You were the new guardian for one of the Librarians, Flynn Carson to be exact. It was interesting to say the least. He had the attention span of a goldfish, but was a genius in the literal sense. Flynn had also found a way into your heart as well. Currently the two of you were on a mission to locate one of the library's missing artifacts. Flynn kept acting like he didn't need you as a guardian, but only there as his girlfriend and an adventure buddy. Now he was running into a cave without thinking about it.

"Flynn!" You yelled at him, he turned around and looked at you innocently.

"(Y/n), darling, there's nothing you need to worry about. The worst thing that could happen is that we get chased by some ancient hunters that have risen from the dead and possibly get killed." He tried to reassure me and was doing a terrible job at it.

"So a Thursday night?"

"Yup." He quipped as he practically skipped down said cave until you pushed yourself in front of him, causing the librarian to mope. Flynn was practically a child, a stubborn child.

"Flynn, what's my job again?"

"You're my guardian and that entails you making sure that I don't die."

"Good boy. Now let's get the artifact and get out of here."

"How about once we return the artifact back to the library, we go out for diner?" Flynn asked.

"Sounds great Flynn." You said and pecked him on the cheek as you finished your mission and went out to dinner that night.
