Disclaimer: if you don't see a certain alter here then it's probably because I don't consider them different enough from the original person  to include them here so don't get mad when you don't see Ren the Kid or Poultry man

General stuff:
-all the alters live in a random house in the server
-not many of the hermits know where the house is (some don't even know that it exists)
-the house is actually less like a place of residence and more like a place for the alters to come and go from as they please
-they all have they're own bedrooms and they decorate them differently
-just imagine the shit that goes down with the alters that live there permanently

Ariana Griande:
-is an actual singer in the Minecraft world who preforms at different servers
-doesn't stay in the house very often because she's always traveling
-is a trans woman
-is actually very nice and sweet
-(fuck I know nothing about irl Ariana Grande was she the girl from Victorious?)
-is like the mom figure for the alters
-is the one you go to when someone says "go ask your mom"
-her room is filled with posters from her past concerts, has a sound booth, a closet full of different clothes, a vanity with makeup, and a T.V with a karaoke that the other alters use

The Grianch:
-big tsundere
-very fluffy
-doesn't like being pet tho
-is very passive aggressive
-"WE DO NOT CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS IN THIS HOUSE! (ò_óˇ)"
-likes to be left alone
-is in his room very often just keeping to himself
-he likes to read
-a lot of the alters truly to get along with him
-has been spotted with NPG though
-loves soft stuffed animals
-his room has a lot of stuffed animals and a book shelf for his books

Phantom menace?:
-not real alter I just really wanna talk about the phantom menace thing from season 6
-Grian got bit by a phantom during the phantom hunt of season 6 and became kind of a werephantom
-was lucky changed back around the end of the Grian head hunt using some potions
-he had wings, claws, and night vision
-tried to attack the hermits when he transformed but it was soon decided that he should be locked in his base on the nights when he was really feral
-there were nights where Grian had full control over himself when he transformed and it was really cool
-this is mostly based off a fic by OdalverseCrew314 that I read a long time ago

NPC Grian:
-this boi is my baby
-I don't give a duck about snapshot au propaganda he can commit as many crimes as he wants
-is a demon Grian summoned that's possessing a Robot that's also probably from Hels (maybe the demon is Hels Grian? Probably not)
-has blood?
-also has a mouth but you don't wanna see it
-He/They
-is just a innocent been who has definitely committed multiple war crimes
-I've seen head cannons that NPG's autistic so fuck it autistic NPG time
-his special interest could be building/rustic houses
-maybe they don't like modern houses because NPG doesn't like the textures of the blocks (concrete, quartz, etc)
-some of his stims could be flapping his arms when happy/bored, emoting with his hands when talking, twitching they're leg when anxious
-I see a lot of headcannons say that NPG like's to draw and that's really cute
-calls robot Grian his "big brother"
-he's older then robot Grian
-his room has a drawing desk with paper and crayons and lots of LEGO for him to build tiny rustic houses out of

Robot Grian:
-the emo Grian
-how did Grian make a Robot? Not even Grian knows (sometimes people just go apeshit when sick)
-not quite sure how he feels about Grian
-Evil X is helping him change his programming so he can finally call Grian a bitch
-you cannot convince me that Robot Grian doesn't listen to My Chemical Romance
-hates most humans
-likes hanging out with the alters because most of them are not human (even the human ones are ok)
-doesn't give a dam about NPG (secretly gives a dam)
-he doesn't have much in his room besides some band posters and his charging station

Viva:
-ok so a lot of people don't know this one
-in Mumbo's older videos he called himself Viva (probably short for Oliver)
-so Viva's the past version of Mumbo
-so during season 6 one of the alters (*cough* BadTimes *cough*) used Grian's time machine in Area 77 to go back in time and ended up finding Viva and decided to keep him
-the alters made another time machine so that they can visit each other more often since they had to give Viva back
-the alters keep this time machine extremely hidden (in the basement) so that another
area 77 doesn't happen
-of corse Viva goes back to his own time now and again
-yes he has met Mumbo
-yes it was weird
-Viva is like a more chaotic version of Mumbo who doesn't know how to readstone
-he has a basic understanding of redstone he's just not a master or anything
-his room has a lot of redstone bits in it for him to practice and dinosaur pictures (he likes dinosaurs)
-incase you're confused about the names I headcannon that Mumbo's not Mumbo's real name and his real name is Viva

Grim dog:
-Xisuma was having some troubles coding Grian's idea for demise into Hermitcraft and was soon going to give up, that was until he was visited by a cloaked figure who calls himself Zedeath. Zedeath said that he will allow the game of demise to happen if he gets to be in control of the first person that dies in this game. Xisuma agreed to this deal however against his better judgment decided not to tell the hermits about this exchange.
-so yah Grim dog is actually a small portion of Zedeath's power that once lived in Rendog
-but after demise ended and the Reaper's soul was removed from Ren (thanks to Iskall) Grim became his own person
-Grim Dog is still a reaper however and guides the souls of the dead mobs on the Hermitcraft server
-because of his very busy job he isn't in the alter house that often
-is the "someone is going to die"
-very emo and proud
-will only wear black
-is still a dog hybrid so please give him pets (not that he likes them or anything)
-acts serous but never knows what he's doing
-hates RenBob
-shops at hot topic
-his room is very black and very emo with some soul in jars sprinkled around the place

RenBob:
-was actually a friend of Ren that he invited onto Hermitcraft 6 to protest against the sewage that concorp's coral shop was producing
-he just kinda stuck around since then since he liked Hermitcraft so much
-is kind of an air head but he means well
-secretly knows a lot about machinery
-sometimes Evil X will be stuck working on some kind of machine and RenBob will randomly walk by and mention some sciency stuff and how to fix it and Evil X will just be very confused
-really likes GrimDog
-used to be a very frequent visitor in the house but has currently traveling in his van and hasn't been seen for a while
-is the "of fun"
-is the one that most of the other alters go to
when they need a hug
-is a night owl
-rarely ever mad
-is a good boi plz give him pets
-actually lives in his van
-the alters insisted that RenBob should have a room in the house but he would rather sleep in his van outside

Tomato Yoshi:
-is another old friend of Ren
-used to train Ren in the art of ninjitsu when he was little
-loves nature
-yes he is an anthro rat thing
-yes furry jokes were made
-yes Tomato Yoshi doesn't understand any of
these jokes
-likes to watch old Japanese action movies
-is the wise old boomer of the group
-likes to teach the younger alters how to preform ninjitsu/meditate
-was very close to his family
-isn't in the house very often because he's busy training and taking care of the Dragon Dog Dojo back in the season 6 server

Evil X:
-is Xisuma's brother twin not a clone
-many Hermits and Alters think he is a clone
-he's not
-unlike Xisuma he needs his helmet to breath
-on days he doesn't want to wear his suit he will just use a regular mask however he needs to be hooked up to medical equipment if he doesn't wear his mask for to long
-was experimented on by [REDACTED] in an attempt to summon a creature from Hels and is why he has powers, scars, red eyes, and white hair
-can summon lightning
-can slightly mind control people and summon but it takes a lot of energy out of him
-is immune to lava
-likes knitting, Worm man, machinery and playing those online multiplayer PC gun games
-is actually pretty good with robotics
-has been in the void before
-sleeps with a Worm Man plush
-likes spending time with herobrine and has introduced him to a few of the alters
-Really likes Worm Man
-will fucking die for NPG
-has probably summoned a demon once
-has a real name
-his room is filled with Worm Man merch and video games

Badtimes:
-this bitch
-you know how some people are with Evil X
-that's me with BadTimesWithScar
-he is basically Scar's Vex magic given human form
-he looks, uncanny
-he just has one of those faces that seem, off
-he has black hair and weird eyes that glow in the dark
-y'all ever seen Snader Sides?
-BadTimes is basically if we mixed the personalities of Virgil and Janice
-I heard some be on the Ask and Dare once say that BadTimes was like ice cream, cold but sweat and that's probably the best way to describe him
-he can also summon vex wings because that's cool
-you may think that he is the reason why Scar acts creepy sometimes
-and you would be wrong
-but he can possess Scar so that's cool
-is like the emo big brother
-will fucking die for some of the alters
-however if an opportunity for taking over the server came to him he would take it
-is best friends with TrueSymmetry
-loves cats (he is a Scar)
-hates Disney (but secretly loves the nightmare before Christmas)
-can't draw for shit
-his room looks like Virgil's room (back with the sander sides parallels) but is more blue and has more of a vexy feel to it

Captain angry eyes:
-isn't in the house very often because he's busy guarding area 77 back in the Hermitcraft 6 server
-is probably one of the only alters with brain cells
-a workaholic
-the alters often tell him to take a break from working so much
-he doesn't
-has passed out working once and an alter (*cough* BadTimes *cough*) had to Cary him to bed
-hates BadTimes
-likes Star Wars (a lot)

TrueSymmetry:
-Is a "failed" clone of False
-dresses a lot more girly (bows, dresses, etc)
-won't fucking hesitate to stab you
-is the definition of "looks like a cinnamon roll will actually kill you"
-best friends with Badtimes
-can be very intimidating but in a different way then False is
-fucking hates False
-ponytails
-bows
-likes to stile the alters hair
-is basically the big sister to the alters
-usually the first one awake and the one that runs down to the shopping district to pick up groceries
-pastel lolita aesthetic
-is a crossbow main
-has tea parties with NPG
-her room is very pastel with plushes everywhere but also has a lot of weapons just, there

Worm man:
-is a clone of Zedaph (don't ask where all these clones are coming from)
-is like Zedaph but more shy and anxious
-puts on the persona of Worm Man because it makes him feel more confident
-still wears the costume around the alters
-EX made him a hoodie with a worm man aesthetic and it has become his favourite hoodie
-doesn't actually have any super powers
-best friends with Evil X
-the only people who saw him without he mask
Are Evil X, Team ZIT, and Robot Grian
-shy
-has self confidence issues
-really likes superhero comics which is why he became a superhero
-loves worms
-knows a lot of worm facts
-has a couple of pet worms in his room that he takes care of
-his room is pretty normal besides some super hero and worm posters

Ethobrine:
-just a good sweet boi
-gentle soul
-likes hugs
-came from the glitched 404 episode
-just appeared in the house one day making breakfast for NPG
-they asked Evil X if he new anything because he knows the most about Herobrine and not even he knows where he came from
-there are actually multiple Ethobtines and this is just one of them
-doesn't talk
-doesn't sleep? Has been seen standing completely still with his eyes open which is probably sleeping?
-can go through walls and teleport
-doesn't need to eat but loves sweets
-loves to bake and cook
-doesn't have a room, probably has one in the walls though

Grumbot:
-acts supper naive all the time but is actually the smartest person here
-loves his dads and his brothers very much
-really wants to know more about humans and how they work so that he can impress his dads
-is technically NPC Grian's and Robot Grian's half brother
-he still loves his half brothers very much
-EX made him a body that he can walk around in
-doesn't have a room in the house yet and just sleeps in the charging port of EX's room

Jrumbot:
-Grumbot's little brother
-small box boi
-very smol and cute
-loves his family very much
-please vote for his dad
-doesn't speak and only talks in binary
-likes to play with NPG (they're good friends)
-also doesn't have a room in the house

Zedeath:
-the god of death
-not many of the alters know about him besides Grim Dog, Xisuma, EX, and Worm Man
-is "connected" with Zedaph somehow
-very mysterious
-is he evil?
-he is out there
-doesn't live in the house

Tiny Tango/Little dude:
-they are both living dolls that were brought to life by a potion accident
-despite their complete opposite personalities they're actually good friends
-Tiny Tango thinks that he is a Hels Tango (he doesn't know what a Hels counterpart is)
-Little dude is much closer to his bigger counterpart than Tiny Tango is
-Tango and Tiny Tango often have very loud arguments in the middle and f the shopping district
-they are both about 15 cm

HelsKnight:
-one of the many rulers of Hels
-I imagine Hels working a lot like Pentagram City from the Hazbin Hotel series, just a place where the Hels counterparts battle for turf and whoever has the most turf is the most powerful
-HelsKnight has the second largest amount of Turf in Hels
-since HelsKnight is a Hels counterpart possessing a clone I imagine that he's actually a huge shadow monster in his true form
-also the clone that he is possessing was basically a mindless husk since he found it so don't worry he's not actually possessing someone
-ever since he moved to the Over World he's been having a hard time adapting to things since the Over World so different to Hels
-fuckin cat traits just because
-When he gets mad the plume on his helmet and his tail set on fire

Skinned Beef/Green eyed Beef
-I came up with nick names for these two, Grian eyed Beef is Steak and Skined Beef is Pork
-Green eyes Beef is actually hollow so you can just poke him and he'll just kind deflate on himself
-Green eyed Beef is actually the evil one
-while Beef has never used the cloning machines again he has gotten many requests from the alters for him to use it again so they can meet the two

And that's all I have to say about the alter egos of Hermitcraft again some of them were not included because I didn't find them different enough from the original Hermit or it was confirmed that they were in fact a Hermit (Grian revealing himself as Poultry man and the salmon ghost and Ren having Ren The Kid's memories meaning that they are the same person as some examples) so don't get mad if they were not included
