HARRY

It was raining when I got back.

"Can't wait to try these new makeup I got. I think I'd look good in sparkly eyeshadow and blush. What do you think One?" Agent Two adressed me with a bat of her lashes as we entered the facility, shrugging off our wet black coats and carelessly tossing them towards a few disgruntled security guards as we entered the wide corridors of the base.

I didn't say anything and continued to ignore her, irritated that Two always wanted to tag along with me to the outside everytime I left this closed up premise.

Her and I were the only two who could leave if ever we were needed on missions and Two made sure to take full advantage of that by buying as much irrelevant, ignorant, materialistic things she could waste her earnings on.

That being said, I had made sure to purchase myself a pack of cigarrettes since I was running low.

"You should really lighten up." Two insisted. She was still talking?

"For someone who can predict the future," I began, finally deciding to give her a few seconds of my attention before I took quicker strides while she tried to catch up.

"You should already know I couldn't give a fuck what anyone does." I finished, sending her one last side glare causing her to immediatly stop in her tracks, frozen under my irritated gaze before I left her there, wanting to be by myself.

There was this one corridor that was always quiet and never occupied.

It had one of the biggest and clearest windows that actually showed a real view of the outside of this facility and not just the brick walls and wires around this building.

It showed the vast sky and the horizon of neverending hillsides.

It showed of a world outside of this place.

I planned to take a smoke and stare out that window like I usually did on Mondays, already tucking a cigarrette between my pierced lips, dropping the pack back into my pocket and retrieving my lighter before I spotted the most annoying child in the world, pressing her face against the exact window I was scheduled to gaze out at making me stop.

Of course.

Three brought her head away from the glass that she was peering through when she felt my presence, turning and smiling when she spotted me down the empty hall before it quickly fell at the sight of the white rolled paper between my lips.

She gasped and covered her mouth with her hands, wide sad eyes staring into my dark soul as I sent her a look.

"Smoking is bad for you." She whispered as if I didn't know, framing her face with both of her hands on her cheeks in distress, blinking at me with a concerned frown as I furrowed my brows.

"Butting into people's business is bad for you." I countered in a monotone voice, making sure to light the cigarette  right in front of her, slowly inhaling and taking my time to exhale the smoke that drifted in front of my eyes causing her frown to deepen.

"Smoking can cause fatal diseases such as pneumonia, emphysema and lung cancer. It also causes 84% of deaths from lung cancer and 83% of deaths from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease." She babbled, worry still etched across her small face as I pocketed my lighter without a care, taking another drag and ignoring her as I stared out the window past her.

She noticed my lack of attention, making her lips press in a firm line before the little child actually stood up on the window sill, small arms spread wide out on her sides to block the view from me as my dark, agitated green eyes refocused on her.

"Cigarette smoke contains over 4,000 chemicals, including-"

"Get out of the way Three." I snapped.

"-43 known cancer-causing compounds and 400 other toxins. These ingredients include nicotine, tar, and carbon monoxide, as well as formaldehyde, ammonia, hydrogen cyanide, arsenic, and DDT." She continued, jumping up and down, going side to side as I attempted to look past her small frame to the view, taking the cig out from my mouth and gritting my teeth in frustration.

My body could handle it, I had a higher immune system than any other human being on the planet but the amount of energy and time I would waste to explain myself to this pest was too great.

"I said get out of the way Three, I won't ask again." I ordered her in a low growl, not bothering to entertain her stupid childish ways as she silently fumed, climbing off.

Finally, the brat could actually listen.

The thought in my mind appeared much too soon before the little girl ran over and tackled my leg, sitting on my foot and wrapping her limbs around my leg in a secure hold as I stumbled back in surprise, almost dropping my cigarrette while my arms hovered awkwardly in the air in alarm.

"You're hurting your body! Don't hurt your body you only have one and it's beautiful and healthy! If you smoke it's like a bruise but from the inside!" She begged, screwing her eyes shut in anguish as she pressed her squished face against my leg while I blinked down at her.

"Get the fuck off me-"

"No. Not until you stop hurting yourself." She insisted in a stubborn tone as I balled my free hand into a tight fist.

"Get. Off." I emphasized, trying to wiggle her off my leg as she held on for dear life, causing me to hop around the empty hallway like a complete idiot, desperately trying to shake the little girl off of me while she repeatedly yelled a defiant "no" here and there.

This was just embarrassing, the top powerful and most feared advanced assassin can't even shake of an eight year old girl off him.

Grande. (Great).

There was a point of my frustration where I just placed my large, tattooed hand over the side of her face, trying to pry her off my leg and push her by her irritating, rosey cheeked as she clung onto me.

"No!" She said, eyes still shut tightly closed.

"Gesú Christo bambina! Fine! Alright!" I snapped in defeat, my chest heaving up and down by the time I hopped to a stop, her brown wide eyes opening and blinking up at me with hope as I showed her the burning cigarrette in my hand.

I raised my brows, gesturing to it with my eyes before dropping it to the ground and stomping the light out, grinding my shoe into it until it was left in a flattened paper of ashes as Three quickly scrambled off of my leg to peer down at it.

She then nodded, letting out a 'humph' of satisfaction as she glared at the ashes.

"Bad cigarrette." Her little voice mumbled under her breath in a scolding tone, stomping on the already crushed cig with her own tiny foot, making me roll my eyes in exasperation before she suddenly ran to the window, hearing her practically face plant against the glass in excitement as I turned to see what she was looking at.

"Look! Look!" The little girl jumped up and down in joy, pointing out at the sky outside.

The rain had cleared considerably and as I leaned forward, careful not to make any contact whatsoever with the ecstatic, lunatic of a child before I peered through the rain stained glass, through the droplets and at the clear rainbow that shown across the sky.

I glanced down at Three's amazed smile as she gazed at the rainbow, making me raise a confused brow at her.

"You can't even see colors. Why get so excited." I bluntly reminded her, surprised that her smile hadn't dimmed in the slightest at my comment before she looked up at me.

"Yeah but Four loves rainbows, he's practicing his speed training right now." Her small voice peeped as I looked away, wondering why the fuck I was still here.

Why am I still here?

"I know there are colors of the rainbow, even though all I see are shades of gray across it," The little girl began in a soft thoughtful tone, placing her hand over the glass of the window, as if wanting to reach out and touch the rainbow itself making me glance back down at her.

"One, how do colors... look?" She suddenly asked, looking up at me with wide curious eyes as I blinked down at her in surprise, slightly caught off guard by her question.

Now the color blind kid was asking me to explain how colors look.

Fantastic.

Staring at her for a little longer I finally turned and left without another word, tucking my hands in the pockets of my black jeans and leaving her there as I turned the corridor.

After a few steps away I retracted back until my head was peeking at her from the corner.

"Stay there." I ordered, watching her sit on the window sill by herself before she nodded slowly, not understanding what I was up to.

Fuck, I didn't even know what I was up to or why I was doing this.

But I did it anyways.

I tried not to run around the facility, no, running would make me look like I'm in a rush and why would I try to rush for such an idiotic, naive little brat?

No, I wouldn't run.

But I could fast walk.

I fast walked through the halls, past the  employees in their sickening lab coats as I head outside right in front of the building to pull some slightly wet grass in my hands on the lawn out front, catching the looks of nearby guards on duty who quickly glanced away when I snapped my blazing, angered glare towards them.

Yeah, that's what I fucking thought.

If I want to tear up some grass at the front I'll tear grass up from the front.

With a pocketful of grass I went back inside, scrounging around the entire place with quick steps, from my room, to the kitchen, even to the offices around this place.

By the time I had gathered everything I half expected Three to be long gone with how long I had taken, but when I came back she was still there by the window, actually sweeping up and cleaning the discarded cigarrette and its ashes into her small shoe that was in her hand.

Her gaze flickered up when I stood in front of her, towering above her with a blank expression as she cleaned the floor until there was not speck of ash left on the ground.

"We left a mess, it wouldn't be nice to leave it for the janitor. He works very hard." She explained as I slowly closed my eyes, taking in a deep inhale before joining her on the floor, obviously surprising her as we sat across each other on the ground of the empty hallway.

She straightened her back, folding her legs together and placing her hands on her ankles, watching me as I took out the objects from my pockets, the torn grass and even crumpled petals from an office I had wandered upon, fuzzy dice from a body guard, spices, fruit and berries and mint from the kitchen, and different fabrics and make up from Two's side of the room.

The little girl leaned forward curiously, gazing down at the variety of things spread out in front of her on the floor but not daring to touch them without my permission as I watched her.

"Close your eyes." I instructed in my deep, serious voice as she blinked at me.

"Oh, wh-"

"You wanted me to explain what colors are like. I'm doing that. Now shut it and close your eyes." I snapped, still slightly pissed at myself for having gone through this much trouble just for an annoying little girl as she quickly complied, her body tense and tiny hands balled into a small fists as she screwed her eyes shut in anticipation.

Again, what am I doing.

When I was pretty sure she wasn't peeking, I grabbed the grass from the floor, bringing it to her little nose.

"Smell." I ordered, amazed at how idiotically trusting she was after everything that happened to her as I watched her sniff the grass in my hands, making that awkward sniffing sound as her nose scrunched a little.

"It smells like nature." She observed with her eyes still closed before I lowered the grass, satisfied with her answer as I brought up a small leaf I got from the kitchen to her face, brushing her nose making her giggle.

"I see a lot of giggling and not enough sniffing." I muttered, waiting as she giggled again, letting out a small 'sorry' with a smile before going back to sniffing.

"Minty." She grinned, her eyelashes fluttering as if trying to fight the urge to open her eyes before I slowly handed her the grass and mint leaf in her open palms.

"Mint and nature scents. The smell is similar to the color green. It's refreshing and relaxing." I educated in a non-enthusiastic voice, sounding like I wanted to jump out the window any second which I was currently contemplating as I watched the little girl in front of me brings the plants to her face again with a smile, inhaling them.

"Are you listening to me." I tested with impatience, blinking at her in irritation as I placed my elbow on one of my folded legs, tucking my chin in the palm of my hand and watching her nod.

"Green is so pretty in my mind, so refreshing and relaxing." She cooed, eyes still closed as she hugged the plants to her making me scoff before I gently grabbed them from her hand, cringing inwardly at the slight contact before I brought a bunch of berries and flower petals in my hand up to her face.

She blindly reached out, feeling and grabbing my wrist to keep my offered hand out in front of her, making me stiffen before she sniffed without me telling her this time.

"Flowery, and sweet." She smiled, seeming to take a real liking to this particular scent before I grabbed her wrist, bringing her hand out to touch the silk material I found in Two's room along with the fuzzy dice.

"Soft.." She trailed off, letting out a hum of content as I let go of her wrist, letting her stroke the different textures as I watched her happy face.

Wow I want to vomit.

"The scent and textures remind me of the color pink. It's soft and flowery." I explained with a bored expression, watching as Three lowered her face to press her skin against the fabric of the silk.

"One! One I can see pink! I can see it in my head- it's so soft and pretty." She gasped with excitement, adressing my name with a wide, amazed smile on her face as she cuddled the fabrics to her skin.

I know she couldn't really see the color.

She'll never be able to.

But at least she could imagine it.

And that's the closest thing I could give her.

The little girl suddenly opened her eyes, catching my gaze as my brows slowly creased together in irritation.

"What." I snapped, glaring at her.

"What color are your eyes? They're a really light gray." She pondered, looking up at me as I stared at her with an expressionless face.

"Green." I simply replied as she smiled.

Why the hell is she always smiling?

"That's pretty!" She complimented ine awe, staring at me as if seeing my eyes for the very first time.

"Okay."

"You're a lot nicer when you're not with Agent Two, she's beautiful but she's very mean and doesn't like me." Three shrunk slightly at the mention of her main tormentor, frowning and playing with her fingers.

"Why does she not like Four and I?" She finally asked the main question that seemed to hover in the air between us, looking at me with sad, unknowing eyes as I bit my lip piercing, running a hand through my brown hair not quite sure how to answer.

"You're different," I decided to say, laying down over the ground and leaning back with my elbows propped behind me, tilting my head to stare up at the blank cieling above us to avoid staring into her eyes just in case she cried.

"People don't like different. If they're not familiar with something they either reject it with fear or hostility." I shrugged, feeling empty as usual before I felt a close presence, making me bring my head back down to find the little girl watching me intently with hopeful brown eyes, her small hands on her knees as she stared at me.

"You don't look like a One." She suddenly said in her small voice, peering at me as I gave her a look, leaning back slowly.

"Your name, Agent One. You don't look like your name is One." She smiled as I looked away in irritation, only for her to follow and shuffle her body where ever I had my point of view directed in so my eyes were trained on her.

"You look more like a hairy." She beamed, making me snap all my attention to her as I immediatly sat myself up, reaching and pinching her cheeks in annoyance.

"A hairy what? You're going to call me hairy now after all that shit I did for you you ungrateful little brat." I growled in irritation, squishing her pudgy face in my hands as she giggled, trying to swat my hands away with a shake of her head.

"No, I meant the name Harry. You look like a Harry." She quickly explained, making me pause as I froze mid pinch on her reddened face before slowly retracting back.

I tested the name in my head, contemplating.

Harry.

I don't see it.

"I've always wanted to have a real name. Here, you can name me since I named you Harry!" She said with excitement, sitting down closer in front of me as if to give me a better judgement of her small appearance to match her future name as I processed her words.

Since when the fuck was her naming me Harry an official thing?

"My name isn't Harry, it's Agent One just like it's always been." I berated, narrowing my eyes at her when she only nodded in response, continuing to patiently wait for her own given name.

"Alright, I'll give you a name." I sighed in defeat when I noticed she wasn't even blinking, too excited with anticipation.

"Just stay, stay." I ordered, pushing her slowly across the floor with my foot until there was a good few feet away from me before I studied her eager face.

A name...

"Fine, I have a name for you." I said after much thought, her eyes widening even more as she leaned forward with excitement.

"Really! What is it!? What's my name?" She clapped, jumping up and down in her seated position as I studied her, my pierced lips turning up slightly in a miniscule, barely there smile before I answered her.

"Shitface."
