'They can't hear you. Only what I tell you to say.' A voice says. Robin now realizes what had been in that syringe. Her body had been hacked, just like a computer. And the man was controlling her every move.

"What can I get you to drink?" The waiter asks. Shawn had taken Robin on a date to her favorite drink shop. They had been back in New York for a day.
"I'll take a Coke, please." Shawn says.
"Mtn. Dew's fine, thanks." Robin replies. Shawn looks at her in confusion. Robin never gets soda, except on a rare occasion, but never at this place. She always got their famous homemade tea, nothing else. Shawn can tell something's off. As the two talk, Shawn notices how Robin seems very distant, never really meeting his eyes and not touching her drinks.
"Robin, are you okay?" Shawn finally asks.
"Hmm? Yeah, yeah..." Robin says distractedly. On the inside, the actual Robin was screaming.
'Shawn! You've got to go find Ace. It's not me! Please realize!' She wants to shout, but no words come out.
"You sure?" Shawn presses.
"Of course I'm sure! Why wouldn't I be?" Shawn is taken back by Robin's rough reply.
"You just seem...different. You have been since Canada." Shawn says.
"I'm fine. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have some work to do." Shawn watches as Robin leaves.
'Something's wrong.'
