I edited a photo of Shinsou into what Shun/Hide actually looks like AS WELL AS a picture someone else made of him. Hope you like them!!! Yes, as you can see, just like Shoto, Shun has an ice burn on his face.

A long and peaceful night it was! Shoto Todoroki managed to talk his girlfriend into sneaking off of the school campus for the night. Of all the things the couple planned to do after breaking the rules, it was to secretly use Shoto's home while everyone else was out of town. That accomplishment where it stands doesn't sound all that correct does it? Not like they were planning to do anything naughtly like throwing a big ol' party or have sex, they were only doing what they felt was the right thing. It only took ten years, but Shoto's finally reunited with his long lost brother: Touya Todoroki after having long assumed he had died more than a decade before. Although Touya's twenty, all grown up, sport's a drastically different that he somehow works like a model on the runway, sadly goes by a different name AND just so happens to be a villain to top it all off. Despite how all the odds were against the boy of flames and ice, the world was telling him how badly he should stray away from his brother at all costs, Shoto bypassed all the warnings and chose to latch onto Touya anyways without any signs of letting go.

That's why Shoto and (Y/n) were happily treating Touya to a nice pleasure-filled night of luxuries galore from a nice home cooked meal-a luxury of which he hasn't had since he last called himself a Todoroki-to a shower to a clean comfortable place to sleep and Touya didn't hesitate to surround himself with it all. Don't gotta work for it then you might as well take it. It's like being given the choice between eating and going hungry. Anyone would choose to eat.

Although the man of blue flames and scars that were cut deeper than skin helped himself to the Todoroki household's luxuries, he became extravagantly cautious about every decision he'd make from the next step to the next breath. One wrong turn, one wandering glance, and that mental barrier would fall at risk of caving in. This house, everything about it really, from the pictures to little scuff marks on the walls and handrails from silly childhood accidents, could all too easily unbury his deeply forgotten memories, the memories of his past identity. Dabi's just lucky this estate was so large, finding a vacant guest bedroom was accomplished with ease. No pictures, a perfectly made bed adorn in sheets of comforting sandy beaches, no signs of life, perfect. Dabi, after considering all of his options, decided that this room appealed to his better interest as he slid the paper door to a close behind himself with a cautious hand. His hair still sopping wet from his shower, for his black locks were flat and clouded his vision. The floorboards were cold beneath his bare feet with each step taken. His turquoise eyes scanned the tan coverings of the bed, shiny and not a wrinkle to be found. The man began to wonder when was the last time he'd slept in an actual bed, and not just some random place he'd consider 'comfortable' or 'safe' enough to give his eyes a rest. "Well,' Dabi shrugged as he plopped down upon the bed ruining the perfect sheets. "I've already bathed. I might not like this place but eh... I deserve this more than I think..."

"You deserve so much better."

Dabi flinched as he was startled by the female's voice. Yet there she was, (Y/n) and her literally cold blooded being looking all comfortable within the doorway. Dabi had no clue that (Y/n) had followed him here, and he's almost always unnecessarily aware of his surroundings like a hammerhead shark in the ocean as if it was a sixth sense. "Wow," Dabi threw the towel that sat upon his shoulders to his head and rubbed it into his scalp. "Just how much did I lower my guard if you snuck up on me?"

"Isn't that a good thing?" (Y/n) stepped into the room little by little. The closer she had gotten, she took notice of the little things. Dabi wasn't wearing his ragged clothes anymore but a new set similar to what he had before: A white t-shirt and black overcoat. Even under the dimmed lighting, (Y/n) found it odd that the towel Dabi was using had black streaks tarnish the pristine white fibers. Even his hair looked lighter than before, (Y/n) swears his hair was a dark shade of red. "Do you dye your hair?" The girl hummed. "I'm really sorry, did the shampoo you used strip the coloring?" Being (Y/n) was a girl who dyes her hair regularly to hide the drawbacks of her quirk: It grows white the colder her body is, she understands how tedious keeping up with hair coloring really is and just how easily it is to strip the color.

Dabi could only sigh as he took some strands of his hair and held it between his thumb and forefinger to get a better look at his true colors. Red. "I'm not a Todoroki..." He spoke with distaste and brought his eyes to a close. "Black is the easiest color to dye, that's why I do it."

"Maybe we can help each other out?" (Y/n) giggled lightly and lowered her head to show off a forest of white. "My roots are a bit overdue," she straightens herself out. "I'll even buy the dye if that'll make you feel better."

The man shook his head, "I'll just deal with it."

Well... There goes any attempt to get him to be more friendly. "Dabi... You should feel safe to do whatever here and if you can lower your guard then well... I don't see anything wrong with that."

"I agree," the man sighs. "But why are you here? Don't you have a dick to suck?" (Y/n)'s face flushed red almost instantaneously at Dabi's comments. "What-Wait..." He tuts staring at her in confusion for he rested one leg over the other as he was deep in thought. "Teenage boys bring their girlfriends home when there's nobody to disturb them to do the deed. I figured you two were gonna kill two birds with one stone by letting me sleep here while you both got down to it," once again, no response. "How fucking well behaved are you two!?" And Toga back at the base is a horny little shit and she's their age. Well again... It is Toga he's thinking about.

(Y/n) took a moment to recollect her composure and sat down beside him on the bed. Her cheeks are still tingling with warmth. "I came here to say..." A deep breath in, slowly let out. "Shoto REALLY cares about you. He jumped through a million hoops just to get you here. I just want to make sure you know how much your brother loves you. Villain or not. Because... Somebody needs to make sure you know you're loved, because you don't and that's sad. Shoto thinks about you more than you think and YOU think about him more than you're even aware." And yet through all this, Dabi hasn't found the strength to deny any of her claims. "Dabi or Touya... However you want me to call you... Shoto just wants to have his brother back, to have YOU back. So can you just do me a favor and talk to him? Cause trust me... Once Shoto has his mind set on something, he isn't gonna back down."

Dabi loosely nods his head, "I'll talk..." He agrees. "I'm not going out of my way to do it though."

"You don't need to worry about that," she flicks her wrist lazily. "I think he has plans to come down here and talk."

"Then we have a plan," Dabi lies himself down upon the mattress.

(Y/n) stands up, figuring it was time to give him some space. "Thank you," she bows. "Thank you for always being there and looking after Shoto despite him not being aware. Kind of like a guardian angel huh? You're such a good person it's sort of hard to believe you're a villain."

Some girl huh? "You know what?" Dabi sits up. "I guess I can say the same."

"Really?" Her heart flutters.

"Shoto's childhood was hell... I was beginning to wonder if he'd turn out like me," Dabi felt that there was no need to motion or direct attention to his grotesque body physically. "Yet somehow he's smiling again. Always Little Miss Sunshine around you. It's nice to see him this way. You helped make him this way. Tell me... What exactly brought you two together? I can only imagine he was being an asshat."

(Y/n) giggled into her hand. "Not towards me in particular but yes he was!"

Dabi cocked a brow. "Details?"

"That's something you can ask him actually," she shrugged. "Gotta leave something for you two to talk about right?"

"Whatever..."

"Goodnight," (Y/n) bows once more, taking her leave. Dabi finds (Y/n) to be truly miraculous. He can't bring himself to hate her despite how much time he's spent with her on Shun's 'attempted' assassination case. Is (Y/n) an angel? Nah, that's a stretch. But for her to call HIM an angel? Now what was she thinking? A fallen angel maybe, but a guardian angel? NO!!! She's talking to Hero Killer Stain's future successor for crying out loud. He's the farthest thing from an angel let alone a hero.

It wasn't long before a wandering Shoto had found his way into Dabi's room. To be perfectly honest, he expected Dabi to be dead asleep but instead he was making faces into the vanity's mirror or manually deforming it in some way. Dabi would hook his index finger with the corner of his mouth and tug downwards to the point the skin of his cheeks, where scarred flesh met pale perfection, would separate and tug at his staples all to show off his teeth. His hair was still damp, but it hung low upon his face and Dabi continually kept sweeping his deep crimson locks back or off to the sides every now and again but they weren't showing any signs of obedience. It took long enough but Dabi finally noticed Shoto within the background of the mirror and sighed. "I suppose it's your turn to talk to me?" Because (Y/n) already dropped by...

"Are you ever gonna let me call you brother again?" Shoto really just shot right into Dabi's heart right there.

"I really can't make my point more clear..." The male shook his head before turning towards the teen. "Touya's DEAD!"

"Why do you let Shun call you that then?" Shoto began to glare.

"He talks about me?" Dabi softened suddenly. "Forget that..." He shook his head again. "I don't even let him, he just refuses to call me Dabi."

"Then I'll just refuse too," Shoto figured Dabi wasn't gonna do anything to him to ensure such. "Touya... " Shoto took a deep breath in, his heart in his ears. "I love you... Miss you..." I'm pouring my heart out for you. Why won't you let me in?

Touya's features softened from his face to his slumped shoulders and slouched back where his spine stuck out in a stomach churning fashion. He couldn't retain his angered composure, not after that little heart to heart. "Why are you so hung up on me? You're a hero, I'm a villain. I've tried to kill you before. I'm not a person you should be crying over."

"I don't even talk with the family," Shoto admits. "They're strangers to me."

"And why should I care?"

"I looked up to you at one point and then you just left... Now you're back and I don't want to let you go again," Shoto holds out the hand that belongs to his mother's half, his icy half. "Can I call you brother again?" The cold grey and turquoise met the elder's sullen turquoise as well and mutually they understood one another's pain.

Dabi continually shook his head, he can't allow any of this to happen. "Unless you want to rid this world of fake heroes, I'm not someone you should be looking up at."

"Can you drop that?" Shoto growled. He never would've thought talking to Dabi would actually be this difficult. He thought Dabi would actually sit down and be willing to listen and take everything in much like (Y/n) said he would earlier. "Touya..." Shoto spoke after a quick rebuild of calm composure. "Can we just talk like people? Two regular people. This hero and villain shit has no part of this."

"You're that desperate huh?" Dabi spun the swivel chair of the vanity around and sat within it backwards for the chair's back supported his built chest. "I left the family, I don't want to be involved in anything, but if you MUST talk then do it. Just don't expect a love letter from me by the end of it."

"That's... All I asked for," Shoto bowed. "At first..." He straightened himself out. "I was heartbroken that you were a villain and that (Y/n) figured out who you were long before I ever could. I even burnt down the shrine father made for you-"

"I guess that's what that was..." Dabi shrugged in response with a casual scratch of the chin. On the trip to this room from the bathroom, he stumbled upon a heavily damaged part of the house that was recently burnt yet all at the same time was picked up for the most part. The wood of the shrine's display was still black and beyond repair yet Dabi thought none of it. Now that he knows the shrine was actually his, it only made his stomach churn. Not only did Shoto burn it down, but he had one in the first place? Dabi thought he wasn't loved enough as a child to earn one...

"I regret burning it down okay?" Shoto bowed once more.

"Stand up straight," Dabi wretched. "Quit apologizing and I'll forgive you."

"Okay," Shoto stood up straight and made a mental note to quit bowing down. "I was angry at you, at myself, at everything... That's why I burned it down. I wanted to forget that you were my brother at all until I realized you're actually a good person," he sighs and it brought on much of Dabi's interest. "You're going against everything you know just for your friend. You're working with us, with heroes, to bring the person to justice. The day (Y/n) got attacked, you could've left her to die but saved her instead and hundreds of people too. You kept giving though... You could've left (Y/n) there to freeze and get back to UA on her own but you actually went out of your way to keep her warm and carried her all the way back to me. You made sure that I was okay and happy that night Touya. Be honest with me... Would you have saved her if we weren't dating?"

"Way to unload on me," Touya shifted uncomfortably within his seat. "But no... I only saved her because of you."

"I had a feeling."

"Last seeing you as a child, being all tortured and depressed, compared to now when you can actually smile and make friends. It's refreshing and means more to me than you think. I know how much she means to you... Shoto... I'd never take the thing that makes you happy away."

And here... Touya made his point clear that he wanted nothing to do with me yet he just told me how much he cares. "You really do still care," Shoto smiled with content. "Thank you for everything."

"Yeah yeah," the male groaned. "Who is she anyways? I don't get how one girl can make you so happy." Because (Y/n) totally left him high and dry earlier.

"She's father's ex," Shoto up and speaks without a filter.

Dabi spits, "Is he a fucking pedofile!? I've never wanted to burn his ass down more than-"

"You know how she used to be frozen in that pond?" Shoto asks before anything gets out of control.

"Yeah?" He cocks a brow.

"Before she was frozen, she used to date our Father."

"Makes sense," Dabi pinched the bridge of his nose. "Yet you're dating his fucking ex..."

"I was weirded out by it at first, but we sort of just clicked," was the easiest way Shoto could explain it. "The second I saw her, I just knew she was the one."

"Like love at first sight?" Dabi whistled.

"(Y/n)'s perfect," the boy nods. "She always wants to make me happy and spoils me. (Y/n)'s really supportive too. She's always suggesting new things for us to do, always keeps an open mind, tends to get on my nerves whenever she wants a fight but I won't complain. Because of her, she runited us! We're parents too," at last, Dabi grew genuinely concerned. Was (Y/n) lying yet again? They've slept together? "(Y/n) found a cat that looks like me and named it Africa," and finally, Dabi felt refreshed hearing that he wasn't a teen father.

"Africa huh?" The man hummed.

"Yeah I don't know," Dabi's never seen Shoto so confused. "I never asked."

"Make sure she knows how much you love her," Dabi suggested. "Like me to you, she probably has no clue how much she means to you and it should never be taken for granted."

Shoto's heart never felt so touched before, "I will," he confirms. "I'll make sure she knows how much I love her."

"Look," Dabi's head hung low. "I sort of suggested to her that you two MAY have sex tonight... Just don't... And make sure she knows-"

"I hate you..." Shoto glared at him. "Everyone at the dorms were saying the same thing. She's been jumpy all night..."

"Sorry."

"Otherwise... It was nice talking to you again."

"Call me Touya," Dabi has never before granted anyone permission to call him by his given name. "And I agree."

"Goodnight... Touya," Shoto stepped towards the door.

"Just go to sleep for fuck's sake..."

And Shoto left the room feeling as content as ever to finally have been able to hold an entire conversation with the biggest roadblock he's had to face this far. His brother is back in his life, after being absent for ten or more years. Shoto could just barely remember when Touya up and left. Now, Shoto has (Y/n) to thank for everything and making all this possible. (Y/n) refused to cut ties with Dabi even after everything and now that decision was for the best. His heart was singing, and it wouldn't stop no matter how many times Shoto could take laps around the estate in an effort to calm himself down. No sense in keeping (Y/n) waiting though right? She's probably dead asleep by now. It was well after midnight by now and she does like to turn in early and this is coming from a teen who'd sleep whenever he's given the chance.

After his tenth lap around the halls of the Todoroki estate, Shoto figured it was finally time to turn in. He walked and walked until he'd finally stumbled upon his given bedroom, only to realize the room was dead, and left in search of (Y/n). As expected, she took up a guest bedroom and was curled up within the bedsheets in an attempt to quench her drowsiness. "I thought we were sleeping together..." He frowned upon sitting at the bed's edge.

"And I keep telling you we aren't married yet," (Y/n) tuts.

"I'm NOT gonna have sex with you for the millionth time. Not unless you want to."

"And I'd be lying if I said I didn't want to. But again... We're not married and your brother is around."

Shoto was speechless for he couldn't stop blinking rapidly. Woah... Shoto did not expect to hear that. "Can we just agree to sleep? Like we normally do after school?" In the same bed and snuggle central. No sexual arousal, no making out, just being close to one another and sleeping off the day's worries.

Back in the day, (Y/n) never cared for the opinions of others yet as of now their words were carving deep scars upon her being. It left her to wonder just how much she's changed over the last few months. (Y/n) knows Shoto is a sweetheart who'd never think to ask of sex. In fact, she's a little concerned that he has no 'physical' attraction in that aspect. Yeah he enjoys his hugs, cuddles and kisses, but is the sexual attraction even there? Is Shoto just a well behaved gentleman who knows how to keep it in his pants? Asexual? Maybe even pan? The longer (Y/n) thought about it, she faces the truth and has nothing to worry about and scolds herself in thinking Shoto would ever pressure her into sexual deeds. She could only laugh at her own self, in which it had Shoto's head tilting in confusion to the matter as she muttered, "Of course!" She pulled the covers off to one side of the bed and curled upon the mattress some more as to savor the warmth she once had. Shoto redraped the sheet over her body as it was unnecessary and slipped beneath. His arm snaked around the cold girl's waist as he pulled her cold frame into the heavenly warmth of his chest and a head to snuggle deep within the crook of her neck.

Countless moments had passed, (Y/n) was long on her way to cloud nine. Shoto on the other hand, couldn't bring his eyes to a close. Like a broken record, Touya's words lingered on Shoto's mind without any signs of moving out. 'Make sure you let her know how much you love her. Like me to you, she probably has no clue how much she means to you and it should never be taken for granted...' Like me to you... Like me to you... It wasn't until Touya mentioned it that Shoto truly realized that despite being missing in action let alone the picture, Touya still loved him even though Touya very well had an idea that Shoto despised him with every fiber of his body. A love like that, really can't be taken for granted. "(Y/n)..." Shoto finally pulled together all the strength he had to speak up. Three words, it was wrecking his entire being. 'I love you' felt like a phrase to be forbidden. "I want you to know that... That I love you," He buried his face within her neck once more. "Thank you for everything you do for me." Will (Y/n) say it back? Does she feel the same? Will these words determine if the relationship continues or ends right here?

"And you've given me the entire world," she cooed. Her eyelids lazily rose to radiant (e/c) orbs that captured his own. "I love you too."

Shoto's entire frame went rigid at the reciprocation of her words. "I... Didn't know... You were awake."

What? Did he admit all that thinking it'd fall upon deaf ears? "I couldn't sleep because you weren't," (Y/n) yawns lightly. "I take it you got through to Touya?"

The corners of Shoto's mouth pulled upwards, "we're brothers again and he wanted me to make sure you know you're loved because he doesn't have the strength to do it himself."

"But he finally got his message across or else you wouldn't be calling him Touya right?"

"Yeah..." It only took him ten years to tell me...

"Well," (Y/n) settled back in. "I'll take it you're satisfied now... Goodnight... I don't need you to be cranky in the morning." Because whenever he doesn't sleep for so long he's cranky pants all day long until he can squeeze in a nap.

Shoto chuckles, "Goodnight."

Meanwhile with Hide back at UA, he didn't think much of it being that it was a weekend but was just now hitting the sack despite it being almost two in the morning. He takes pride in being a night owl! Back when he was a villain, the best times to meet up with the League just so happened to be bizarre times whenever everyone was asleep or least expecting. From his inner clock being more geared towards being nocturnal, nights genuinely are more quiet and relaxing compared to the day in his eyes. It's the time he can enjoy me time and unwind without daily distractions to bother. It was his first time seeing his room at the dorms and upon opening the door, it was as barren as one can room could be spare for a bed, desk and dresser. Apparently, All Might must've dropped by earlier because his spare arm was sitting upon the desk's face. A deep breath in, Hide had taken in the new room's smell of fresh paint and carpeting and stepped around a little to get a good feel of everything. A window with a view of the entire campus, a closet with uniforms tailored to his body type as well as a lack of sleeves for they hung on a variety of plastic hangers, even the dresser already had clothes that Mr. Aizawa and Hitoshi got for him. "Holy shit," Hide muttered upon the sight of what lay within the top left dresser drawer. "I wasn't expecting this back..." To conclude his suspicions, he pulled out the article of clothing to find that it was the jacket he wore the night he was attacked. Hide had cut off the sleeves because he found them useless with his false arms and all. There were three holes, one in the upper right shoulder, another just below the first in the chest region, and the last in the pit of the stomach. This thing was drenched in blood weeks ago yet... Here it was. "Memories..." Was all he had to say. His curiosity got the better of him for he searched the pockets for a few key items, but were as empty as a water glass. A bead of sweat occupied his forehead as those 'items' were what got him nearly assassinated in the first place yet they're gone without a trace. "No.." He muttered before packing the jacket back into the drawer he never plans to open up again. "I don't got it, not my problem anymore. New name, new life..." Although he truly does wonder whose hands have them now. Hopefully a pro, maybe even with his sister or Touya, but again, not his problem anymore so why think of it?

Putting all those unanswered questions on the back burner, Shun took a deep breath in and exhaled until his lungs had fallen empty. "Time to go to sleep... Because I want to heal up as soon as possible," the boy sat down upon the mattress that was never used before today. He carefully shed himself of his pants leaving himself in a shirt and boxers only to be reminded of his blaring problem... Never sleep with your prosthesis on or else you risk rashes, chafing and not getting enough circulation in your legs because he still has a good chunk of his leg and he doesn't want to say goodbye to it. "One arm... Healing stitches... Fuck this is gonna be difficult," he admits as he reached for his leg. Just bending at the waist had a stomach churning pain rocket throughout his entire body leaving him gasp desperately for air. Hide threw himself back on the bed, hissing, using his arm to pound on the wall. "Hey!" Hide pulls together what air he could for a pained scream. "I need help! Please!" And thus his pounding ceased. Any motions were tearing up his entire body.

The door was thrown open with such strength it was a miracle it wasn't thrown off its hinges. "A-Are you okay!" Midoriya's worrisome voice wavered as he flocked towards the bed like a seagull at the mention of food.

Hide could only stare at the boy of emerald hair with a sense of disbelief. "Are you in the room next door?" Of all the people he expected to come in and help from maybe Hitoshi or Kaminari or maybe even that quiet animal guy, he didn't expect Midoriya in the slightest.

"No," Midoriya scratched the back of his neck in a flustered fashion. "It's Kacchan actually. He chose a room the farthest away from everyone and he told me that my boyfriend was calling."

Boyfriend? "We're not dating though..." Hide couldn't wrap his head around that. But it is Bakugou, and he's the most honest guy you'll ever meet be it in a good or bad way. One thing for sure is that he'll always speak his mind whether you want to hear it or not.

"It's Kacchan we're talking about." And Midoriya was thinking the same exact thing then.

"Hey look, thanks," Hide breathed, although such a thing stung his chest. "I tried taking off my leg... I was pulling my stitches too much. Can you help?" That was a mouthful and not only that, Hide found it hard to believe he just openly asked for help when looking back a few weeks ago he would've never done such a thing. Oh how things can change.

Midoriya too was a little stunned by the request for help. When Hide was checked into the hospital, he was surprisingly reluctant for any help of any kind! Hide went as far as to not eat unless he was forced sadly enough. Hence why his recovery was taking longer than it should've. "Why wouldn't I help you?" Midoriya questioned, almost betrayed as someone would assume as such. "At this point, there's nothing I wouldn't do for you," being an organ donor is one thing but seriously, Midoriya's bent over backwards for Hide and he sees no reason to give up on him. It's part of being a hero after all.

Did he just seriously say that? "Just pull on the leg right where it's attached to my leg," although the explanation was a bit vague, Midoriya had a general idea of what to do. Hide kicked out his false leg where he had his pants all rolled and bunched up at his upper thigh for easy access.

"Okay," Midoriya helped Hide to sit up before kneeling down practically between his legs.

Hide thought nothing of it at first, until something just clicked. Everything, from what Midoriya was doing to his position, Hide couldn't help but think the sight was... Provocative. I really shouldn't be thinking like this... I'm imagining him giving me a fucking- NOPE!!! I'M NOT EVEN GONNA SAY IT!!! He mentally snapped at himself. I really can't help it though!!! Midoriya really just told me he'd do anything for me and not just ANYONE says that without meaning it. Fuck... This boy is as straight as an arrow, I mean he won't FUCKING shut up about that gravity girl! Quit getting my own hopes up...

After many failed attempts to easily take the leg off, after witnessing said limb fall off with ease during his time in the Gauntlet, Midoriya finally managed to remove his friend's leg since it works like a suction cup: With enough force, it'll separate. Midoriya genuinely wanted to return to bed and bid him a goodnight, until his eyes traced the sight of fresh crimson staining the fabric of Hide's shirt. "How badly did you pull your stitches?" The boy freaked. Hide casually looked down on himself and the blood staining his shoulder was the least bit surprising. He did say he pulled at his stitches attempting to remove the leg in the first place. "Hide! How are you so calm about this? No, no! I'm not letting you take off your leg on your own ever again," Hide tensed as Midoriya stomped out of the room like a bratty rebellious teenager. Well... He is a teenager at least.

"Huh?" Hide was speechless. Of all things I've done from killing people to pulling stitches, pulling my own stitches on accident set him off the rails? His assumptions were quickly dismissed as Midoriya came back with a stone cold expression and steel briefcase. No... Upon closer inspection, its not just an old briefcase but a first aid kit and a heavy duty one at that. "Damn," Hide admits with a snicker. "Even the old nurse doesn't have such a big first aid kit."

Warmth filled the pits of Midoriya's cheeks. "Heh heh... I'm hurt so often that Recovery Girl refuses to help me anymore."

"I... Isn't it literally her job to help those who are hurt? She's supposed to be a nurse right?" Hide wanted to say something else, but he just found the comment to be heartless.

Midoriya sighs, "At this point I try not to think about it." While Midoriya can agree with Recovery Girl that without her help, Midoriya has no choice but to be more careful about his body. Keeping all that in mind, he really can't agree with Recovery Girl's decision all at the same time. She's neglecting her duties as a nurse by refusing treatment, therefore, why is she even a nurse then?

"Either way," Hide grumbled. "I think you're overreacting about all this."

Overreacting? "How?" Midoriya blinks.

"I'm just... Bleeding," which isn't a good thing but it's better than being dead, having a broken bone or worse. "It's not like what happened then. I'm not choking on my own blood, not bleeding to the point of going into shock. I just need to cover it up and here you come storming in with the entire hospital!"

Midoriya tilts his head off to one side, "Why are you so against me helping you?"

Hide drags a hand down his face, "Why are you so fucking adamant about helping me!? You're like a pest for fuck's sake! In my eyes, this is no big deal but you're just forcing yourself on me! Why are YOU like this Midoriya? At this point, I highly doubt you're just being a good friend or hero."

Now Midoriya felt attacked, cornered, like an animal. "I can leave if that's truly how you feel."

Midoriya said that he CAN leave if that's how Hide felt, like it was a warning, yet there he goes spinning on his heel to exit. "Don't dodge me!" Hide jumped from the bed, only to forget he only had one leg at the moment. He managed to hop once, then twice only to end up crashing upon the floor which shook the room violently.

"Hide!" Midoriya dove down to be at the boy's side.

Despite how badly the pain pulsed throughout his body, Hide's anger never subsided. He's tired of his heart being toyed with, he needs to hear first hand how Midoriya views him. A friend? Someone in need of saving? A crush perhaps? Maybe even all of the above. At this point, might as well go all out. Why has Midoriya clung to him so tightly from the get go? "I'm tired of it dude!" Hide had his forehead pressed to the wooden flooring. "Just tell me what the fuck I am to you. I'm starting to assume shit..."

Midoriya froze, "Can I ask the same of you?" He asked in a cold sweat.

"Are you dense!" Hide struggled to sit upon the floor since the pain of his shoulder was a bit much for his comfort. "Ever since you gave me my new name, I've hit rock bottom. I hit the bottom because I fell for your happy ass! Now!" Hide finally managed to sit up with his violet locks to cloud his vision. "What am I to you Midoriya? Just be straight up. If you don't see me this way, don't let it ruin what we have going for us..." Besides Touya, Hide's never had someone to call a friend like this. He's so very confused on the other hand. He can't tell if what he feels is love and respect for Midoriya as a friend or if all this really is romance in the makings.

Midoriya sat back on his knees, he remained calm, which Hide found odd. No, this can't be romance. This boy gets flustered talking about Uraraka, his female crush. "Shun..." Midoriya began and it wasn't anything good either. Ever since Midoriya suggested Shun's new name, not once has Midoriya referred to him as Shun and it made his skin crawl! "Yes... I like you too."

Hide's eyes enlarged, "I... Um... You're not reacting the way I thought you would."

"I too wasn't very sure if what I was feeling for you was respect or love. I just figured that since I've been so dedicated to helping you recover both from your near death experience and your recent change from bad to good, I thought I was being a good person and friend. Along the way, I realized how highly you treasured me, how much I was changing you for the better, I don't know..." Midoriya shook out his head as the prominent presence of a blush was settling in much as Shun initially thought the boy would react. "I guess I like you too Shun," Midoriya finally smiled. "I just wasn't getting my hopes up since I thought you didn't even like guys in that way."

"I can say the same," Shun comments back as if he wasn't phased in the slightest over Midoriya's confession. "Whenever love is mentioned, you're always talking about your mom or Uraraka."

"All you ever did was talk about the girls you used to date. Even went on a date with a girl from class," Midoriya too came to an agreement.

"Girls are crazy, what can I say?" He snickered. "I got so tired of them I gave myself more options to choose from.

"Have you ever dated another guy?" Midoriya's curiosity was sparking up. "I-I-I haven't! Not even a single date in all my life! That's why I asked!" Now that was hard to admit. As badly as Midoriya's crushed on girls over the years, he's never had the audacity to ever actually ask any single one of them out. Yet, Midoriya took on a mob boss, and a serial killer, and the head of the League of Villains without a thought if that says how badly his confidence is hurt with the inability to ask a single soul out on a date.

"Um..." Shun awkwardly scratched at the back of his neck. "I've tested it out... On Touya... I quickly realized I loved him like a brother and shut that shit down!" And now he was a laughing mess. "It really didn't help that he's like three years older than me. He felt like he was kissing a kid at the time we dated. We both agreed to never bring it up again between the two of us."

"Yeah I like girls, but I've always kept myself open to the idea of dating another guy," Midoriya felt the need to mention.

"That's how it should be... You know?" Shun smirked. "Society and labels... Why can't we all just love a person for who they are?"

"Is there something I'm missing?" Midoriya questioned.

"My dad," Shun sighs. "There's reasons why I hate my family most of the time and they tend to forget about me. Since we're a famous family, mom and dad set out a strict set of rules to prevent unwanted publicity. Since Japan's only recently began accepting people of the LGBTQ, my dad in particular wanted everyone to steer clear of it. Dad's never thought highly of it either behind closed doors. Although I've never came out to them, and it's not like I'm ever gonna see them again anyways, they sort of always knew about me," Shun dropped his head. This conversation is both bothersome and refreshing at the same time. "It's part of the reason why I felt so at home in the League," he sighs. "We weren't judged. At all. They were a better family than my own."

"I'm so sorry," Midoriya glanced off to the side.

"Wanna know the fucked up part of it?" Shun lifted his head. "My fucking sister of all people talked me into joining the League." Midoriya blinked. Did he hear that correctly? "I thank her for never selling me out, but she's a fucking bitch. I was thought so lowly in the family that she had the nerve to suggest something like that."

"That's like telling someone to go kill themself," Midoriya's heart ached as he spoke from experience. The day he met All Might in the flesh was an eventful day that could've had a million different outcomes, most of them bad.

"I'm just glad to be in a better place," he eased up as he threw his head back. "After all... If I hadn't joined the League, you wouldn't have saved me."

Well, that's one way to look up at things. With that, Midoriya rest a hand over his healing chest where his fingers traced the sensitive stitches that kept his chest cavity enclosed. "My pleasure."

Shun leaned over, despite how he's not supposed to be given it could pull his stitches more than he already has, where his bionic arm snaked behind Midoriya's bush of green and grasped it by the handful. With Midoriya manually pulled forward, Shun followed. Their minds had gone blank as their lips found one another. Midoriya's skin rippled with goosebumps to how unexpectedly cold Shun's lips were against his warmth. Upon parting ways, Midoriya shivered. "You're so cold."

"Ice quirk," Shun shrugged. "The only upside to losing my arms is that I don't have to worry about them being cold or getting frostbite."

"Just like (Y/n)," Midoriya found their similarities to be shocking.

"We're siblings after all."

"Oh shoot," Midoriya freaked. "Y-You're shirt! Should we take you back to the hospital?" At this point Shun's shirt was drenched in blood. On the other hand, Shun couldn't care less if he was bleeding out. He casually ghosted a hand over his shoulder and ice encased the appendage within seconds. "Shun!!!" The boy snapped. That's the easiest way to get frostbite!!!

"Either help me get my leg back on or carry me to Recovery Girl," Shun snickered as Midoriya's frantic state of worry was adorable in his eyes.

Midoriya puffed out his cheeks a little bit, "I guess I can carry you..."

"But do you WANT to?" Shun questioned once more. "Or are you only carrying me because we're together now?"

"Both..." Midoriya's face flushed pink. "It'd be faster if I carried you and used my quirk anyways."

In which the boys made it to Recovery Girl in record time. She wasn't pleased to see Shun after they had agreed to having him recover the rest of the way on his own. However, considering how he's practically at risk of bleeding out, she recovered him the rest of the way and he was as good as new! No more stitches, no more pain AND he can wear his prosthesis whenever he wants. Didn't change the fact that Midoriya was worried about him and they ended up having a sleepover together just to 'make sure' everything was okay.

When morning came, Shoto and (Y/n) found themselves stolen from slumber as the rancid stench of smoke filled their nostrils for an all so unfortunate wake up call followed by the boisterous racket of pots and pant coming from what the teenagers assumed was the kitchen and it only left (Y/n) and Shoto to wake up in each other's arms wondering what all the ruckus was about. One glance at the clock, and (Y/n) had her answer.

The girl yawned at the realization it was nearly noon and snuggled back into Shoto's chest even if it meant she'd have to peel herself from him in no less than a minute from now. "Touya probably got tired of waiting for us and is making something to eat," (Y/n) came to that conclusion being it was the most logical one that came to mind. Nobody's in the estate besides Shoto, Touya and herself and the only other person that isn't in the room must mean that he's in the kitchen right?

Just mentioning the kitchen had Shoto's stomach rumble, "I'm hungry too..." Shoto admits only to frown at the thought of something else. "Actually... Not really..."

"What's wrong?" (Y/n) hums as she shuffles to peer up at Shoto with her chin resting upon his chest.

Shoto sits up just enough to kiss (Y/n) deeply as if it were his last. Or, that's what (Y/n) had begun to assume. Shoto is a passionate boy behind closed doors, but she's caught on that only when he's especially upset he'll grow this 'needy' for attention. Shoto broke off the kiss and rested his head into hers, "(Y/n)..." He speaks with difficulty. "I think I'm having your dreams."

"How," the girl frowns much to her dismay. Even the mention of such had goosebumps litter her forearms.

"That's the thing... I don't know what's going on... But every dream is the same."

"Just tell me what you can piece together," (Y/n) pushes on the subject.

"Me, you and Touya are running away from... Something," (Y/n) shuddered as everything he just said, be it one sentence, is eerily similar to her recurring nightmares already. "It cuts out, and next thing I know, I'm seeing red and you're jumping in front of me as if to protect me. Then... I wake up when all I see is Touya's flames," Shoto found difficulty in describing the dreams since he can't pull together a description where it stands. Nothing really stood out, nothing made sense, faces were blurred and no words are shared. Yet, this dream haunts him like a deeply rooted fear from childhood.

"Wait..." (Y/n) ponders. "We ARE sharing the same dream. Except, through our eyes."

"Yeah?" Shoto had no idea where this was going. Wasn't that fact clear since minute one?

"We both experience running and red, but from there, our point of views change. You see me jumping out to protect you, and I too see myself jumping out and then my arms are blazing as if they've been blown off and that's where my dream cuts out. Yours cuts out when you see Touya, or, his flames actually."

"Put our dreams together," Shoto thought deeply on the subject. "Were you protecting me from... Touya and losing?"

A heavy weight settled within (Y/n)'s stomach. "I hope not..."

"Would it be wrong to ask him if he's sharing our dream?" Shoto concluded. "We don't have his side of the story after all."

"Is asking him such a good idea?" She feared.

"Touya's different now than he was when we began the investigation," Shoto shook his head. "(Y/n)... He's had a million chances to kill or kidnap us over the last month or two. After yesterday, I KNOW he wouldn't hurt me... Not without a good reason."

"Sadly," (Y/n) sighed. "I agree but the facts are there-"

"Trust me on this," Shoto's orbs bored into (Y/n)'s soul searching for trust that was beginning to wane.

"Okay," she nods weakly. "Guess we can ask him."

"Let's get up then," Shoto steals a quick kiss to the cheek. "I WILL prove our dreams wrong. Even if it means changing the future."

"Go for it," (Y/n) could only shrug. Changing the future isn't THAT easy, but there's no point in arguing.

And so the couple got dressed for the day ahead of them and followed the ruckus from the bedroom all the way to the kitchen where it originated and ALREADY they were seeing nothing but blue flames eat up the place as if they've walked head first into the fiery jaws of hell's front door. Black smoke began to hang low within the house like a heavy fog. (Y/n) coughed as the smoke was too much for her to handle and her knees began to give out beneath her.

Dabi, unaffected, heard (Y/n)'s coughing and stopped what he was doing. He was trying to douse the room in flames, keep his enemy from escaping, but he had no clue his brother and beloved had walked into the belly of the beast. Dabi snapped his head around to find Shoto also unaffected by the smoke and flames but desperately trying to help (Y/n) to safety. Dabi was at a true crossroads with no idea of what to do. Save his brother BUT allow his enemy to escape or end all of his problems right here and now. No... Why is he even thinking about ulterior options? Vengeance isn't worth losing what little you have left.

Dabi dove at Shoto and (Y/n), he used his body to shield (Y/n) as he progressed to pick her up. Immediately, Shoto lashed out with his forearms layered in a spiky layer of ice towards Dabi but stopped dead in his tracks as he saw a human within Dabi's normally lifeless turquoise orbs. "I'm not immune to my own flames," Dabi spoke effortlessly through the fire and flames. "But I'm more fireproof than you and her combined. I got her, make an exit with your ice."

It was at this moment Shoto realized his dream was unfolding right here and now. The running, the flames, the fact all three of them are here and not to forget how Shoto saw someone else within the room besides them. Whoever that person is, a corpse now no doubt, must be the reason why Dabi was trying to burn the place down where it stood. Shoto, desperately wanting to alter the future for the better, nodded and faced the entrance of which they came that was now being tickled with the flames of death. Shoto swiped his right arm! Ice shot out towards the opening but only so little of his ice could materialize under such excruciating heat. Now, a sweat was forming on Shoto's forehead, and he tried once more. He stomped his foot, some more ice took form but was melting away at an alarming rate.

(Y/n)'s coughing was growing too hard, she was having a hard time hanging onto her consciousness. Dabi forced her head into his chest. "Breathe into my clothes!" He snaps. "The air is toxic for you."

"Problem!" Shoto growls as his attempts to ice down the exit were failing one after the other.

"Then we're just gonna run through it," Dabi breathed. "Cover yourself in ice then charge. Same goes to you," He stared down at (Y/n) who nodded into his chest and did what she could to self cool. Shoto froze, then understood where Dabi was going with this plan. His left side struggled to encapsulate it's half within ice but managed and they ran through the flames and the house until they were outside where all three of them collapsed upon the lawn in hacking fits. Even fire users can only handle so much heat and smoke.

The Todoroki household was going down in blue fiery destruction. The house and everything along with it, will cease to exist after today.

When they were least expecting it, (Y/n) yelped as something snatched her up once more and a devilish snicker had the boys jumping to their feet at the sight of a violet haired woman dressed in a grey pantsuit who held (Y/n) captive by a gloved vice grip around her throat. While Dabi was a seething mess, Shoto was stunned as this woman was a girl he's met before. Only once but he couldn't forget a face like hers.

"Well... You just made my job just that much easier Dabi," the girl sang.

"How did you fucking get out of there!?" Dabi roared. If anything, the heat alone should've been enough to kill her. If not the heat, the smoke's suffocating grasp on their lungs would've done the deed.

"A good assassin doesn't reveal her secrets." The woman pressed a finger to her lips.

"Nyah?" Shoto's eyes narrowed in on the woman who held (Y/n) captive. Nyah was her name. She has a cold stone exterior, rarely spoke, and her occupation was that of a failing lawyer. Oddly enough, Shoto swears on his life that she wore the same exact attire the first and last time they met. "I've only seen you once before... I should've known you were the one who killed Shun. My only question is why? He was your brother and now you're hurting your own sister too?"

"Hang on," Dabi's fierce exterior fled. "You two know each other?"

"Why didn't you tell us that the person we've been looking for this entire time was in the palm of our hands!?" Shoto could only stare at Dabi in betrayal. From Shun saying his family is in danger, not wanting to speak of the attacker let alone attempt to bring her to justice all made even more sense. The person Shun feared most was his own sister and she could destroy everything as easily as she could bring them all together.

"Did you not see all that?" Dabi motioned at the house. "She escaped a god damned burning house with only a needle quirk! Shoto, she's scary strong that even I'm unsure I can defeat her!"

"Oh how flattering!" Nyah fanned herself and knocked some ashes off the top of her head and shoulders off with the motion.

"Again!" Shoto grits his teeth. "You killed your own brother! Why!? Don't you feel remorse? Are you gonna kill her too!?" Because Nyah presumably doesn't have any idea that Shun is still alive.

"He was a traitor," was all Nyah had to say. "I should've known that a baby like him wouldn't be able to handle villain life. He just had to go running off to the heroes..."

"You're plotting to murder your entire family for money!?" Shoto blinked rapidly. He's heard the plan a million times before but this time in particular was the most heart wrenching. "Why do you need (Y/n) anyways!? Even if you did murder the heads of the family, traditionally all the money would go to the oldest child. There's no need to hurt anyone!?" Shoto um... Did you just encourage her to murder the family?

"Oh Shoto," Nyah sang. She threw (Y/n) on the grass, where she could finally breathe once more. "Move, and I'll impale you JUST like I did your pathetic brother," and to demonstrate, Nyah's fingers elongated like long fencing swords. (Y/n) was not only deathly afraid of her sister, but was too weak to do anything anyways. Nyah faced the boys once more. "That's the thing Shoto-"

"You have no right to use my first name," Shoto sneered.

"Shoto," she tuts with a smirk. "I COULD just kill my parents like you suggested, but thing is, I'm not blood related to my step father let alone have his same last name. Legally, I'd get very little or nothing at all and it'd all go to Shun, but yeah, I took him out of the equation. On the other hand, father and dear old mother made a joint will. I'm not on it, anywhere. He's always suspected something with me and revised his will upon (Y/n)'s release from her thirty year prison. Now, everything goes to her and Shun. Have you connected the dots yet?"

That she needs (Y/n) alive in order to get the entire family fortune. That or, she needs to persuade the father to change the will in which isn't a good idea. "Just leave (Y/n) alone..." Shoto hissed. The future was looking more and more grim by the second.

"No," Nyah tuts. "The plan will be enacted any day now and I need her to collect the will and hand it over to me. Until then I need her alive."

"I'm not gonna let you do that," Dabi stood up from the ground with blue flames to tickle his fingertips. "You WILL let her go, or else I'm burning both of your asses to the ground."

Nyah stared at Dabi bored and pointed at Shoto. Dabi's eyes enlarged and he shoved Shoto to the side! Nyah's pointed fingertip stabbed Dabi in the shoulder and crimson spilled. Dabi groaned out in pain, yet her finger remained. "If you don't help me get (Y/n) to headquarters, I WILL tell the League about how you've been double crossing us AND I won't hesitate to kill your brother. Consider yourself lucky that I'm allowing either of you to run free after all the trouble you've put us through. Now, choose Dabi. Be the obedient little puppy you are. Your brother, or your best friend's sister."

"You evil bitch," Dabi shuddered. "How did you even know he was my brother?"

"I just know." With access to great money leads to connections.

"I'll die for (Y/n)," Shoto allowed his head to hang low. He knew this was a battle he can't win. And so, he stood up and allowed his flames to erupt from his body. "You won't take (Y/n)!" He ran out towards the girls guns blazing. Except, a flash of blue came between Shoto and Nyah. Shoto stopped, nearly skidding, and Dabi grasped Shoto by the shoulders and kneeled him in the chest! A blue explosion of flames erupted upon contact and Shoto could've sworn his internal organs were destroyed as his stomach felt nonexistent.

Dabi hovered before Shoto's ear, "I'm sorry," the man apologized with a bloody tear that rolled down his cheek burning his skin where it went. "You don't have to forgive me for this, but it's for your own good. I'm taking you out of the game... I'll save her, leave everything to me," and Dabi knelt Shoto once more only to let him drop dead upon the ground. Shoto was choking from all the pain for his hands gripped at the grassy floor to the point of uprooting it.

Dabi couldn't bear with the sight any longer and stared at an astonished (Y/n) who wanted to run to Shoto's aid but feared her own life as to give any movements voluntary or not. "You made the right choice," Nyah sang as she struts over to Dabi and holds his scarred chin within her palm. "Sorry 'bout the shoulder. Now make sure (Y/n) follows us to the hideout or else I'll end you next."

(Y/n) has never seen Dabi's eyes look so lifeless as if all the life had fled upon hurting Shoto to the point of death. She was trying to keep strong, but too couldn't hold the tears back. "Can I..." (Y/n)'s voice wavered. "Can I call him some help? I-I-I can't leave him to die..."

"No," Nyah answered. "This'll be the last time you see him, so say your last goodbyes." Nyah really is a heartless person, yet, this was one of the most heartfelt things she could ever give.

(Y/n) ran over to Shoto where she latched onto him and he did her. "Pull through Shoto!" She wept. "I can't live with myself knowing you died! I'll do whatever it takes to be with you again!"

"Don't say that!" Shoto fought himself to look up at (Y/n). "Don't cry," he dried up her tears with his bloody hand only to smudge it across her face. "Stay strong for me... Okay?" His consciousness was fleeting. Head bobbing, sight fading.

"Just promise me you'll live," She forced his hand to stay on her cheek despite how he no longer had the strength to keep it there.

"Promise..." (Y/n) was sure that Shoto had blacked out now. She's never felt more relieved to hear sirens in all her life. However, sirens weren't music to Dabi and Nyah's ears for they pulled (Y/n) off of Shoto to start their journey to Kurogiri's warping point.
