These are the following positions that are available in our community. To become a member the person should have Discord. An interview will take place before official acceptance of a member, regardless of the positions they have applied for. Kindly keep in mind that one person can only apply for 3 positions, not more than that.

The Founder is the person who came up and initiated the idea of this community. The power to control the account, server and to make sure that everything is going well is in the hands of the Founder. 

Our Founder has the power to control the server, account and make sure that everything is in place! They're also the ones you'll go to when you are in need of help. The founder is part of the admin team.

An idea is nothing without inputs, this is where the Co-Founders came.

They also have the same power as that the founder has but it's not necessary that they do all the jobs that the founder does.

They come under the Founder's and Co-Founders, they oversee the whole community. They have the power to control the wattpad account and the Discord server.
 They make sure that everything is going on smoothly.

They should have experience, should be easy to connect and communicate with. They should be open minded and help anyone and everyone in the community.

Someone needs to supervise how others are working, help them in problems and lead them. This is done by the managers.

They oversee the roles that are connected with their particular department, they are the head of their department. The department that we have are Book Club, Interview Shop, Amalgam, Comfort Zone Awards, Review Shop, Graphic Shop.

Book Club Group Admins, will be looking over the members of their group, contacting them for the required stuff and will be working with the book club manager.

Graphic Designers are the creative and innovative minds of our community. They put their unique and imaginative minds to work, the works come out beautifully.

The Graphic Designers will make our covers, banners, logos, etc. They will also be part of our graphic shop and will also help the community in making them.

They know how to connect very well with the people around them with words.They know their way around the words that they work with.

They would be writing the blurb and the content in our works which will help us communicate better with each and every one of you. They are very fluent in English and also have good grammar and Punctuation.

🅐🅦🅐🅡🅓 🅗🅞🅢🅣🅢

They are creative and are very intellectual, they know what the people want. They are also very responsible.

The award hosts will host our contests/awards. They will organize all the events that are planned by us. 
They would work closely with judges and admins to make the projects successful.

 It's always helpful to know about views that others have about you. In the same way, it is beneficial for the authors to know the views of other people about their books. It also improves competitive spirit. 

 They judge the contests and awards of their own choice. They are assigned the category that they have to judge, sometimes you can be given more than one category to judge in unpredicted situations. They should be fluent in English, have good grammatical, punctuational skills. They should be unbiased and patient while giving judgements and should be able to understand different perspectives too.

 It is important for a person to know themselves inside out. To know their strengths and weaknesses. In the same way an author should also know the book they have written but they can't always do it by themselves. So to help them, we have reviewers that will give feedback to the authors about their books, would help them to know their books better and would share their views as a reader. 

 They are part of the review book. They can also judge and they have to give the reviews to the authors who have won the awards which are held by us, contests. They should be able to give constructive criticism if necessary along with their review. 

🅘🅝🅣🅔🅡🅥🅘🅔🅦🅔🅡🅢 

 Social skills and communication are very necessary and beneficial for a person. The same way, it is necessary for the authors to communicate with the readers. 

The Interviews that are conducted by the interviewers help with that. They will Interview the contest winner of our awards, contests and will interview authors about their books. They should know how to be formal and ask the write questions.

🅔🅓🅘🅣🅞🅡🅢

Editors are in direct contact with the authors, and help them with the writing mistakes that may happen in one's book. They have an eye for finding mistakes in writing.

They would be in charge of our Editing Shop, accepting and fulfilling requests from authors who want them to edit their book. They must be fluent in English and possess excellent grammatical and punctuation skills. They must be very patient and focused in order to carefully examine and correct all of the errors in an individual's book.

 They are like the people who work backstage in any performance. They are the reason that we can contact such a large group.

Promoters will promote/advertise our works and community. The promoter should atleast have 200-300 followers. They would seek out the people who would like to and be interested to be part of our community.

These community members will be thinking about new ideas that revolve around the community and the people's welfare. If you think that you can come up with such ideas then you should surely apply.

They are always dedicated to their work and are great team members. They always focus on the future and help to bring new ideas for the community.
