Two Worlds A Family

It was 2014, hot and dizzy April- the crowded people chanting a name of a famous person who was inside the hospital, lying in the ICU. He opened his eyes, widening his views in the ICU. There was a girl who sat down was weeping for her love who was in the ICU.

A girl cried “Arefin! Why!”

It was the time, that Arefin and Hamiya were childhood buddies. It was 11 years back that when their childhood were golden times.  When they were nine, Hamiya and her family went to the USA for settling. After a while, Arefin and his family visited to USA for the trip to see Hamiya. Hamiya took Arefin to the playground, Coney Island and metro train. One day, Arefin accidentally got into the teenagers’ place. When his introvert behavior made them tease him so much that go him almost into a mental trauma. Suddenly, Hamiya defended on them and took Arefin to her home. After that, Arefin and Hamiya went so close to each other. Arefin went back to Bangladesh,  Hamiya missed him so much that no one did.

11 years later, Arefin became a successful online writer as Hamiya was a popular girl at high school.  Their minds had been changed. As Hamiya came back to Bangladesh, she did recognize Arefin very quickly, but Arefin did not recognize her. Hamiya first disguised herself as Sophia to persuade Arefin to meet Hamiya but Arefin nearly forgot her. As Arefin went to his house by looking for his diary, he saw the diary of his childhood with Hamiya. Then he slowly remembered her by seeing his own pictures with Hamiya. He realized that that Hamiya was Sophia. Suddenly, Arefin saw that his views on politics were published in the newspaper that shook the entire world.

Then, Arefin asked Hamiya to stay away from him because of the battlefields he had to face in the political world. Suddenly, he was hit by a rod that made him going to the ICU. Hamiya was sad enough but supported his political views and blogs due to his excellence. When he woke up, Hamiya and Arefin hugged each other. When he came out of the hospital, people chanted him and his excellence. When the prime minister was newly elected, he was rewarded for his blog and his views. Hamiya did not leave Arefin forever even he was in the battlefield. Because of her, Arefin became a successful blogger as he wrote also about the childhood but golden memories.

If he would not get close to Hamiya, what would happen? Couldn’t he be a successful blogger? Couldn’t he be rewarded for the position he is in? Or Couldn’t he understand the meaning of friendship? It all goes up to God who systemized the story with union and love between the two worlds.
