ㅤㅤ"Park Jimin!"

"How was your sleep?"

"Do you have an assignment? I can help."

"Not to sound cocky but when I was alive, people would be angry at me for always being at the top. I dominate the charts, no lies bro."

I was pestering Jimin the whole day and I can easily tell that he really was bothered of what I'm doing. Well, I couldn't think of anything else to be his friend except for helping him doing something.

When I was alive, study was my top priority that's why I was aloof when it comes to associating. I honestly didn't have lots of friends before, I only had one I think? So I have no exact idea how to act accordingly. I guess this time, I'll learn in tiny steps.

The two of us were strolling in the hallway when he saw a professor having a trouble carrying two boxes. "Mr. Lee, I can help you with that," Jimin suggested with a smile.

I clutched my chest dramatically like a proud aunt. Baby out here being a kind hearted person that he is.

"Thank you, student." The professor gave him the boxes.

Jimin is now having a trouble to walk properly. The boxes were really heavy to the point that I can't seem to draw his face.

"Bitch? What's inside that box? Thor's Mjolnir?" I frowned. I decided to raise my right hand to control the air and help him carry it. My ability is somehow getting stronger this days, I can manipulate air for a longer period of time now. Am I evolving? Bitch, I don't know what's happening to me.

"Huh? What happened?" He blinked.

"What's wrong?" Mr. Lee asked him. He shook his head and searched for something until our eyes met.

"Was it you?" He asked without making a sound and I tried to wink at him but ended up closing both of my eyes. I can't do this shit. "Where do we put the boxes, sir?"

"In the teacher's faculty."

Once we reached the faculty, Jimin placed the boxes down and bowed to Mr. Lee. "Am I really that old? When I was lifting those boxes it felt like my backbone is going to break. But when you carry it, it looks like it weighs as light as a feather."

Jimin looked at me, "A ghost probably helped me to carry it."

Mr. Lee laughed exaggeratedly and told him to stop joking around because he gets scared easily and ordered him to go the fuck back to his room.

"Student number 15." The professor, Mr. Joo, called out and Jungkook gulped as he slowly stands up. They were having a surprise recitation in biology and Jungkook is the first victim.

"You have two minutes to answer, Mr. Jeon." The professor and I smirked evilly. The two of us were probably thinking the same, Jungkook doesn't study so I'm pretty sure that he's not going to get the correct answer. "If ordinary table salt is called sodium chloride. What is a baking soda?"

Jungkook shook his head, snickering to himself. "Is that it?"

I gasped. "Don't tell me he knows the answer?"

"What an easy question you got there sir. A baking soda is..." He trailed.

"...A teeth whitener?"

Dumbass!

The whole class laughed at his stupidity, I had the loudest laugh though.

Mr. Joo cleared his throat. "The correct answer is sodium bicarbonate."

"So what if I'm wrong? At least I'm handsome. Yah! Don't laugh at me," Jungkook fought, glaring at his classmates before he took a seat.

"Student number 33."

I looked around and saw that the said student was Jimin. Shaking hands and sweat in his forehead stood as an evidence that he didn't study well in this subject. I headed closer to him and secretly grabbed his notebook and pen.

"Don't be nervous! If you have trouble answering, know that I got you," I smiled proudly.

"Mr. Park, just like what I said you have two minutes to answer," The professor looked down on his questionnaire. "The movement of cell against concentration gradient is called?"

Jimin keeps fiddling his fingers as I write the answer as fast as I can.

Mr. Joo checked his watch, "You've already lost one minute."

Once I finished writing, I hold it in front of him. He looked at it and read it carefully, "The answer is active transport, this is the only transport method that can move species against their concentration gradient- from low to high concentration. Facilitated diffusion only moves species down their concentration gradient from high to low concentration."

Everyone's mouth opened, including JK's.

"You even explained it! Wow! Everyone give a round of applause to Park Jimin!" Mr. Joo exclaimed and he smiled shyly.

"Daebak, he's not only a pretty face but smart as well!" The girls whispered to one another. "Totally my type!"

"I actually broke up with my boyfriend yesterday so I'm available to boys right now," She added, louder enough to make everyone hear.

"No one cares," A fellow classmate from the back spat out.

I turned to Jimin with a genuine smile plastered on my face, "Thank you for trusting me."

"No," He whispered. "Thank you."

It's official guys. My wig has been snatched.

"Ah, what a hassle day to the very adorable hoseok!" Hoseok plopped his tired body in the chair.

"Ew dude, why are you talking in a third person's point of view?" I grimaced. "Quit it already before I hit you with the ddu-du ddu-du du!" I couldn't help but stand and dance that part. "Ay yeah ay yeah," Jimin was startled as he looked at me with shock.

"Jayeon, the heck are you on?" He whispered.

Observe the real talent, dude.

"We've been running for about an hour outside, I couldn't catch my breath!" Hoseok added.

Jimin cleared his throat, narrowing his eyes at me before looking at him again, "That's better than having a surprise recitation."

"Oh? Did you get the correct answer? I bet you didn't." He snorted.

He raised his brow, "I did with a big help from Jayeon—"

Hoseok hushed Jimin by putting his index finger on his lips. "Hold up! Stop right there, I don't want to faint anymore."

Jimin laughed as he slapped his hand. "Alright, if you say so."

"Anyway, I'm glad that you're not in a bad mood today." He stated, smiling so brightly. "What's making you happy? Am I the reason?"

"No, I just decided to shrug off what's bothering me and look into positive things."

"Aww, do you like me that much? You look nervous." He cooed.

"No way."

"Then is it because of me?" I joined their conversation.

"No," He retorted, glancing at me before he looked away.

I ignored his remark. "You're probably starting to like me now, come on let's be friends already," I spoke and he scrunched up his face. "Hey! It's your loss you won't have a companion as glamorous as me."

"The two of you acts narcissistic, are you the same person?" Jimin rolled his eyes.

Hoseok waved his hands in front of his face. "You're acting out of your mind again, who are you talking to? Jayeon? Pfft. You're putting a lot effort just to scare me and make me faint Jimin. Just so you know, I will not be going to pass out again. Try me!"

"Let's try this mf," I threw a smirk at him.

Jimin mirrored my expression, squinting his eyes a little. "Jayeon... hmm... she talks like a fuckboy most of the time but I think she means everything she says, still not sure about that yet, but the thing I am very confident to say about her is she looks quite like my pet fish, Chita."

"You wanna fight with me, midget?"

"What did you say?" His ears turned red.

"I said let's fight right here, dwarf! I'm not scared of you try me right here right now!"

I was having fun but to my dismay, he simply let out a defeated sigh. "I don't want to fight with anyone today."

I pursed my lips, sitting down properly. "Alright, let's just fight next time."

"Fine."

"Uhm, what is happening?" Hoseok interrupted, looking confused. "Hey, I'm getting chills right now."

"Nothing," Jimin answered. "Alright seriously, Jayeon is inches smaller than me, she has a mole below her right eye and both in her cheeks. She has this hazel eyes and a long brown hair and she's... dead."

"You could've just say beautiful and we're done here," I suggested.

Hoseok snickered. "You saw her picture didn't you? Tell me something not everyone knows about."

"Tell him I took a photo of him taking a huge shit," I stated. Jimin laughed, his eyes squinted and his crooked teeth were showing. Oh, how I love the view. If only my eyes can capture this moment. "You tell him, come on," I encouraged him.

As if on cue, Hoseok's phone rang, "Oh, my phone just reminded me that we have to study. We have a quiz in calculus today."

"Whaaaat?" Jimin asked hopelessly.

Although Hoseok looks like he doesn't care about his studies, it was a complete opposite. He is also hard working and that's one of the reasons why we get along well.

"Don't worry Jimin, you got me!" I spoke.

"Is there anything that's delicious but doesn't make you gain weight?" Hoseok asked.

"Air seems nice," I recommended.

"Yah." Jimin looked at me.

It was already the third day of trying to befriend the busan's boy. He's been gawking at me lately and that's progress.

The two ended up buying something delicious that certainly have a lots of cholesterol by the way.

"Show me what that mouth do! Show me what that mouth do! Show me what that mouth do Ji!" I chanted, clapping along with my hands.

"Watch me," Jimin boasts, gently grabbing the burger king's pepperoni bacon whooper on the table and bring it to his mouth.

He first took a small bite but what caught me of guard is when he literally placed the whole burger on his mouth, "Jesus Christ! What kind of mouth is that! Doraemon's pouch or what!"

Imagine what other things that mouth can do.

Hmmm...

Eat a whole motherfucking coconut?

Oh damn!

"Your mouth might rip!" I shrieked.

"Uh, what's that liquid coming out?" Hoseok asked.

Jimin frowned before he touched the liquid dripping on his lower mouth. The both of us looked at one another and let out a laugh. He nearly died choking while I was clutching on my stomach, wheezing more harder.

Hoseok laughed as well, even hitting the table repeatedly. "Dude, that's disgusting!"

When I looked at him once again, Jimin suddenly pulled off a serious face like a robot as he continue munching his food. He would break a smile when I look away and be serious when I glance at him.

This boy, always suppressing himself to smile when I'm around. But still can't manage to do it.

And that just screams men are confusing as fuck. Especially him. Sometimes he rude, sometimes he cute, but most of the time he's a tsundere. Why though.

"Chew it carefully boy or you might end up shitting that thing still whole. I'll be praying for your asshole." I uttered. Jimin coughed continuously.

"Are you okay?" Hoseok exclaimed.

"I feel like I'm almost going to choke—"

My eyes widened.

"I really like that feeling so—"

"WDYM?" I grimaced.

Jimin thew a nervous look before drinking a cup of water.

"You should join an eating contest bro, you surely eat alot in that small body of yours," Hoseok pushed his shoulder lightly.

"I've actually joined lots of it, and I always win. It's really fun succeeding but the consequence sucks. I get this fat folds on my stomach," Jimin groaned.

"Show it or it didn't happened," I stated. I just want to check if what he's saying is true. No other agendas.

"I'll show it in your next life," He replied, stucking out his tongue without any emotion as I playfully rolled my eyes.

Why do I feel like I'm slowly having another reason to hold back? I'm having second thought about going to the after life.

"No need to show them dude, why would you show off your fat folds," Hoseok made a face.

The three of us are in the cafeteria of the university, there aren't lots of students around but, there are some... souls? I just noticed them now because I find it quite hard to distinguish a ghost and a human. We still look like human but our skin is gleaming just a tiny bit.

They were dressed in a college uniform as they wonder around, "What are they doing here?"

Jimin looked at my direction. "What's the matter?"

"There are other ghosts here," I answered, still eyeing the particular two.

"They're always everywhere, like you, some of them has tried to approached me before," He mumbled. "Most of you are really scary."

The two were looking around like predators searching for their food. They were carefully scanning the surroundings.

"Ji, I have something to do," I stood up from my seat, preparing to run after the souls. "Enjoy eating."

"Will you be back?" That question caught me off guard.

Huh?

Jimin avoided my gaze when I looked back. "Because it's almost the end of our break."

"Of course," I smiled. "I'll be back..."

For you.

"Uh, I think I will stay here till the food on my stomach digests." He trailed. "Which will take really long."

Translation: I'll wait for you, my future friend.

I think my heart just fell on my ass.

"See you later, Jimin!" I grinned.

I saw the two heading to the other building. To easily catch up, I composed my hand to teleport where the souls are. Their eyes widened when they saw me suddenly standing infront of them, and they screamed. I crossed my arms as I look back at their stares.

"Hello. What are you guys doing? Mind If I join?" I queried with a smile.

This ghosts makes me feel wary. Why are they here when they are literally wearing the uniform of another university from Daegu?

We are in Gwangju. The distance between the two places is literally 177 km!

"Wow noona, you really have a superpower!" The boy clapped his hands as if he just watched an excellent strip show.

"Superpowers?" I furrowed my brows, "What do you mean by that?"

The girl placed her arm on his shoulders, "Don't mind him. He's just amazed with ghosts that have a special ability."

"You mean teleporting? You guys don't have it?" I frowned.

The boy sighed, "Noona, we don't have any special abilities at all."

Say sike right now.
