Ichigo Matsumoto is an average high school student who lost the use of his legs in a serious accident, and unfortunately, his family couldn't afford any prosthetics for the boy.  But that didn't stop him.  Where as Ichigo lack in physical strength, he make up for it with his brain.  Using his great intellect, Ichigo invents a high-tech ninja android that he can control and fight crime.  However, this form of vigilantism has caught the attention of members of Section 9.  Particularly, Major Motoko Kusanagi herself.
