It was our one-year anniversary and we were going out to eat.

I drove to Devan's house, after arriving I park my car in the driveway and head to the door.

I ring the doorbell and the door opens revealing Collins.

"Wow! Look at you looking so pretty" said Collins smiling and hugging me.

"Oh stop it!"

I go inside and smile.

"Hey sweetie!" said Anne

"Hey, Anne!!"

I lean in and hug her, "Devan's still getting ready," said Collins laughing.

"Oh my gosh I swear he takes longer than me"

After a few minutes later Devan walks down the stairs.

Wow, he looks so hot in a tux.

"Whoa baby you look wow," said Devan grabbing my hand.

"Aw you too"

"Let's go," said Devan heading out the door.

We arrived at the restaurant and I gasp, "Babe this is to fancy are you sure we should go here?"

Devan laughs while opening the car door, "Of course baby girl it's our one year"

After having the time of our lives we head out.

We sit on the hood of the car and we look at the stars.

"I love you," said Devan

I gasp realizing it's his first time saying that.

"I-I love you too Dev"

We lean in and we kiss.

Finally letting go we hop off the hood and drive home.
