Next day, as Eifad worked in her cabin there is a knock. She stood up greeting the police inspector who entered the cabin followed by two constables.

'Please sit.' Eifad said gesturing towards the chair across her table. The inspector nodded and sat. She then asked Mr. Saxena to get them tea, coffee. As they sat Eifad noted the name of the inspector written on his badge, Ravi Sharma.

'Miss Hooda you called?' the inspector asked seriously. Eifad nodded

'It is related to the shooting at the Star buck's outlet.' She said. The inspector, Ravi Sharma, shifted in his place looking more attentively. Eifad then narrated everything about that day, including the feeling of someone following her and how she knows she was the target but unfortunately the assassin missed her.

'Do you suspect anyone?' Ravi asked leaning forward.

Eifad nodded, 'Mr. Gaurav Kayshab. I had filed a sexual harassment case against him and ever since he is threatening me.' she said calmly. Ravi nodded thoughtfully.

'Who was with you?' he asked

'My friend Farhan. In fact,' Eifad shifted in her place, her face lighting up as she recollected Farhan turning back before ducking them.

'He has seen the shooter.' She looked at Ravi who smiled. They passed each other a thoughtful nod.

'But... Sir, if you don't mind please interrogate Farhan at my place, he is hurt.' Eifad said cautiously. Ravi nodded agreeing. Eifad is relieved.

'Maam, that Gaurav Kayshab is a dead man.' Mr. Saxena smiled widely sticking out his palm for a hi-fi but Eifad's stern look made the smile disappear from his face. Before he could retract his hand back Eifad hi-fied him taking Mr. Saxena by complete surprise. He blinked at her as though pondering if he is dreaming. Eifad smiled at him and he smiled hesitantly before smiling widely. Eifad then picked up her mug and took a sip.

She made a face, 'Mr. Saxena.'

'Yes.' He nodded happily

'This is tea.' She looked at him sternly and his smile faded.

'Sorry, sorry...I will.... get your coffee...' Mr. Saxena scurried taking the tea cup from Eifad's hand. Eifad shook her head returning to her work.

After a while, Eifad is distracted by some commotion. She closed the flap of her laptop and got up. She straightened her full sleeved black and white bodycon and walked out from her cabin. She noticed there is a crowd and quick worried whispers outside Gaurav's cabin. She smiled on seeing Police drag him out of his cabin. He is repeatedly saying he is innocent and pretended to look innocent but the moment his eyes met Eifad's she saw fire and anger blazing in his eyes. He glared at her briefly before the Police dragged him away. Eifad is satisfied.

'Wow, Maam. Weren't you scared?' Kiran gushed surprised. Eifad was on her way back to her cabin when Kiran and Kim came to her, they too were heading towards her cabin to talk to her and congratulate her.

'Why should I be scared? I am not the one who has wronged anyone.' Eifad smiled shrugging.

'You are an inspiration.' Kim said awed. Eifad is glad she can be an inspiration for someone especially a girl like Kim who always gets intimidated easily.

'Thank you... and ... come home tonight, we need to practice the mock interview.' Eifad said seriously.

Kim nodded but Kiran added smiling, 'Now that idiot is in police custody do you think the meetings will happen?'

Eifad smiled and then added, 'With that Rascal, I don't want to take any chances.'

Kim and Kiran and nodded. Then the three women parted ways planning to meet at Eifad's after their shift.
