Another grueling but totally worth it practice! For those of you cheering me on. lol this is for you to hear.

Today we were doing competitions with planks.
(If you don't know what a plank is look it up right now)

And whoever dropped first had to start running laps and the last man standing (still doing the plank) wouldn't have to do "suicides"(their called suicides for a reason...)

So my coach started the timer and we all got down and started doing planks.

The first one of us drops 15 seconds into it. Then the next and so fourth.

Finally we are down to the last five of us still doing the plank, all of us red and sweating. 1:55 seconds has past. (Mind you all of us have only done up to 1:00 minute planks)

The next one and next one drops and now there is three of us left.

Me, Sophie, and Jewels.

We are the most competitive out of the bunch so we aren't giving up. Until Jewels falls do to losing her balance.

2:30 seconds now. Everyone is running laps and it's just me and Sophie.

Finally at 2:57 she drops to the floor. And guess what?

Your girl, Diamond won! With 3:00+!! Woot woot!

Let me tell you from experience. If you have ever done a true plank before you know when I say they are hard as heck.. I ain't lying. They hurt a lot! So 3 mins! That's quite an accomplishment and a new record on my volleyball team! Yay! I'm not trying to brag but I feel proud of myself. And honestly made me feel like I can do things and I won't give up! Mind over matter as my coach says. Anyways! I'm happy about that!

Aww so today something happened that really warmed my heart!

I teach this Wednesday class to kids. And one of the girls comes up to me with this huge bag of candy and is like:"hi Ms. _____(Diamond)!!
I brought candy for you today!" (She's always bringing me stuff every week) and so then her mom came and told her to go play and I look at her mom as she runs off:"she's such a cutie and sweetheart." Her mom smiled and said:"she loves you! She never stops talking about you. She keeps saying one day when she's older like you, that she wants to be just like you!"

And honestly... that almost brought me to tears.. my heart melted. I was just like:"Awww.... I don't know what to say.. that's so sweet." And then we continued talking.. but ya :3

A little 5 year old girl sees me like her world and role model and wants to be like me.. I just.. I feel so special (not crying...😂😂☺️☺️☺️🤗🤗)

So another yay! Moment!

Then we live out in the country so we were taking our garbage cans back in. And how we do it is.. we climb on top of our dads truck/tailgate and since the cans have wheels we just drive down our long downhill driveway.. well tonight. We were doing that me and my twin. And I'm wearing flip flops.. so as we were going down hill.. it started to come off and since I've been so tired from practice I leaned forward to try and catch it. But completely lost my balance and fell off and rolled. It hurt so much!! And we were going at least 20 mhps down my driveway.. I basically skidded and rolled.. luckily I was wearing a denim jacket so I didn't cut my arms to bad... but I have this big gash on the bottom of my foot and on my elbow and I'm bleeding...

It hurts so dang much lol. Stupid me. I was laying in the dark on a gravel road and the truck is driving off before my sister finally yells to stop the car.. and they get out and help me back.. so ya.. that happened 15 mins ago.. and that's my day. So lovely lol

So busy, and thrilling and exhausting.

And I tell you all this because you guys seem to care about my life XD
