Chapter 15
~Darkstalker~
Everything was going smoothly. He would have complete control of Pyrrhia soon. He will. HE WILL. And then everything will be his. Clearsight, Moonwatcher, Qibli--- everyone is just his toys. A piece of a puzzle.
Soon it'll be completed. It'll be beautiful and he'll have the perfect life. He just needed to make sure of one thing. . .
Darkstalker held the glowing orb gently. "Report now." He demanded harshly.
"Yes, King Darkstalker," It said with a respectful nod. "They're heading near Camel Rode. They'll be in my possession soon. Just wait."
"Tch," Darkstalker spat. "I'll start my plan then." His lips formed into a creepy smile. "I'm coming Clearsight.. you better prepare yourself." He huffed, his body trembling with . . . actually he didn't know. Was it fear? Happiness? Anger?
"...Are you alright, King Darkstalker?" The dragon asked with apparently no fear.
Darkstalker frowned. The spell didn't completely overtake the dragon. They were supposed to be obsessing over him by now. "I'm fine. Why?" His eyes glinted. "IT'S NOT LIKE I DID ANYTHING MANIACAL OR ANYTHING!"
"You're acting like my mother . . ." They shook their head and touched their forehead. "Wait.. what? What's happening? My memories aren't clear. I can't- stop- no--- Luna? Am I from anoth--You did something. WHAT DID YOU DO DARKSTALKER?!?"
"Shut up, Dirtbag. You'll never understand me so shut your damn know-it-all mouth! Or do you want another one of your claws ripped off?" He asked threateningly. "Also," Darkstalker whispered. "CALL ME KING DARKSTALKER."
"WHAT'S HAPPENING?" The dragon shrieked in agony for a few seconds before stopping and bowed, eyes blank. "Of course, I'm truly sorry, my Master." They laid on the floor, begging for forgiveness.
"Just do your job," He sneered. "You're lucky that you have such valuable uses to me. If not, you'd be kissing your tail goodbye."
"Certainly." And then they disappeared with a flicker.
"Now, it's time for me to do my part of the puzzle," He smiled. "ARISE MY SERVANTS!!! " He screamed, his ring (the object he had enchanted) flashed brightly and immediately a large cluster of dragons appeared in front of him. They turned their head at each other in confusion.

"Who. . . are you?" The infamous SkyWing ex-queen finally spoke.
"AHH, THE LIGHTN--" A green slimy-looking SeaWing shrieked in agony, stumbling on his feet and falling down to the floor. He stopped and looked around. "Wait. . . Anemone-- that witch she pushed me in. I should be dead... why am I here?"
"Good question, Sea-slob," A large bulky NightWing spoke in a deep voice. He was terrifyingly large and loomed over the SeaWing. He held the green dragon's throat. "You will tell me where I am this instant. The last thing I remember is lava rushing at me and those . . ." His eyes turned into disgust. "brats taunting me."
"Wait, Morrowseer?" A SandWing with black patterns running down her neck said. Her eyes glinted. "You're dead. . . I'm dead. Someone enchanted us back to life..." She came out with a solution.
Morrowseer turned and gave a respectful nod. "At least there's one smart dragon--"
He was cut off by Darkstalker's cough. "I am King Darkstalker," He started. "The master of all of you. And you will serve me. We will make this world better under my rule."
"And if we refuse?" A new dragon spoke in a raspy voice.
Morrowseer's ears perked up at the voice. "Queen Battlewi--" He started but was cut off by Darkstalker again.
"Don't you dare call her a queen." Darkstalker snapped Morrowseer's mouth shut. "The only dragons you'll address as royalty is me and Clearsight." He whispered, his claws piercing into Morrowseer's snout. "DO YOU UNDERSTAND?"
"Y-yes.. King Darkstalker." Morrowseer uttered miserably. Blister and Battlewinner blinked in surprise. They had never seen the prideful dragon ever bow his head that deep- not even to Queen Battlewinner had he ever.
"Now," Darkstalker cackled. "I know you all have some things you need to avenge. Get to work."
"It's the era of a new beginning.."
~Clearsight~
"And an ending? That can't be what happened with Clay's fish!" Clearsight said, laughing. She hadn't felt so relieved and calm since her days with Fathom, Indigo, and well.. past Darkstalker.
"Nope, it just died like that," Tsunami responded, chuckling.
"Guys, don't bring up Cow! Clay's crying again," Sunny said, scrunching up her face at them as if they were some menace.
"I can't believe Clay named a fish Cow." Clearsight smiled.
"Oh trust me, he's done a lot worse," Glory mused slyly.
"That is proven by many scientifical analyses," Starflight answered. "Did you know-"
Clay sniffled, quickly shutting Starflight up. "GUYS, we're supposed to be preparing for Darkstalker's attack, not talking about my Cow!" He exclaimed in a croaky voice.
"Oh c'mon--" Tsunami started but stopped. "Woah, Clearsight are you alright?"
"You look like a hyperventilating camel," Sunny agreed, placing her warm, small talons on her shoulder.
"I- I- I'm fine.." She gasped, trembling uncontrollably. "HE'S COMING. THEY'RE COMING."
The NightWing felt a heavy talon on her back. "Breathe Clearsight. Breathe," Clay's deep and soft voice whispered soothingly.
She inhaled and exhaled repeatedly. She turned her head to the DoD's. ". . . The villains are coming here. I'm sorry. That's all I can provide you with. I'm sorry, I'm weak." Clearsight cried, clenching her arms.
"Oh trust me, you're perhaps one of the strongest dragons I ever saw," Glory poked Clearsight's snout. Glory snickered, "Perhaps even a bit too overpowered." (Crap- why am I suddenly shipping this? Sorry, Deathbringer!)
Tsunami nodded with a grin, "We'll face them together, alright? Don't you dare slip away from us you lil' squidbrain!" She shouted, nudging Clearsight with her elbow.
"That's right." Clay smiled gently. "I won't let any of you die like Cow."
"Scientifically proven," Starflight started. "We have like a 1% of surviving this but I'll gladly be exterminated with you bunch of idiots."
"Awe, you guys, don't be so depressing!" Sunny shouted with hope. "We could win- we must win..." She murmured softly. Almost too quiet for the others to hear.
Clearsight nodded. "Or else the world's doomed." She laughed. "All my scrolls have a good ending. This one has to be as well. . ."
"Right?"
