At the Central Government HQ, an urgent group meeting was being held, Andersen, Ingrid, Mustang, Burningum, Doban, Enikk, and Syuen were all in the group meeting, all of them were focusing of the incident of the your Rampaging throughout the Ark, most of the individuals in the meeting were tensed up of and wondering how this all happened, of course they all start off of questioning Syuen why there was a high threat level Rapture inside the Missilis Tower Building.

Andersen: Well, since everyone is here, let's begin...first discussion at hand will focus on Syuen.

Syuen: Huh?! Me?! I thought this meeting was about that Commander that went crazy and started causing a mess of the Ark!

Andersen: We'll get to that point later on. Right now we need to know why a very dangerous Rapture, who is Chatterbox, has suddenly started wrecking havoc in your Missilis Tower.

Syuen: ...

Andersen: Not to mention why he was at Missilis Tower in the first place? I specifically ordered to move Chatterbox at M.M.R. so he can be kept in Stasis Check.

Syuen: .....

Andersen: Are you going to say some or not, Syuen?

Syuen: *sigh* I don't have time for this! I'm leaving! I got better things to do than be in this meeting, I need to start the repairing process at Missilis Tower.

Syuen said with an aggravated tone in her voice, she then stormed off from the meeting room leaving everyone, the others sigh in exhaustion after seeing Syuen leave in a hurry as to not be involved in the meeting anymore.

Mustang: Jeez! When did Syuen start to leave important meetings like this in a hurry? She never does that...

(Note: I am not going to write complicated words for how Mustang talks. Seriously, this guy never speaks normal.)

Ingrid: We'll deal with her later on. For now, let's focus as to why everyone agreed to attend to this meeting in the first place.

Burningum: The C-Commander you presume?

Ingrid: Yes. The Commander.

Doban: I assume we'll lock him up and keep him locked up after what he did; it's the logical thing to do. Better yet, out right kill him.

Doban said, after what you did, most of the Ark is I'm shambles, the people are scared as most of them are heavily injured and are being treated in numerous hospitals around the Ark, the surroundings and environment around the Ark are in complete ruin, most of the buildings are collapsed as most of the streets are covered in numerous cracks and holes. Most of the vehicles around the Ark are either destroyed or wrecked up.

Enikk: Executing the Commander is completely impossible to do.

Doban: What? What do you mean?

Enikk then brought up a holographic screen in front of everyone. The holographic screen was the showing A.C.P.U. Forces alongside Perilous Siege in contact with you as they all open fired at you, but the hail of bullets from their weapons did nothing to you as you stood there unharmed, seeing this everyone in the meeting room is in complete shock and surprised.

Enikk: As you can see, Nikke Weaponry are completely useless of harming the Commander. It only annoyed him and angered him more.

Burningum: H-How is this possible? Nikke Weaponry are r-really powerful that not even a n-normal person can h-handle them...

Andersen: I'm guessing everyone forgot that the Commander is capable of many things... The Commander himself even has weapons of his own that surpass any Nikke Weaponry.

Andersen said as he then switched the scene on the holographic screen. It now shows you summoning numerous weapons of all kinds to appear out of thin air while also showing of you defeating the endless hordes of Raptures that are approaching the Ark.

Ingrid: As you can see, like Andersen said; the Commander is capable of doing many things that no person nor Nikke in the Ark is capable of.

Mustang: My goodness, I never knew a person like the Commander existed.

Andersen: Most of the Commanders' background information is Redacted and covered in Black Ink, we don't know why, but I'm pretty sure this is the reason.

Doban: Okay, I get it. He can't die, and his special. What's any of that have to do with his Rampage within the Ark?

Ingrid: We are getting to that. The reason why we're saying all this is that most of the events that the Commander has been through for the past few days have taken a heavy toll on his mental health.

Ingrid said as the holographic screen changes again as it shows a list of mental health issues that you are having. A few pictures are also shown of you are also shown from events from the beginning of you killing the Tyrant Class Rapture Blacksmith to you fighting Chatterbox at the Missilis Tower.

Ingrid: I have the report from the medical staff of the hospital that the Commander is staying it, the Commander is suffering from Anxiety, Stress, PTSD, lack of nutrients, low blood sugar, sleep problems...the list goes on...

Andersen: ....

Burningum: ....

Doban: ....

Enikk: ....

Ingrid: According to Rapi's report, after the fight between the Commander and Chatterbox was the breaking point, when Chatterbox tried to kill the Commanders Nikkes, the Commander lost it, thinking that Chatterbox killed them, he went into Rage, killing Chatterbox on the spot, I suspect that the Commanders rage was the cause for this Rampage.

Andersen: Rapi also was the one to stop the Commander right?

Ingrid: Correct, she did; although details of how she stopped him will be on hold, I'll talk to her later as to how she did it in greater detail.

Andersen: Understood.

Doban: ....

Burningum: If I m-may ask, what is the A-Arks current condition?

Enikk: After the Commanders Rampage, the Ark has suffered 50% damage, 43 civilian death, 106 civilians heavily injured, over a thousand of Mass-produced Nikkes destroyed by the Commander and moral around the Ark has completely died out.

Enikk said as the holographic screen then shows the Ark in its current state of how badly damaged it has that was caused by you, images were shown of destroyed infrastructures, ruined buildings, destroyed vehicles, etc.

Andersen: What's the next course of action Enikk?

Enikk: Repairing any damage of the Ark immediately is the best course of action.

Doban: What about that Commander? Surely we just can't let him off the hook after what he did.

Andersen: You let me worry about him, for now; let's start focusing of repairing the Ark.

Doban: ...still, I don't trust that Commander, even though his capable of many things, we can all agree that he is a total monster. It's only a matter of time when he is the next big threat and not the any of the Raptures.

Andersen: ....

Ingrid: ....

Burningum: ....

Enikk: ....

Elysion Tower HQ...

Ingrids Office...

Rapi: ...and that's how it went...

Ingrid: ...

Ingrid sat on her chair behind her desk as she finished listening to Rapis story of how she went toe to toe with you when using Red Hood, Ingrid was shock and surprised to hear that not even Red Hood was capable of stopping you.

Ingrid: *sigh* I see, even activating Red Hood wasn't able to stop the Commanders Rampage...so how do you stop him by just simply saying "Over here."?

Rapi: Let's just say...the Commander lost someone important to him and the someone's last few words were "over here."

Ingrid: ....

Rapi: I finished explaining to you how it all went, if there's nothing else then I'll take my leave.

Ingrid: Of course, you may go...

Ingrid said to Rapi as she makes her way out of Ingrids Office, once Rapi leaves Ingrid sat in her chair wondering who was thus important individual that the Commander has lost, she then remembered something as she started digging through some document files.

Ingrid: If I remember...here!

Ingrid then pull out a file from one of the Documents, the title of the File that Ingrid has in her hands says...

Ingrid: "Silver Gun"...

Epilogue

Meanwhile, three Nikke Individuals has just arrived back in the Ark after there one week away mission ordered by Syuen, the moment they step foot in the Ark though has made the three Nikkes in shock and surprised by the sheer chaos and destructive mess that the Ark is in.

Laplace: My word, what great evil of destruction has caused this travesty to our home?

Drake: Haha! It looks like this place trembled in fear the moment we came back!

Maxwell: *sigh* Will you two knocked it off, let's head back to Missilis Tower, I'm pretty sure Syuen will explain everything of what happened here...
