There was a strange grey ground floating in the depths of space. However, this grey ground wasn't floating at all. It was actually stood in place as stars, dust and space past by it. There were purple bits of dust covering the ground but the origin of this dust and the ground it's self was unknown. On this ground was something amazing yet dangerous and terrifying at the same time. Unfortunately it was hidden amongst the purple dust and layers of sediment so it was invisible to the naked eye. Also, it was not even in our own universe, and it is not in another universe.

This place was located in between all dimensions where nothing and no one could find it. But if they did, the multiverse it's self would cease to exist due to the machine hidden here, was keeping all of the dimensions separate. If nothing was here to keep all of them separate, they would all merge into one. Then the whole of existence would never happen because to fit the entire multiverse into one universe, there would need to be a lot of space and the easiest way to do that is to remove things that are already there. But if the things already there were erased, then the rest of the multiverse would just fall into a blank space where nothing could survive. So this place was hidden here so that outcome could never happen. Unfortunately, a bluish portal suddenly opened up on this land.

A tall, strong figure emerged from it and stepped down onto the land, making some of the purple dust float into the air due to their heavy black boots stomping on the ground that had never been touched before. The figure was in massive black body armour which was kinda like Darth Vader, but it was not a breathing suit. He stepped out and walked forward on the strange landscape as if he was searching for something. Lifting up his right arm, a holographic map suddenly appeared showing the same landscape he was on and it also highlighted certain areas in red.

The figure walked over to an area which was high lighted in red and examined the ground. He then bent down and started to sweep some of the sediment away. He kept doing this until he hit something metallic. They reached inside the hole they had just made and pulled some sort of lever. The ground started to shake as if there was a 7 scale earthquake happening. As the figure was trying to keep their balance, the ground was opening up to reveal a massive round structure. At the top was a light bluish water liquid and somehow it was hovering in the structure because there was nothing to stop it from falling onto another machine below it. The figure chuckled a little when he saw this. This is exactly what he had come here for. He jumped down past the water and next to the machine below.

It was a cube-shaped machine white a glowing blue light in the centre of the it. The blue light was actually the glow of a crystal that had existed at the very start of the multiverse. The figure started to walk closer to it because that is the reason he was there. Just as he was about to remove the crystal from the machine, a blue hologram of a woman dressed in white clothing appeared a few yards away from him. "Stop!" The hologram said. Dropping their arm, the figure turned towards the hologram. "If you take that crystal, the void between all of the dimensions of the multiverse will be unstable and will make the dimensions merge into one! That includes our own!" The hologram spoke. "Please. I want you to leave this place. Not for the sake of the multiverse. But for the sake of innocent lives and yours" The hologram stated.

The figure remained silent, but they pulled out a black blaster and aimed it at the device that was transmitting the hologram. A red blast came from the weapon as the figure shot the device which deactivated the hologram. Putting their weapon away, the figure grabbed the crystal and pulled it out of the machine with force. The blue crystal was the size of the figures hand. With the crystal in hand, the figure climbed up the sides of the grey ground and walked back to their portal. Little did they know, when they had left through the portal, the cube-shaped machine started to glow a dangerous red and the landscape suddenly cracked and the part of space around it started to turn into a glitch of red and blue.
