Bill {Shaking}: "P-please. Leave m-me alone!"

Avatar:  "Well, well, well, well, well, well, welly-well-well-well-well! Not so tough now, are you demon?

Bill: "J-just go away!"

Avatar {Laughing menacingly} "For one trillion years I've been trapped in my own decaying dimension, waiting for a new universe to call my own. Name's 1T! But you can call me your new master for all of eternity!" 

Bill: "NO! Don't you dare!!! This is going overboard, even for YOU! "

Avatar: "This party never stops! Time is dead, and existence has no meaning. Creation is upside down and I rule supreme. Welcome one and all to EnderReign; your worst nightmare!"

Avatar snaps her fingers and everyone but Bill Cipher (Bill Cipher Sans, Nightmare, Ink, and Blueberry) passes out. Then she teleports herself and Bill Cipher into the mountains. They both start levitating.

Avatar {Laughing}: "Who should I kill first....?Eenie meenie miney... YOU!"

Bill fires a laser from his eye at her.It catches her off guard and she gets the air knocked out of her.

Avatar: "Why you little.....Once I get my hands on you, I'll disassemble your molecules!"

Bill barely dodges the knives that Avatar threw at him and fires blue lasers in an attempt to slow her down. Avatar uses a knife to deflect the lasers and laughs menacingly. 

Bill: "NO!!! UGH! COME ON! Neutral you have to stop her! YOU HAVE TO!!!"

Avatar {In Neutral!Side's voice} "Get.Out"

Avatar {In 1t's voice} "Grrrrrr"

Avatar {In 1T's voice} "Remember the universe is a hologram, reality is a illusion, buy gold, and Rubies are Blood Sapphires-BYE!"

*Neutral!Side has regained c0ntr0l*

Neutral!Side: "You alright?!!"

Bill {Trembling with relief}: "Y-yeah. Just....Don't scare me like that again."

*Bill starts to float away*

Then Neutral!Side's eyes flashed red as she pulled out a throwing star and grinned murderously.
