Take You Back Where You Belong

Small reference to rape/molestation
________
20 years old
Josh dragged Tyler to a party, claiming it was one of the last times they'd be able to illegally drink. Tyler decided to keep the fact that he didn't drink to himself.
The younger drove them to the house that sat on the end of a block a few streets away from Tyler's own. He parked by the curb and held onto Josh's hand as they walked inside. He was afraid to admit it to Josh, but he didn't like being around a bunch of drunks. He didn't want Josh drinking either, but he couldn't complain too much seeing as Josh rarely drank.
Josh led them into a kitchen with fluorescent white lights and marble countertops. He grabbed himself a cup and made himself some sort of whiskey concoction. Tyler grabbed a beer but dumped most of it out when Josh wasn't looking to make it seem as if he had drank some.
A few drinks later, Tyler knew Josh was drunk. He leaned on the smaller boy for support when walking, which nearly knocked both of them over. His words were slurred and he couldn't seem to concentrate on Tyler when he spoke.
The two sat on a leather love-seat, hands free of drinks. Tyler wasn't going to let Josh drink anymore. Josh had pulled Tyler into his lap and was placing sloppy kisses along the boy's neck.
"Jooosh," Tyler whined dragging out the o.
"Whaaat?" Josh whined back, giggling against the boy's skin.
"I want to go home," Tyler announced, feeling the older frown against him.
"I don't!"
"Please, Joshie? I'm tired," The boy tried to persuade Josh, but it was no use.
"No," Josh shook his head stubbornly, hands playing with the hem of Tyler's black shirt.
Tyler groaned but leaned into Josh, deciding Josh probably wouldn't even notice if he were to fall asleep right now. But a sudden discomfort in Tyler made him shoot off of Josh's lap.
"I really have to pee!" He announced, making Josh laugh.
"Go pee then!" Josh slurred between laughs.
"Will you be here when I come back?"
"Yes, T! Go pee before you burst!"
Tyler nodded and ran off without another word. He found the bathroom at the end of the hallway and went to open the door. His hand fell short as he was roughly pushed up against the wall, mouth covered by a hand.
Tyler's eyes grew wide as his back hit the wall. He stared at the man before him who pressed one hand firmly over Tyler's mouth and the other held his wrists above his head.
"Hey pretty thing," The guy slurred, bumping his nose against Tyler's cheek.
Tyler tried yelling into the man's hand but the music drowned out the sound.
"I could just eat you up," He grinned, letting go of Tyler's wrists to reach around and grab his ass.
Tyler grew stiff at the touch but was too frozen in fear to fight back. Instead, his eyes glistened with tears.
"In fact I think I might," The drunken man added, repositioning his hand to grab Tyler's crotch.
Every fiber in Tyler felt so wrong, so dirty. His hands collided with the man's chest, sending him flying backward. Tyler took off running back to Josh, the man stumbling after him.
"Josh!" Tyler yelled, salty tears flowing past his patchy-red cheeks.
He collided with the man, sending them both nearly flying.
"Josh!" Tyler repeated, the biggest frown Josh had quite possibly ever seen resting on his face.
"T? What happened?" Josh sobered up a bit.
"T-This guy, h-he... He touched me! And I-I just wanna go home!" Tyler sobbed, desperately wiping at his eyes.
"Who?" Josh growled, concern turning to anger.
"I-I don't know. He was following me a-and... There he is!" Tyler pointed at the man who looked around, dumb-founded, trying to find Tyler.
Josh was silent as he walked up to the man. His fist collided with the man's jaw, sending the man into a heap on the floor. Josh bent down and grabbed a fistful of his black hair, forcing him to look at Josh.
"Nobody touches my boy like that. Don't ever touch anybody in that way ever again!" Josh spat, scowling at the guy.
He let go of his hair, resulting in the man's head colliding with the ground. Josh walked back over to Tyler and wrapped a protective arm around his shoulders. He escorted the boy outside.
"Let's get you home where you belong," Josh spoke, acting like Tyler had forgotten he was drunk.
"Josh, you're drunk. You can't drive," Tyler spoke quietly, still shaken from what had happened to him.
"Yes I can," Josh argued, turning the key in the ignition and speeding off down the road.
"Josh slow down!" Tyler begged, hands clutching onto the handle in the door.
"I'm getting you home," Josh reminded him, glaring at the dark street before them.
"Well slow down! You're gonna get us killed!"
Josh quickly swerved back into the right lane as another car came at them.
"No I'm not!"
"Josh, pull over right now!"
Thankfully, Josh listened. He pulled the car over and switched places with Tyler, who happily drove the rest of the way home.
"You're crazy," Tyler said.
"I'm angry," Josh corrected. "And I'm stupid. I'm so sorry, T."
"It's not your fault, you aren't stupid. You just wanted to have fun, but I ruined it. So I'm sorry."
"You don't have to be sorry."
"Neither do you."
The two fell into a silence the rest of the drive back. Tyler parked in the driveway and held Josh up as they walked inside.
"Home at last," Josh sighed contently.
"Just where you belong," he added, poking the tip of Tyler's nose.
"I belong at home?"
Josh nodded. "That way people can't take advantage of you."
A red hue spread across Tyler's star-dusted cheeks. He didn't take himself as the kind of boy someone would want to take advantage of.
"Well you belong home right with me," Tyler concluded.
Josh nodded in agreement.
They soon went to bed, bodies wrapped up in each other. They were both exactly where they belonged.
