Lila arrives back at the hospital. She hangs around the hospital in fear of what will happen next. She takes a deep breath and tells herself to stop being so stupid and just go and see your boyfriend.

She arrives at Johnny's room and stares at his face and the machines helping him breathe. She hears two voices in her head,

"Just tell him right now whilst he's unconscious and get rid of all that guilt."  

Whilst another voice was saying, "No don't do that because that would make you feel even worse besides he could still hear you."

Suddenly she hears Johnny spluttering into life. She screams. "Doctor!,  Doctor he's awake!"

She squeezes his hand and looks at The Doctor. "Is he going to be okay?"

The Doctor shrugs. "Time will tell so we must be patient."

"Tell him!." 

She groans in disgust, There's that voice in her head again. Almost like there's an Angel perched on one shoulder and a Devil on the other.

"No, Don't tell him!."

She rubs her head and looks up at The Doctor. "I need some air, I'll be back in a minute." 

Lila runs out of Johnny's room and exits the hospital outside. She sucks in a huge breath oF air. Along the floor of the hospital building was some beautiful flowers.  She picked one and thought of Drake. 

She picks off the petals one by one. 

"He loves me."

"He loves me not."

"He loves me."

"He loves me not."

Finally, she came to the last petal. "He loves me."

The events of what happened last night had certainly got her thinking. What if Johnny had noticed the same thing that Drake had noticed? What if there really was a spark still there?" 

She decided that Drake did have his flaws and failings but he had finally admitted them and finally apologized for everything. She wants to forgive him but perhaps there is just too much water under the bridge but then again she can't spend the rest of her life being angry with him.

But then again she still has anther decision to make whether or not she decides to take him back or to stay with Johnny, She needs to work out whether or not she's going to tell Johnny of her Infidelity.

Sure, She's cheated before when she was with Drake but she didn't feel nowhere near as bad the last time compared to this time.

With a Heavy Heart, She turns back on her heels and discards the broken flower onto the ground. She decides hat its time to tell him before it's too late and before he hears it from someone else like Johnny or Drake.

She promises herself in that very moment that she wasn't going to mince her words or wait for the right time, She was just gonna come out and just say it and being as honest as possible. 

Lila was perfectly aware she could lose everything all in this moment but she has to be prepared to take the consequences and the sad thing is she actually is very prepared because she knows that this whole situation is all her fault. She knows nothing on heaven and earth could possibly fix this but all she can do right now is to take each day as it comes.
