Chapter 50, Half century *sunglasses emoji*

'Have you packed everything?' Aisha asked watching Eifad neatly fold a shirt and stuff it inside a black and white Samsonite bag. Eifad nodded. Aisha helped her zip the bag.

'I can't come with you, Mamma?' Zara asked sadly, her eyes glistening with tears. Eifad smiled sadly shaking her head.

'Baby, Mamma is going just for two days.' Eifad coaxed her caressing her cheek. Zara nodded sadly.

'I will miss you.' Zara hugged Eifad who hugged her back.

Just then there is a doorbell, Aisha straightened quickly wiping her tears with the back of her index finger.

'I guess it's Farhan.' She said and left the room with Zara tagging along. Eifad is surprised he is here. She had been planning to visit him, that is what they had planned one week ago. Nevertheless, she is happy. Now, she will get to spend time with her family and Farhan.

Eifad walked up to the mirror, redid her makeup, and adjusted her black cold-shoulder peplum. She also checked her white pants and after combing her hair she left the room.

Eifad heard chattering sound coming from the living room and she entered. Zara, Aisha, and Farhan stood there. Zara clinging to Farhan while he spoke with Aisha. Eifad smiled and walked towards them.

'Hey, Farhan.' She greeted him. He turned and smiled at her replying to her greetings.

'All packed?' Farhan asked her. Eifad nodded her head

'Come, I want to show you something.' Eifad said. Aisha smiled knowing her daughter's intention well but Farhan followed Eifad cluelessly. When Zara too wanted to follow her mother, Aisha stopped her.

'Thank you for coming.' Eifad said once they were in Eifad's room. Farhan smiled at her, 'I had to come, sweetheart.' Eifad didn't feel annoyed this time, she smiled at him.

'So, what do you want to show me?' Farhan asked looking around. Eifad rolled her eyes.

'What?' Farhan shrugged cluelessly. Eifad folded her arms shaking her head.

'I didn't expect you to be so dumb.' She said

'I didn't expect Eifad to call me separately in her room.' He winked at her

'Shut up, creep. I called you because I wanted to spend some time with you, alone.' Eifad said rolling her eyes.

Farhan smiled and held her hand, 'I am all yours, sweetheart.' He said looking at him. Eifad smiled and walked towards the door. Farhan watched her with a smile as she closed the door.

They sat holding hands at the edge of the bed. Farhan watched her while Eifad had her head lowered as she played with his fingers. There is silence between them, a comfortable silence.

'Eifad, I am hungry.' Farhan joked to break the silence

'Shut up.' Eifad said not looking up at him. Farhan smiled and hooked the fingers of his free hand under her chin and made her look up at him.

'You were gone for one month to England for work, I had gone to Goregaon for two days for work. You weren't upset then. Why now?' Farhan asked, he couldn't take her sulking face anymore.

Eifad frowned shifting little, 'Because we weren't in a relationship then.' She said annoyed. Farhan's smile widened, 'So, we are in a relationship now?'

'Of course.' Eifad said and then bit her tongue.

Farhan smiled and side hugged her, Eifad tried to move his hand but gave in because he was adamant. She leaned forward placing her arm around his waist.

Farhan moved his other hand and held her palm, their fingers entwining.

They stayed this way for more five to ten minutes before Farhan asked, 'When is your flight?'

'10am.' Eifad then separated their frames and looked at Farhan, 'You are coming to the airport, right?'

Farhan pretended to think and spoke only when Eifad smacked his arm, 'Of course.' He smiled. Eifad smiled happily and hugged him again.

After a while not to make things suspicious both decided to leave the room. They left their hands only once they stepped out of the room. Smiling at each other they climbed down stairs.

The dinner was grand and this made Eifad suspicious that Aisha had planned this. Her avoiding Eifad's eye contact made her suspicions turn real.

Nevertheless, she didn't say anything.

As they ate, Eifad looked at Aisha and Zara who are engrossed in their food. Eifad looked at Farhan who is also busy eating. Eifad didn't know what came into her when she slowly kicked her shoe and moved her feet resting it over Farhan's shoe. She looked at him from the corner of her eyes. She frowned when there is no reaction from him.

Eifad smirked and slowly slid her feet up his leg. She smiled when Farhan choked on his food.

'Water, Beta?' Aisha said. Farhan looked at Aisha and shook his head, he then looked wide-eyed at Eifad who winked at him, her feet still resting on his leg. Throughout the dinner, Eifad enjoyed Farhan's expressions as she caressed his leg with her feet.

As they kissed, Eifad felt bold. She held Farhan's hand and placed his palm on her thigh. Surprisingly she didn't feel uncomfortable.

With one palm, she held his nape and the other palm she rests on his thigh, her fingers brushed against his crotch...
