And let's not forget about Tedros Fitzroy, who was always there for his friends, even when his friends weren't always there for him. Always looking for true love. Always looking for his
queen.
Charles Vandervaart as Tedros Fitzroy

Casey stormed down the hallways, in a obvious hurry. Anyone who walked past her would think something happened, and perhaps would follow her as well. That's what happened with Lily Luna Potter; the girl was just walking around the school, talking to Connor. His sister walked – or ran – past them, making both curious and following her.
Marlee was walking around as well, probably heading to somewhere specific, when Cassidy walked past her.
"Casey?" She called her.
"Will talk to you later, Marlee!" Cassidy yelled, not even stopping to look at her.
"Okay... then."
She had almost gone through half of the castle when she finally got to her house's Common Room.
"Maple Syrup," The girl told the Fat Lady the password. As you can see, the Gryffindors still had the habit to make their passwords things related to sweets.
Cassidy ran, but she didn't go any further; in fact, she just walked by the portrait. Tedros and Mason were calmly talking to each other, laughing as well. When Tedros saw her, he smiled even more. That bright, annoying smile.
Tedros was handsome, that's something even boys had to agree. Golden blonde hair, blue eyes. He was tall, and his skin seemed to be the same color as desert sand. Popular? Something beyond that. All the girls wanted him or James, always.
"Casey? You're here!" He exclaimed, handsomely smiling. Mason turned to face her, and smiled as well. She looked at them with a both confused and concerned face.
"But I-"
"You thought that we would argue," Mason completed her, looking at Cassidy like he knew what she was going to say. "The most obvious thing."
"But we are friends now," Tedros said. "Once again."
"You are?" She asked.
"Indeed, Casey. I guess we didn't really think about the consequences of our actions last year, know what I mean?"
"Oh yes, I know exactly what you mean."
Suddenly, a flash; a girl and a boy kissing. The girl had her arms wrapped around his neck, while the boy had his arms around her waist. Even though, the kisses were innocent.
Pure.
She saw herself with someone. She knew exactly who that was.
But the flash lasted less than a second. How could she be so sure?
Because that was something that had already happened before.
"Anyway, but how did you just...?"
"We accepted our differences," Mason answered. "And we got to the point. We know what made us distance ourselves from each other."
"We may not be able to fix it, but to recognize what happened is already something. "
"Agreed, it's kinda hard to fix a person," Cassidy said. "And I may not understand it, but I'm glad you're friends once again."
"You may not yet," Tedros grinned. "You will soon."
"Alright... Wanted to talk to me, Mason?"
"Yes," He answered, smiling. "Come with me. Goodbye Tedros," Mason got up.
"Bye, Ted!" She said, following him outside the Common Room.
"Goodbye, Mason and Cassidy," Tedros said with a sigh.
<>
"I have this feeling that this is about us," Casey said, having a glimpse of what could happen if Mason found out about her faking a relationship with James.
"And it is, actually," He said. "You are hiding something from me."
She sighed. "Yes, I am. I'm sorry. But there are a lot of things you don't know about me, and there are a lot of things I don't know about you."
"I also noticed you were awkward around us. I mean, around Tedros and I."
"It's just that... it's kind of weird to, you know, see you two together once again."
He chuckled. "I know. So, we were saying..."
"Oh! Yes," She said. "I'm sorry. Not sure if I can tell you that."
"Does it involve me?" Mason asked. "Just tell me this."
"No, it doesn't. But it involves someone else."
"So?"
"They will get in trouble if I tell you. Sorry Mason."
He nodded. "That's okay. Would they refer to..."
"It's up to your imagination. I'm not telling you," She grinned. "Goodbye Mason."
She started walking away. "Casey," The girl turned as Mason called her. "Why do our conversations aren't lasting as they used to?"
She looked at him. "People change, Mason. Their interests change. Their friends change. But Ill guarantee you something... we will always be friends."
He smiled. "Always."
She grinned once again and started walking away. "Goodbye Mason."
He smiled, rubbed his neck and slapped his own head. He finally murmured to himself; "I'm such an idiot."
<>
"You are screwed."
James gulped, nervous. "I know."
"Will you tell Avery?" Roxanne asked.
"I have to. After all, it involves her in a way."
"It's all my fault," Cassidy told them. "This wouldn't be happening if the bet wasn't about me. If you didn't offer to help me. I'm so sorry..."
"Hey, don't be like that. It's not your fault. It's okay. Friends, huh?" James grinned, trying to cheer her up. "Besides, we still have time. Let's go to class."
Both said goodbye to Roxanne, heading to Transfiguration.
"We need a way to communicate. Without people knowing it's us, that's obvious."
"I've got an idea," James looked at her. "Sending notes to each other, right? Well, it's all about colors. Each person signs their note as a color. For example, I'm gold and you are... black."
"I don't like black!" She replied.
"It's just an example. Anyway, I'll always sign the notes I send you as 'Gold', and you'll always sign as 'Black', as if Gold and Black were our names. We can do that to our inner circle as well. What do you think?"
"That's a good idea," Casey told him. "But what will our colors be?"
"I'm Gold. You?"
"Hm... Cherry Blossom Pink?"
"That's the name of a tree." James stated.
"Cherry Blossom is the name of a tree. Cherry Blossom Pink is a color. Which color should I pick?"
"I can't decide that for you. Okay Miss Cherry Blossom, Cherry Blossom will be. Who should have their color too?"
"Mason, Avery, Tedros?" Casey asked. "I don't know."
"Tedros? Why did you mention Tedros?"
"Because... he's friends with Mason once again."
"Is he? When did that happen?"
"Uh... yesterday. Why? You are friends, aren't you?"
"We were really close. We still talk, but you know, same story as everyone's."
She nodded. "Camille."
"Camille."
"Let's just do something about this whole Color thing; let's not use Violet, Rose, and colors that are also names."
"Agreed. We don't need any more lives ruined."
"Or people in trouble." Casey said, raising her eyebrows.
"We don't need to be Camille's."
"We won't be Camille's."
"We can't be Camille's."
"Let's be Rebecca's then," James said. "She's cool."
"Rebecca is one of the only cool Slytherins," Casey sighed. "Have you seen Camille this year?"
"Not really. I heard she gained a few pounds."
"Is that relevant?"
"Somehow," He replied.
"Somehow? Really?"
"Yes!" James looked down, his glasses slipping away from his nose. He caught them right before they hit the floor.
Both stopped walking. Casey started laughing hard. "How can that be relevant, James? Just because something about Camille goes wrong we should be happy?"
"I don't know," He shrugged, chuckling. "Maybe."
"But why are we laughing at this? What's the point?"
"No idea."
They just stared blankly at each other, not even realizing that someone had approached them.
"Uh...hello?"
"Oh! Hello sweetheart," James told Avery, kissing her on her lips.
"Hi Casey," Avery smiled, leading both towards the classroom. "You are almost late, and the Casey I know is never late."
"Hi Avery. And you're right; time flies."
She pushed both to inside the classroom. "People talk. And I think. You two are up to something. Perhaps, Quidditch?"
"Oh!" Casey said, relived. "Yes, Quidditch strategies. We've got to win the cup this year, right James?"
"Absolutely." The boy looked at Professor McGonagall, who had just entered the room.
"Calm down, everyone. Pardon me for being late, I was having a little talk with the Headmaster." She told them. Cassidy licked her lips, receiving something from James right after.
We have to tell her.
—Gold
She sighed and looked at Avery right before handing him her reply.
I know. Why do things have to be so hard?
—Cherry Blossom
Casey could hear James' quill scribbling something on the piece of parchment.
You sure you're asking me? ME? Plus, you have to practice. You are a terrible liar. And what happened with the "Cherry Blossom Pink?"
—Gold
She grinned.
I'm the only person who can be a color and a tree. Deal with it.
He handed her the paper once again.
Forgot to sign, Cherry Blossom.
Casey chuckled.
You too, Gold.
—Cherry Blossom
He smiled when he received the note. Deep inside, James knew he'd feel an arsewhole after telling Avery about how he'd managed to help their friend.
Are you liking the story so far? And... who do you ship James with? Until the next chapter!
