The government gathered up all the people who are seeing other colors (unless you're grey or black, I'll talk about you later) and threw them in prison. Its just a concrete room with a metal door and bunkbeds and a small room for a toilet.

If your a black or a grey character, which there are only like four or five so like I'm not gonna make a separate chain, you're criminals, or if you are grey and aren't a criminal you just kept your mouth shut about seeing other colors so nobody found out. You'll come in later. Woot.
