The Advisers will be advising the clients about what should be done, changes that can be made to make things better.

They would be advising people by recommending the clients on what can be done in a particular situation. They should be open minded about the things.

They are the one who provides advice and further purposeful activities in an area of help that the clients need. 

 The consultants will have a more deeper conversation with the clients and try to figure out what the problem is and make them feel better.

They would be helping all the team members in different aspects of their work. They should be able to multitask.

They will be taking queries, random questions. They would be lowering the curiosity down in both our members and our clients.
