Eifad walked through the corridor towards the elderly service ward. She is dressed in white long sleeve wrap neck top neatly tugged in her knee length black pencil skirt. Everyone greeted her as she entered the ward. She greeted them formally.

'Call Dr. Kim Lawrence.' She said one of the compounder who nodded his head and disappeared inside the ward.

Soon, Kim came. She looked like she did last night at the wedding, miserable. Eifad asked her to follow her into the cabin, she also told one of the compounder to call Dr. Kiran to her cabin.

'Here.' Eifad extended a glass of water to Kim, who sat on a chair in Eifad's cabin. She shook her head.

'Take it, you will feel better.' Kim looked at Eifad who urged her with a smile to take the glass. Kim didn't protest this time and took the glass. Eifad watched her carefully as she gulped down water.

'So?' Eifad said leaning against the table, Kim looked at her. 'What have you decided?' she asked looking at her intently.

Kim looked away, she closed her eyes and took a deep breath.

'I am going to give in.... just sleep with him and get this over with.'

Eifad is stunned. Kim broke down crying.

Eifad felt angry realizing what Kim has decided. She held the chair tightly alarming Kim, whose eyes flung open.

'What do you mean?' Eifad said through gritted teeth, her eyes blazing with anger, 'You will sleep with him once and he will stop? No, Kim. He won't... he will keep harassing you... and when he gets bored of you, he will move on...This won't stop unless we do something.... You do something.'

'What can I do?' Kim cried.

Eifad sighed throwing her hands in the air, she turned around and ran her fingers through her hair. Kim continued to cry in the background.

'Will you first stop crying.' Eifad roared shutting Kim instantly.

'You aren't weak, Kim. You can't just sit here and cry. It is time to take action against that b******' Eifad motivated her.

Kim shook her head, she sounded fearful when she said, 'but he is very powerful and he...he will destroy my career.' Kim sobbed.

Before Eifad could say something, there is a knock at the door. Eifad took out some tissue paper and threw at Kim.

'Wipe your face.' she said sternly.

After Kim had composed herself, Eifad looked towards the door.

'Come in.'

Kiran entered the cabin, her eyes darted from Kim to Eifad. Eifad nodded and Kiran entered closing the door behind her.

Eifad composed herself and then looked at Kim once again, this time when she spoke her voice was soft.

'Listen, Kim. We... I and Kiran are with you. See,' she pointed at Kiran, 'She too is an intern like you, yet she is ready to have the rascal punished. Then why not you? if you stand many of the women he has harassed will stand up with you.'

Kiran nodded with Eifad. Kim looked at Eifad and Kiran. She then looked down, staring at her fingers, and shook her head.

'I .... need.... sometime' she stammered. Eifad felt angry but before she could say something Kiran placed her palm on her shoulder and when Eifad looked at her, she shook her head little.

Eifad sighed.

Kiran took a step closer to Kim, she placed her palm on her shoulder and squeezed her shoulder.

'Kim, take your time but...don't do anything that you will regret...we are with you.' she assured Kim. She looked at Kiran and nodded. Eifad watched them for a second before saying, 'Kim, hurry with your decision and if you give in to Gaurav I assure you, I will kill you.'

'Maam.' Kiran silently asked Eifad to be gentle with Kim. Eifad simply rolled her eyes.

After lunch, Eifad decided to take a puff to clear her head. It is either Kim and her pathetic condition floating before her eyes or it is Farhan and his handsome face close to hers flashing before her eyes. When she tried distracting herself, his voice and the song echoed in her head. For some reason, she liked to believe that the song had hidden meaning. It felt like Farhan meant each word of the lyrics of the song.

Eifad had enough of this torture. She opened the top drawer and fished out a packet of cigarette and lighter.

Eifad sat on the parapet of the terrace smoking when someone cleared their throat beside her. She looked up and frowned on seeing Gaurav smiling at her. The way he smiled at her shamelessly made her blood boil and she looked away.

'Mind if I take a puff with you?' he asked.

No, is what Eifad wanted to say but she chose to remain silent. Gaurav frowned.

Eifad shifted uncomfortably as he sat beside her.

'Come on, Ms. Hooda just one puff.' he insisted. To shut him up, Eifad forwarded him the pack. Gaurav smirked extending his hand. Eifad stiffened as he purposefully brushed his fingers against hers.

'I have been in this hospital only for three years, yet I have managed to be one of the senior members of the board.' Eifad rolled her eyes as he gloated about himself.

'I am 40, but do I look like an oldie, of course not,' he took a puff of a cigarette. Eifad simply nodded.

'I am still the ladies killer, ain't I?' he winked at her. Eifad ignored him turning to look away. As she took a puff she felt his gaze on her, making her uncomfortable.

'Don't you think so.' Eifad stiffened feeling his clammy palm on her thigh.

Eifad turned her head sharply and looked at him. Gaurav smiled back.

'You aren't bad looking yourself and you have maintained well... I have always admired you, Eifad.' He slipped his hand from her thigh to her knee. She shivered.

'But you are the boss, I had to control but...' his fingers expertly flipped little of her skirt but before he could move his fingers further. Eifad stood up alarming him.

'Anything... wrong...' he looked worried. This gave Eifad a lot of confidence.

'Nothing.' She threw the dead cigarette butt and crumpled it under her heels, she looked at him. He looked relieved and then smiled at her. Her smile widened

'See you in the sexual harassment panel meet.' She winked at him and with her chin high she turned to leave. She smiled seeing the color drain from his face, she loved it.

'You... can't do.... that.' Gaurav hurried and stood in front of her. Eifad folded her arms and looked at him amused, 'of course I can. I am the boss, remember. And I salute your audacity Mr. Kayshab, first, you were harassing young interns and now direct, boss?' Eifad raised her eyebrows. Gaurav gulped, he clearly looked in discomfort.

'After your stunt now, and with other girls backing me up, you are finished.' Eifad said coolly and began to walk away when Gaurav rushed to her again.

'You can't do this. I have a family, my wife and children....'

'You should have thought of that before Mr. Kayshab. You have messed with the wrong girl this time.' Eifad assured him calmly.

She had walked few distance when Gaurav interrupted her, she stopped in her tracks when he called her name. She sighed folding her arms, but she didn't turn back.

He walked up to her, she glared at him.

'Before pointing fingers at someone, look at yourself Ms. Hooda.' Eifad raised her eyebrows and he went on, 'If you take me there, I will assure no peace to you either. I will assure your character gets brutally assassinated.'

'What do you mean?' Eifad said calmly

Gaurav smirked, he looked at her from top to bottom but his gaze didn't intimidate her.

'Unwed single mother... I will prove that you are a sexually frustrated woman who made the advance first... and when I refuted you... you are putting this false allegation on me.' he said smartly.

Eifad laughed shaking her head, his smile vanished instantly. Eifad composed herself, exhaled loudly and smiled at him.

'Good luck with that.' She faked sweetness and smile. Then she turned around walking away.

Eifad worked in her cabin when her phone buzzed. She rolled her eyes on seeing a message from Gaurav.

Gaurav: Think this over it Eifad. It will do more harm to you than me.

Eifad: We are done talking about this, Gaurav. Now, whatever we talk it will be in front of the panel.

She smirked getting back to work. Today morning she was frustrated thinking how to convince Kim to file a case against Gaurav but his boldness and over-confidence landed him in trouble. Now, Kim wouldn't need to file the case, Eifad will do it. Kim just has to stand in her support. Seeing Eifad stand up Kim will get confidence and moreover, Kiran will also be there for her support. Eifad smiled, now the three ladies will join hands together and they will destroy Mr. Gaurav Kayshab, the self-proclaimed Ladies killer.

Eifad smirked leaning in her seat.
