After her encounter with Isaiah, Catherine's days went back to normal, but she couldn't get the young man out of his head. She was distracted most of the time, she was replaying the strange meeting again and again, wondering how could have it gone differently. Even her parents noticed she is not there fully, but it wasn't unusual from her, she often get lost in her mind, so they didn't pay much attention to it.

One week later when Catherine get to the shop in the morning, her father was there already, waiting for her to come.

"It's about time." bellowed the man, when Catherine entered the shop. She quickly lowered her gaze to the floor and scurried behind the counter.

"I am really sorry" she muttered quietly, in fear of her father's anger. She only get a disapproving look as her father made his way to the door behind the counter and came back with a simlar white box like the week before.

"You know what to do with this. I have to go." he said as he put the box on the shelf under the counter and left the shop without a goodbye, only the little bell above the door signalling his departure.

Catherine just sighed, not letting her father to ruin her mood, since she could feel it in her bones that this is going to be a good day. She put her flowery apron on and tied it behind her back.

As soon as Catherine started her usual, everyday tasks in the shop, her thoughts wandered to the handsome man she met the week before. She was wondering if he is going to pick up the box this time again. Catherine hoped she can see him again.

Someone must heard her prays, because when the evening came and the closing of the shop was approaching the doorbell signalled a new customer, Catherine quickly looked up from her work and her heart missed a beat when she saw Isaiah smiling at her.

"Hello beautiful" Isaiah tipped his cap to the young woman, his smirk growing even bigger, when he noticed the slight blush on her cheeks.

"Hello Isaiah" she answered with a shy smile. She easily got lost in his eyes when stepped closer and leaned on the counter, right in front of her.

"Now you see, when the boss asked me to come here again, I wasn't complain', so I could see your pretty face again" hearing his voice slightly startled Catherine, but she quickly came to her senses and blushed even more after his flirting.

"Oh sorry" she grabbed the box and after putting it on the counter pushed it in front of him.

"Don't say sorry Cathy, you can get lost in my eyes anytime" he winked at her with a mischevious grin on his lips as he picked up the box. Catherine could swear her whole head was red by the time he finished his sentence. Isaiah just chuckled.

"You don't speak much, do you?" he asked with kind eyes.

"No, I don't" she answered, smiling broadly, her face starting to get back it's original color.

"That's a shame, I would like to hear that voice of yours more often" he winked again, and a toothy grin spreadt on his face, when he could see his flirting was succesful as she blushed once more.

"Then you should come here more often" she almost clasped her hand on her mouth when those words left her lips. She even surprised herself, how bold she was. Isaiah chuckled, when he notice how she is struggling with herself, if it was a stupid thing to say or not.

"I will" he reassured her. Isaiah reached for Catherine's hand to leave a goodbye kiss on her knuckles. "See you soon Cathy" he tipped his cap once again, then he turned around and made his way to leave the shop.

"Goodbye Isaiah" Catherine called after him, causing Isaiah to turn back one last time when he opened the door and winked at her before stepping out the shop. Leaving behind a Catherine who already missed his pressence.
