Hi everyone. I just wanted to tell all of you that I'm starting a new book called Ward's Warrior where Rachel Bolton was Ward's first rookie and she works on the bus with the team. It's slightly AU because I have it where Steve Rogers (one of her friends) and Sharon Carter were dating. So yeah. Here's an excerpt from the first chapter:

Working on the bus was interesting, and it might be Wash's definition of it as well. I was on this plane with Agents Coulson, May, Fitz, and Simmons. We also had a consultant named Skye. Lastly my S.O. Agent Grant Ward was on the plane as well. Fantastic. I mean he is the one who helped me get into SHEILD in the first place, but after being stuck on a plane with him for a few months can be aggravating in a couple ways. The first way is that you get sick of all the little things that you'd used to think were cool, but now are annoying as hell. The second one is where you've developed a crush on them and they are too stupid to see it and it drives you up the fricking wall! I mean I've known Grant for close to five or six years now, and I've never felt that way before a couple months ago. Well I didn't realize it until then. Do you know how hard it is to be around your crush every second of nearly everyday in a confined area in the sky? I didn't think so. Anyways I should get over it cause it looks like he likes Skye. I like her and we're friends, but I just don't want to tell her about my crush on Grant. I've told Jemma since we're best friends, and I know that its kinda weird that we are since she's science and I'm operations, but we just had a connection and she's pretty bad ass too.

"Rachel, just tell him!" Jemma practically yelled.

"No! I know that he doesn't like me back!" I replied.

"Rachel Bolton! He needs to know!"

"Who needs to know what?" Skye asked as she entered Simmons' bunk.

"Jemma-" I began to say but she put her hand over my mouth.

"She likes Ward." She said as I licked her hand. "Rachel that's absolutely disgusting!" Skye looked confused.

"I licked her hand." I said as the confusion turned into joy.

"This is perfect!" Skye squealed.

"What is going on in here?" Coulson asked from outside the door.

"Rachel likes-" The two of them began to say until I covered their mouths.

"Actually you know what I don't want to know because you have already been told Bolton that Steve is mine!" Coulson yelled as he ran away from the door.

"What the hell was that?" Skye asked.

"Let's just say I may have kissed Captain America..."

"How many times? Was he a good kisser? Did you grab his ass?" Skye began to ask rapid fire questions.

"Okay, we were undercover and posed as a couple at a gala. We may have had to do a couple things in order to keep people off our scent. It's kinda hard to do that when you have the Captain America as your partner-"

"You popped Captain America's cherry?!" The two asked in shock as Coulson banged on the door.

"You did WHAT!" He screamed.

"Hey Coulson just ask Stevie if he likes to dance when you see him. Wait. Isn't he coming on the bus today?"

"You are not allowed near him!" Coulson yelled once again as the three of you doubled over in laughter.
