Karma POV

"If I'm going to be a mother I have to get a lot stronger. This baby is going to scream weakness and attract Hollows like crazy. So I need to master my Resurrección." I said, "ROAR LEONA!" I shouted as I transformed. I trained unbeknownst that I was being watched. I slashed but my attack was cut in half! "ON GUARD!" a woman shouted as she stabbed at my belly! I quickly blocked forcing her to jump back before lunging at me once again this time granting me a better look at her.

"WHO ARE YOU!" I snapped as our blades clashed, "I AM TIER HARRIBEL! I'M AN ARRANCAR!" she said, "ARE YOU HERE TO EAT ME?! I WON'T LET YOU! I HAVE SOMETHING I MUST PROTECT!" I said as I broke our stalemate and guarded my belly fiercely with my left arm while leaving my right arm free to launch my attacks. "What is it you must protect?" she asked, "Why do you care?" I asked, "Because if it is not to my liking, I'll kill you." she said, "My baby. I must become stronger to protect my unborn baby!" I said. She sheathed her blade, "I will accept that reason."  she said as my Resurrección faded and I returned to normal and panted exhaustedly. "I shall help you get stronger." she said. 

For weeks Harribel trained with me honing my Resurrección to a point where I can maintain it indefinitely. "Karma, how did you become pregnant? Hollows do not reproduce with one another." Harribel asked, "Well this child is half Hollow and half Soul Reaper. I regret the circumstances in which I got pregnant, but I will never regret the results." I said, "Barraggan will never allow this child to live in his kingdom and the Soul Reapers will hunt it down and exterminate it. It would be for the best if it were never born." she said, "You have a point, but..." I said as I drew my blade, "If my baby has nowhere safe to call home, then I Karma Veloncia, will dethrone Barraggan Louisenbairn and become its God-Queen! All for the sake of my baby. Then they'll never have to be afraid because Mommy will kill anything that tries to hurt them." I said, "Harribel in a few months I'm going to be vulnerable. And while it pains me to ask this, but I need your protection until the baby comes." I said, "I'd be happy to. In fact, you won't be the first female hollow I've defended." she said, "I'm lucky to have a friend like you." I said.

I went to the world of the living and procured a few items human mothers often use and that are must-haves for my baby. I got padding for the crib, tons of diapers, swaddles, bottles, powder, pacifiers, and a teddy bear. "I'm a good Mom already." I said as I continued to build my baby's nursery.
