Your girl went back to the 1950s for decade day of spirit week at my school...

And I have to say out of all the days we had this was my most dreaded but turned out to be my favorite.

I did the hairstyle... straight up 1950s vintage waves curled bangs high top type thing. And with red hair..?? Dang it looked cute-I know I'm ugly but for once my hair didn't look terrible😂. Kind of want to go back to the 1950s... cause I've found I like the style.

What I want to know is how they did it?! I spent like a freaking hour on my hair just doing the curled up high top bangs thingy. Ridiculous. And don't even get me started on the type of heels they wore. Ladies... why? Why would you torture yourselves so.

Now I know how Bobby pins were invented tho😂jk I really don't. Their these amazing things that somehow keep our hair in place...

And then they get lost in our hair and we can't find them till hours later when we take a shower and it just happens to fall out and down the drain...

And their like a one time use. You buy a whole thing. Literally and the next week you can't find any of them. These things are like the easiest things to lose besides hair ties and glasses.

Needless to say my teachers agreed that today everytime they looked at me they could swear I was from one of those old vintage movies and I was some sort of actress that came straight out of a movie.

Tempted to show you all what my whole thing looked like but that would mean a face reveal.. and I ain't ready for that... haha.. 😂

But instead I'll show a pic of someone my friends thought I looked like the spitting image of today..
