A little while after I left that place, I got that call from Stephanie. She explained to me that it was a difficult process to get me in, bearing in mind I had a criminal record that specifically related to the building, but once everyone knew the story they were happy to give me a provisional job. She said that, at first, I'd be doing menial jobs just so they could gain trust in me and my working ability but after that she was happy to promote me and give me a job I'd love. She thought that it'd be a good start for me, especially after everything that had gone on and I had to say I agreed. I finally had a job to go to and it was in a place I'd grown to love so much.

As for Dean, I called him up once I'd received the call from Steph to thank him one more time. We chatted for a few hours without any awkward pauses or silences and decided we should go on a date before I started my new job. I still couldn't get my head around the fact Dean had even asked to go on a date with me, but he was good for me so I could never have said no. We've planned to go out with Roman, Seth, Paige and the rest of the gang so I can see them again which I was more than happy with. It finally felt like my life was getting... well, I'd say back on track but it was never on the right track to begin with, so I'll just say it felt like my life was heading in the right direction for the first time in all my years.

And lastly, as for Eli, his 'mental state' plead failed. He's going to spend a lot of his life in that prison and although I'm slightly saddened by it, I'm happy that he's finally going to be held responsible for everything he did. He's ended up in the same prison Tom and Seb are at, so I'll wait to hear how that panned out. I'm planning on visiting the two of them soon, just to make sure there's no bad blood between us.

From thinking I had nothing and was a no one to this, it just goes to prove that just because you're having a down patch in life, there's nothing stopping you from grabbing any opportunity you have thrown your way and changing how your life is. Sometimes, it's nice to accept the help you need and change for the better. I already feel like life is so different. I just cant wait to see what's next in store for me.
