I wake up in my apartment feeling the beginning of an ordinary day ahead of me. Getting up from my bed, I walked into the kitchen to make myself some coffee. But then I notice the sudden change around my apartment. Everything is boarded up, wood nailed so firmly against my apartment doors and every single window. Even the small window above my shower was heavily boarded. Instinct swelled up inside me and I clawed to pull off the wood on my door, but it wouldn't budge an inch. I even tried tugging the wood off on all my windows, but they all had the same outcome. I pounded on the walls, screaming out to hopefully attract my neighbors attention. But before any rescue could come, I suddenly heard a knock coming from the inside of my closet. At first I thought the knock was outside my apartment, until the closet door slowly swung open, revealing someone I had never seen before in my life.
