Babysitting is hard. When you have over two children, yeah, it's hard. Undyne plays too rough with Alphys, Chara can't be in the kitchen, Asriel is a little sweetheart, but easily influenced, and Sans and Papyrus really just keep to themselves. I can tell Papyrus wants to get to know everyone, but Sans doesn't really trust them. Which is understandable, he'll grow out of it. It's about time everyone starts to come in. Dr. Gaster normally drops off his sons first as well as Alphys, then Asgore rolls in with Undyne, Asriel and Chara.
"Thank you again for watching over them." Asgore said.
"It's really no problem! I've gotten to know each of them and I know what to do." I smile.
"Good, I gotta go, Toriel and I have a picnic planned." Asgore gushed.
"Well then get going! I got kids to watch." I said closing the door.
"Who's hungry?" I asked turning to the kids that were facing me now.
"Me!" Everyone shouted.
"Okay, sit on the floor, I'll get your food." I said.
I walked into the kitchen and already had their plates ready. I came out with one plate on my head and a plate in each hand. The laughed at how funny I looked.
"Here you go!" I said, giving Chara, Asriel, and Papyrus their food.
I repeated this until I got to Sans.
"Are ya hungry?" I asked.
He only looked away, a saw a blue tint on his cheekbones but dismissed it, knowing that he was just outside a few minutes ago.
"Yes." He said reaching his arms out to grab the plate.
I handed it to him and kissed his forehead in a motherly way. This flustered him a bit but he continued to eat.

They had 2 hours of play time before they took their naps. Eventually they would get cranky. I walked over to Papyrus who was watching everyone play tag.
"Do you want to join them?" I asked.
He nodded his head vigorously. I ushered him over to the group and introduced him. Undyne instantly tagged him and ran off. Papyrus laughed and cheered as he ran off to catch them. I felt a tug at my pants and saw Sans. His right eye was glowing, as if he was ready for anything.
"Sans, there is nothing to worry about." I said, making him jump.
"I just want to keep him safe.." He murmured.
"I understand, but you have to let him make some friends or he'll grow up lonely." I frowned.
"He won't be lonely, he'll have me." He said, looking up at me.
"You won't be enough, he will grow up insecure. You not want that do you?" I asked.
"I guess no-"
Papyrus had begun to cry since Undyne accidentally pushed him down when she tagged him. Everyone stopped what they were doing to see what happened. Undyne went to step closer to help but Sans was already by his brother, shielding him from her.
"You okay, Pap?" He asked.
"I'm fine, really." He said, eagerly.
"That's enough playing." Sans said, glaring at Undyne.
"No! I'm okay! Really I am!" Papyrus cried out.
"Sans is right, it's nap time anyway." I said.
They all whined but fell asleep nonetheless. Alphys was the only one who was actually awake, besides Sans. Alphys never really went to sleep unless she had an early morning. She would tell me all about how Dr. Gaster is doing and Sans would sometimes pipe in. Sans is quite comfortable around Alphys, I guess it's because they live together. I began to prepare for snack time before they had to go. Chara likes chocolate, Asriel likes pie, Sans likes ketchup, Papyrus likes spaghetti, Alphys and Undyne really don't care what they have. So I would have all these this prepared the night before. I heated the pie and spaghetti. One by one they began to wake up.
"Ms. (Y/n)....can I have my pie now?" Asriel asked sleepily.
"Sure thing, go sit." I said smiling down at the baby goat.
He sat down and I gave him his slice of pie. I gave Alphys one too, because she wanted to try some. I gave Chara her chocolate and she thanked me. She has this gleam in her eye like she is planning something but loses that thought when she talked with Asriel. Undyne claimed something about wanting to be in the Royal Guard and refused any food that I offered her. I gave Sans and Papy what they wanted and they smiled widely.

An hour later a knock sounded at the door. Toriel was standing there.
"Ah! (Y/n), how was everyone?" She asked.
"Perfectly fine! We had a few bumps here and there but for the most part they were fine." I smiled.
"That's good! You are great with children! Asriel, Chara, Undyne! Come on we gotta go!" She called into the house.
The three groaned since they were playing a trivia with Alphys. Everyone would circle around Alphys and she would ask a question, who ever got it right they got to ask the next question, but if they got it wrong, they had to run in a circle.
The three came out and gave me a hug goodbye.
"Dr. Gaster will be here any minute." I told the last three when Toriel left.
Sans had let Papyrus run around and have fun with the others after our little talk. Papyrus was currently exploring the house. Sans and Alphys were having their own conversation. I sat down on the couch and started to doze off.

The doorbell rang out and I woke up, startled. Papyrus and Sans were sleeping on the other side of the couch and Alphys was snuggled into my side. I replaced my body with a pillow and she stirred. I quietly made my way to the door and saw it was dark out. I opened the door cautiously and saw Dr. Gaster.
"O-oh, Dr. Gaster, hey. The kids are sleeping right now." I murmured.
"I know, it was a late night in the lab....do you mind if I come in?" He asked.
"Oh not at all, come in." I said leaving the door to wake up the trio.
"Alphys." I said shaking her gently. She opened her eyes and reached for her glasses. I handed them to her.
"Oh, hi Dr. G." She yawned.
Gaster picked up Alphys and she began to fall asleep again.
"Sans? Pap?" I said.
Sans woke up and looked around the room. He woke up Pap and pointed at Gaster.
"Come now. We need to go." Gaster said with a crooked smile.
Papyrus hugged me before Gaster picked him up. Sans hugged me and they left. I saw them off. I know they all are gonna be okay, they can rely on each other. Alphys, Undyne, papyrus, and Sans.....they'll be just fine...
