I never thought I would be surrounded by a community and live somewhere where people were nice and welcoming. 

"Welcome  I'm Leila" Leila introduced herself. "I'll  be showing you around today as you probably figured" she continued. 

"So what grade are you in" I asked.

"I'll be a junior this year" she answered. "So your room is actually right across the hall from mine. We'll be neighbors I guess" she told me as she lead me to my new room. 

"Wow its beautiful in here" I exclaimed as I walked into my new room. It was spacious and when I got there my roommate was already there unpacking her things. 

"Oh hi I'm guessing your Sasha" my new roommate started. "I'm your roommate Quinn" she introduced herself.

"Nice to meet you" I greeted her when Leila interrupted.

"Sorry to interrupt, we just have to continue the tour so you can get to the freshman orientation"  she apologized. 

With that we continued the tour to the cafeteria.
