I get ready to leave and get my heart ready to be broken into million tiny pieces.

I head up the front steps of Devan's house and I ring the doorbell. I wait a few minutes and I hear the door unlock. The door opens and it's Collins.
"Hey (y/n)! Hey are you okay?" asks Collins grabbing me and pulling me inside.
"No.. I told Devan I love him and he told me to meet him here"
"Oh I'm so sorry! He's upstairs if you want to go" said Collins
I started heading to the stairs and up to his room.
I waited a few seconds before I finally got the nerves to open the door.
I open it and Devan's on his bed with earphones.
I lightly tap him on the shoulder and he opens his eyes.
"Oh sorry I uh didn't see you come in" said Devan taking his earphones off
"It's okay"
"So... (y/n), I love you I truly do it's just your more like my friend then a girlfriend." said Devan looking down
"Yeah no it's totally fine I g-guess" I start bawling my eyes out and I get up to leave.
"I am so sorry (y/n) please it's just I can't" said Devan getting up and grabbing my hand.
I push him off and run downstairs.
I heard Collins calling me but I block him out and run straight through the door. I keep running till I get to my house.
Worst thing I've ever done. I will never love anybody again.
