11. 500 Years Of Solitude

"How is she?" Liz asked, walking over to Kol and Caroline.

"Still not awake" Caroline replied, as her phone started ringing, "It's Klaus, maybe he found a solution".

"Go" Kol said, "Talk to him".

Kol had called Elijah and Klaus, knowing they knew witches at New Orleans who could help Aria, and they promised to call as soon as they found a way to wake Aria up, while Rebekah tried to find Wes for the antidote.

After Caroline left to talk to Klaus, Liz turned to Kol, "What's Meredith saying?" she asked.

"She's being useless as usual" Kol said, "She keeps saying that Aria has less then five hours to wake up, otherwise it will be impossible to save her and the babies".

"Can I see her?" Liz asked.

"Only one person can see her at a time" Kol replied, "And Damon hasn't left Aria's side, he refuses to leave her side until she wakes up, he keeps listening to her and the babies heartbeats making sure they are okay".

"Guys" Caroline said, running over to her mother and Kol, "Klaus and Elijah found a solution".

"What?" Kol asked eagerly.

"Aria's vampire blood isn't healing her, but Damon, he's her soulmate, his blood is the thing that can heal her" Caroline replied.

"What did none of us think of that before?" Kol snapped, walking into Aria's hospital, and immediately his eyes landed on the unconscious tribrid and her worried soulmate, "Damon".

"What?" Damon asked, not taking his eyes off of Aria.

"We found a solution" Kol replied, making Damon face him, "Aria needs her soulmates blood".

"My blood" Damon realised, "Aria needs my blood?".

"According to the witches in New Orleans" Kol replied.

Damon didn't waste any time in asking questions, he quickly grabbed an empty injection, taking some of his blood, Damon carefully injected it into Aria's arm.

"Come on Ria" Damon whispered, "Open your eyes".

Both Kol and Damon very impatiently waited for Aria to wake up, after a few minutes, when both Damon and Kol started to lose hope, Aria gasped and finally opened her eyes.

"Ria", "Ri", both Damon and Kol ran to either side of Aria.

"Are you okay?" Kol asked.

Aria groaned, having trouble adjusting her eyes to the bright light, "Everything hurts, what the hell happened?".

"Wes poisoned you" Kol replied.

Suddenly, everything came back to a hazy Aria, and her eyes immediately fell to her stomach, "Are they--".

"They're fine" Damon assured, grabbing Aria's hand, "Now that you're awake, they are fine".

Aria looked at Damon, "Tell me you killed him, tell me you killed Wes for trying to harm our babies".

Damon sighed, "Wes ran away Ria, no one knows where he is".

"But we promise you Ri, we will find him, and give him the most torturous death ever" Kol promised.

Aria nodded, "Can we go home?" she asked Damon, "I don't like it here".

Damon smiled, "Of course we can".

"Damon, I can walk, you know" Aria said, as Damon carried Aria into their shared room.

"I know" Damon said simply, laying Aria carefully on to their bed.

Before Damon could leave, Aria grabbed his wrist, "Lay with me?" she asked.

"Gladly" Damon replied, laying next to Aria, his back on the headboard, while Aria laid her head on his chest, "Everything okay?" he asked, running his hand through Aria's hair.

"No" Aria admitted, causing Damon to frown.

"What happened?" Damon asked.

"Before I fell unconscious, Wes told me something, he told me how Katherine found my parents" Aria replied.

"And how was that?" Damon asked.

Aria shook her head, tears in her eyes, "I don't want to talk about it, not now, right now, just let me stay here for a while, I just need you".

"I'm here Ria" Damon assured, kissing Aria's forehead, "And when you're ready, know that I will listen".

"I know" Aria whispered, "And I'm not keeping this from you for any specific reason, I just--it's hard to talk about Damon, my parents--I--", Aria couldn't even finish her sentence without sobbing.

"Hey, hey, hey" Damon said, cupping Aria's face and wiping her tears, "Don't cry Ria, you just woke up, you need to relax, whatever it is, you and I will get through it together, I promise you".

"Don't leave me" Aria whispered.

"I'm here as long as you will have me" Damon promised, kissing Aria's forehead.

"Aria!" An excited Caroline yelled, barging into the room with Rebekah.

Damon and Aria separated and looked at them in confusion.

"Were you crying?" Rebekah asked worried.

"Hormones" Aria replied, wiping her tears.

"Well, I have news that will cheer you up" Caroline said, jumping up and down.

"Wes is dead?" Aria asked hopefully.

"No, but Katherine is" Rebekah replied.

"Nearly" Caroline corrected, "Katherine isn't dead yet, but she is dying".

"Seriously?" Aria asked, shocked.

"Seriously" Rebekah confirmed, "Stefan just brought her here, he said that he wanted her to die peacefully".

"In my house?" Damon asked, not happy at all.

"Don't worry, currently, Kol is with her, giving her the worst nightmares ever" Rebekah replied.

"Much better" Damon said.

"You two need to come down, we're doing shots" Caroline said.

"Um, hello, pregnant lady here" Aria reminded.

"I know, which is why I made you fruity mocktails" Caroline said.

"Well, what are we waiting for, let's go" Aria said, eagerly getting out of bed.

"Be careful" Damon said.

"Relax" Aria said, grabbing Damon's hand, "Come on, we need to celebrate".

"Rule number one, think of the worst thing Katherine Pierce has done to you" Damon said, pouring himself, Kol, Jeremy and April some shots, while Aria sat next to him, drinking her mocktail.

"Rule number two, toast to the miserable death she's about to have, then down your drink" Kol said.

"I'm not downing anything" Aria said, "I'm sipping".

"Do whatever you want, your highness" Kol teased.

"Bow down peasant" Aria mocked, making everyone laugh.

"Rule number three, if you come across something that's worse, which you will, repeat rules one and two" Damon stated.

"So, I'm going to be the only sober one here?" Aria asked.

"Actually, so am I" April said, "I never really met Katherine, so she never had any opportunity to mess with me".

"Lucky you" Aria said, handing April a glass of fruity mocktail, "Come on April, stay sober with me".

"Cheers" April said, clinking her glass with Aria's.

"Alright, lets start" Damon said, "She compelled my first love to protect my dickhead of a brother, and then pretended to be buried in a tomb for 145 years while I waited to get my revenge", Damon downed a shot, "Wait, does that beat pretending to be Elena, and kissing me on the front porch of the Gilbert house while I was waiting to tell Aria about how much I love her?"'.

"She actually did that?" April asked shocked.

"Why are you shocked?" Kol asked, "It's in the Petrova bloodline to go for guys who will never love them".

"Technically, I'm part of the Petrova bloodline" Aria reminded.

"No, you're a Connor" Kol said.

"My father was Katherine's descendant" Aria reminded.

"I like to ignore that fact" Kol stated.

Aria chuckled, "Fair enough".

"And Damon, killing your first love, doesn't beat pretending to be Elena just to kiss you" Jeremy said.

"I didn't think so either, damn" Damon said.

"Just down the bloody shot" Kol said, handing Damon another shot.

"Gladly" Damon said, downing the shot, he then handed Jeremy a shot, "Little Gilbert, go".

"She fed me to Silas and I died" Jeremy said.

"Doozy" Damon said, as Jeremy downed the shot.

"Then she made me crash my car into a pole and left me for dead again" Jeremy said.

Aria frowned, "Wait, when was this?".

"When Jeremy was on keeping Katherine away from Silas and closer to Damien duty" Kol replied.

"How come I never knew this?" Aria asked confused.

"Because I healed him, there was nothing you could have done if we told you Ria" Damon replied, "And little Gilbert, double doozy, drink", Jeremy gladly downed another shot.

"Because of her going around and killing the Connor witches, I turned my humanity off and became someone, I don't like to remember" Kol said.

"The psychopathic maniac" Damon said, handing Kol a shot, which he gladly downed, "Time for a group shot".

Damon, Kol and Jeremy downed a shot of bourbon each, while Aria and April drank from their mocktail.

"Hey, what happened to not starting without us" Caroline complained, as her and Rebekah entered the living room.

"Welcome Care Bear and Beks, it's my turn, I hope you guys are ready, this is a long one" Aria said, "Number one, she went around killing all my ancestors just so I wouldn't be born and wouldn't reunite with the Mikaelsons, number two, she murdered my parents, number three, she made Jenna stab herself in the stomach, number four, she kissed the guy I love when he was on the porch waiting for me, number five, she killed me and my best friend".

"Yeah, we're going to need more alcohol, I'll go get get some" April said, standing up.

"Need some help?" Jeremy asked.

April smiled, "I'll be okay".

"Need some help" Kol teased Jeremy in a girly voice, after April left.

Jeremy threw a cushion at Kol, making everyone laugh.

"Ow!" Aria said suddenly.

"What happened?!" Everyone asked.

Aria looked at Damon, she quickly grabbed his hand, and placed it on her stomach, "Ria what are you--".

"Just wait" Aria interrupted.

After a moment, Damon looked at Aria in shock, "Was that--?".

Aria smiled, "They're kicking, and this time, it doesn't even hurt".

Damon looked at Aria's stomach, he was speechless, even if he tried to, he couldn't explain the amount of happiness he was currently feeling.

"I--I don't know what to say" Damon whispered.

"You don't have to say anything" Aria said, "I think I know what you're feeling".

Both Damon and Aria smiled at each other, it was now officially sinking in, that a reality they once only used to dream about, was now so close to them, and they couldn't be any more happier.

"Rumor has it she burned down the entire city of Atlanta once" Damon said.

"That might win" Jeremy said.

"I mean, I wouldn't put it pass her" Aria said, now eating marshmallows.

"Me neither" Rebekah said.

"Alright, knock it off or take it somewhere else" Stefan snapped, entering the living room, making everyone groan in annoyance.

"That last few days were so peaceful without him" Kol complained.

"They were definitely not peaceful, Kol" Aria said.

"Fine, not peaceful, but we were all happy, as soon as he entered the room I can feel my happiness being sucked out" Kol said.

"Has anyone told you that you're a drama queen?" Damon asked.

"You just did" Kol said, throwing one of Aria's marshmallow at Damon.

"Hey!" Aria said, slapping Kol's shoulder, "No food fights with the babies food".

"The babies food?" Damon asked amused.

"Yes, the babies are craving the marshmallows Damon, not me" Aria replied, eating another marshmallow.

"Unbelievable" Kol said amused.

"You guys are being insensitive" Stefan snapped.

"Sucks you aren't dying alongside the bitch" Kol snapped.

"Don't let the sight of a frail, human Elena lookalike, cloud your memories of the manipulative psycho that she is" Damon told Stefan.

Stefan sighed, "In 1864, Katherine moved into my home, compelled me to love her and forget the women I actually loved, tried to seduce my brother--".

"And failed" Damon interrupted.

"Also, not your brother, not anymore" Kol interjected.

"She fed us full of vampire blood, and then started a war with the town that got us killed" Stefan continued.

"Exactly" Damon said.

"But centuries before that, she was just an innocent girl who shunned by her family" Stefan defended, "So for 500 years, she lied and manipulated and did whatever she had to do to survive, and she did, she's a survivor, right? So that's the girl that I will drink to today".

Aria scoffed, she stood up and faced Stefan, "Tell me something Stefan, were your parents murdered by her?" she asked, "Because of her, I was living in a house with man who was responsible for Katherine finding out about my parents and you except me to what, forgive her?".

"What?" Jeremy asked confused.

Aria sighed, "Jer, your dad, Grayson Gilbert, he was the one who told Katherine about my parents, all because my father refused to let him experiment on my mother".

"No" Jeremy whispered, while everyone looked at Aria in shock, "Aria, he took you in, he wouldn't do that".

"It took me in because he felt guilty" Aria said, she then turned to Stefan, "Katherine is the reason my parents will never meet their grandchildren, she is the reason why I grew up in a world that was full of lies, you might be idiot enough to forgive her, but I will never forgive her, she doesn't deserve it".

"Get out" Kol told Stefan, standing up, "You've the ruined the whole mood".

Stefan looked at Aria, who was looking at Jeremy, after a moment, he walked away.

"My dad?" Jeremy whispered shocked, "He's the reason you lost your parents?".

Aria nodded, "I--I didn't want to tell you Jer, I'm sorry, it's just Stefan's words kind of triggered me".

"God, I am so sorry Aria" Jeremy said, "My family has caused you so much pain, I am so sorry".

"Jeremy, none of this is your fault, I don't blame you" Aria assured, "It's okay, whatever happened, it was between our parents, I can't forgive your parents, but I will never blame you for their mistakes".

Jeremy stood up and hugged Aria, "I am so sorry" he cried, "I am so sorry".

"It's okay" Aria whispered, hugging Jeremy back, "It's okay".

"Well, isn't this cozy".

Jeremy and Aria broke their hug and turned towards the voice.

"Nadia, the devil's spawn" Damon said, glaring at Katherine's daughter.

"Katherine's upstairs" Aria said.

"Actually, I'm here to see all of you" Nadia said, "I've found a way to save my mother, and I need some help".

"Absolutely not" Kol snapped, "The bitch is dying, and that to tonight".

"No volunteers" Damon stated.

"I figured as much" Nadia said, "Which is why I found that old safe your brother spent the summer drowning in, and buried it on this property, with your friend April inside of it".

"What?" Jeremy asked shocked.

"I'm going to need you two to come with me" Nadia told Aria and Damon, "And for April's sake, I'd hurry".

"I figured you two wouldn't be stupid enough to refuse" Nadia said, as her, Aria and Damon stepped out of the car and arrived at an unknown location, while everyone else looked for April.

"Congratulations, you're so smart" Aria said sarcastically, "Want a cookie? Now that we're here, where is April?".

"April will be freed once you help me get what I need" Nadia replied.

"Which is what, exactly?" Damon asked, grabbing Aria's hand, as both of them followed Nadia.

"I need a traveler" Nadia replied, "Katherine was born into a traveler bloodline, she can make herself be a passenger in someone else's body if a traveler teaches her how to do it".

"Just so we're clear, once April is found you and your mother are both dead" Aria stated, "I've had a shitty couple of days and I no longer take well to people threatening my friends, don't say I didn't warn you".

Nadia ignored Aria, "We're here".

"So now what?" Aria asked, "You except us to help you let Katherine take over some innocent person's life?".

"Not just anyone's life" Nadia snapped, "Mine".

"What?" Damon asked shocked.

"I'm going to make her a passenger in my body" Nadia replied, walking forward.

Damon and Aria exchanged a worried look, but nonetheless followed Nadia.

Nadia, Damon and Aria entered the old, abandoned house.

"This place is disgusting" Damon commented.

"Traveler don't have much" Nadia said, "They're always on the move, but on the plus side, sometimes their services can be bought", a girl walked behind Aria and Damon, "I found one who named the right price".

"You brought them" the traveler said, "The Damien and Adriana doppelgangers".

Aria and Damon exchanged an alarm look, not knowing what was happening.

"Yes, Mia, are you ready to make the deal?" Nadia asked.

"What the hell is going on?" Aria asked confused.

"I have a feeling the right price was the doppelgangers of Damien and Adriana" Damon realised.

"I'm sorry, but they asked for Damien and Adriana's doppelgangers, no idea why" Nadia informed.

Before Damon or Aria could do anything, Nadia grabbed Mia, and speeded away, before Damon or Aria could leave, the door shut.

"Dammit!" Damon yelled, as the sun started burning him, "These freaks are messing with our rings, we can't go outside".

All of a sudden a bunch of travelers made their way over to Damon and Aria, chanting something even Aria couldn't understand.

"We're surrounded" Aria realised.

Damon and Aria were pushed towards a corner, as the house started breaking apart and the travelers got closer.

"What's happening?" Aria asked, extremely confused.

"I don't know" Damon admitted, equally as confused.

"My magic isn't working on them Damon" Aria said in a panicked voice.

"Today is the wrong day for your magic to not be working" Damon said.

"So much for a relaxing day" Aria mumbled.

"So you're telling me, standing in this corner, trying to avoid the sun while at the same time trying to figure out what these freaks want, isn't relaxing?" Damon teased.

Aria laughed, "Stop making me laugh, this isn't a situation I should be laughing in".

"Relax Ria, if these people were trying to hurt us, they would have done that already, something tells me they want something else" Damon said.

Both Damon and Aria watched, as one of the travelers placed two buckets infront of the couple, and said something neither the vampire or tribrid understood.

"Is there any chance you know what they're saying?" Aria asked Damon.

"No chance at all" Damon replied.

The man pulled out a knife, "Damon" Aria said, suddenly very worried.

The man grabbed Aria's arm, Damon grabbed Aria's arm, making the traveler glare at him.

"It's okay" Aria assured Damon, as the man made a cut in on Aria's arm, "Looks like we're here because they want our doppelganger blood".

"Looks like it" Damon said, as the man made a cut on Damon's wrist.

"Odds on ripping his head off?" Aria asked.

"I'll take any odds, but you think if we kill him the rest will back down as well?" Damon asked, "And lets not forget all these boards, if they fall down, we're screwed".

"Right" Aria whispered, "So we stand quietly while they take our blood?".

"For now" Damon replied, looking around and trying to come up with a plan that will save him and Aria.

Aria looked down at her wrist, then at Damon's, "Uh, Damon, why are we not healing?".

"What the hell are these people doing to us?" Damon asked confused.

"How much more blood do they want?" Aria asked, her feet starting to hurt.

"I don't know" Damon replied, "I have a question".

"Here?" Aria asked shocked.

"We have nothing better to do" Damon replied.

"Fair enough" Aria said, "Ask away".

"Hypothetically speaking, if someone was to propose to a girl they love, how should they do it?" Damon asked.

Aria looked at Damon in confusion, "What kind of question is that?".

"I'm curious" Damon defended, "I want to know what's your fairytale proposal".

"Why? Are you going to propose to me?" Aria teased.

"One day" Damon replied, "Answer the question Ria".

"My fairytale proposal?" Aria asked, Damon nodded, "Well, if I was to ever get proposed, I wouldn't want it to be indoors, I would want it to be outdoors".

"Day or night?" Damon asked.

"Night" Aria replied, "Definitely night, I want to get proposed under the stars".

"Flowers?" Damon asked.

"Stargazers" Aria replied.

"Dinner?" Damon asked.

"Desert" Aria corrected, "Cheesecake to be precise".

"Dance?" Damon asked.

"Slow dance" Aria replied, "On a romantic song".

"What kind of ring would you want?" Damon asked.

"Something simple" Aria replied, "Nothing too heavy, but something that tells people that I'm no longer available".

"Hmm" Damon said.

"Why so many questions?" Aria asked confused.

"Taking note for the future" Damon replied.

"The future?" Aria asked.

"The far future" Damon clarified.

"And here I thought you were planning to propose to me soon" Aria teased, "But hey, in the future you should totally include our kids when you propose to me".

Damon chuckled, "I'll keep that in mind".

Damon kissed Aria's forehead, and then both of them looked at the travelers, who were now silent and were just creepily staring at them.

"You think they were eavesdropping?" Aria asked.

"I wouldn't put it past them" Damon replied.

Aria looked down at wrist, then at Damon's, the cuts on both their wrist were healed.

"So now that you have a bucket of our blood, are we done?" Aria asked, but no one said anything.

Damon slowly put his hand up near the sunlight and realised it no longer burned him.

"Let's go" Damon said, grabbing Aria's hand, and both of them quickly walked out the house.

After Damon and Aria came back to the boarding house, Aria went over to talk to Liz, while Damon and Kol sat outside, drinking bourbon.

"So Ri, really didn't clock that you were planning to propose to her soon?" Kol asked.

"Nope" Damon replied, "I can be sneaky when I want to".

Kol chuckled, "Sure, whatever you say".

Damon looked at Kol, "How do you do it?".

"Do what?" Kol asked confused.

"How do you sit here and listen to me talk about Ria and our marriage, while being in love with her?" Damon asked, "If I was in your position, I wouldn't be able to take it".

"Oh you didn't know, I'm just waiting for you to screw up so I can swoop in and become Ri's knight in shining armor" Kol joked.

"I'm being serious Kol" Damon said.

Kol sighed, "I'm not your brother Damon, I can see how much Ri loves you, I can see that if you guys were to ever separate, Ri will never love another guy again, plus I've already experienced her love, a thousand years ago, she was and probably will always be the best thing that has ever happened to me, to both of us, and I'd rather have her in my life as a friend, then have her hate me for trying to come between her and you".

"You're right" Damon whispered, "She is the best thing that's ever happened to me, I can't live without her".

"Me neither" Kol said, downing his drink.

"There's something that has been bugging me" Damon said.

"What?" Kol asked confused.

"I'm no better then Katherine" Damon replied.

"Excuse me?" Kol asked shocked.

"I've gone around killing generations of Whitmores, just like Katherine did to the Connor bloodline" Damon replied, "Sometimes I wonder what if Ria and our kids will be happier without me".

"You're such an idiot" Kol said, pouring himself another drink.

"That's all you have to say?" Damon asked.

"Yeap" Kol replied.

"I was excepting something motivational" Damon said.

"Fine" Kol said, downing his drink, "What you did to the Whitmore family, they deserved it, as Wes showed, that even after you killed Dr. Whitmore, the other Whitmores never stopped, they had it coming, but the Connor witches, they shouldn't have died, don't compare yourself to Katherine, because she's a vengeful bitch, you are just, you".

Damon chuckled, "Wow".

"I'm not done" Kol said, "Ri's happiness lies with you, without you, she wouldn't be happy, and those kids, they are going to need their father, whether it's how to each to teach them to be good, or how to be bad, that depends on you".

Damon let Kol's words sink in, "I need something from you".

"What? My pep talk wasn't enough?" Kol asked.

"I'm a vampires, with a lot of enemies" Damon said, "I don't know what the future holds for me, so I need you to promise me something".

"Don't" Kol warned, knowing where this was going.

"Promise me you will take care of Ria and the babies" Damon said, "Be the father figure they need".

"I'm not promising anything" Kol snapped, "I'm going to be in those kids lives but not as their father, that's your role".

"Would it kill you to just assure me that you will be here for them?" Damon snapped.

"Yes Damon, it will" Kol snapped back, "Why do you always think about the negatives? Why not for the first time in your life just look at the positives?".

"I will have to agree with my brother on that one".

Damon and Kol turned around to see Klaus and Elijah standing there.

"Well, looks like it's a full house tonight" Kol said, standing up and hugging his brothers.

"What are you guys doing here?" Damon asked confused.

"We were meant to come yesterday, but we got held up" Elijah replied.

"We wanted to see Ari" Klaus informed.

"What's with the leaves in your hair?" Damon asked confused.

Klaus quickly took out the one leaf he forgot to get out, "Don't worry about it" he said quickly.

Damon and Kol exchanged an amused look, "By any chance, does Blondie know you're back?".

"Don't start with me" Klaus warned.

"Did you and Caroline have sex, in the woods?" Kol asked amused.

"Would you two shut up" Klaus snapped.

Kol laughed, "Oh my god, you totally did".

"Alright, Kol, that's enough" Elijah said, equally as amused, "Where's Aria?".

"Inside with Liz" Damon replied.

"Till they're talking, come get drunk with us, brothers" Kol said.

"Gladly" Klaus said.

"Maybe a drunk Klaus will admit that he and Blondie had sex in the woods" Damon teased.

"Sod off" Klaus mumbled, making the other three laugh.

Aria entered Stefan's room, where she knew Stefan had kept Katherine, Aria and Liz had a talk after her and Damon returned, and Liz made Aria realise that she needed to get everything she wanted to say to Katherine out of her system, she was about to become a mother, and they were a few things she just couldn't carry with her towards motherhood, there were some things Aria needed to leave behind.

As soon as Aria sat beside Katherine, she gasped and opened her eyes in shock, "Wow, you really don't want to die, do you?" Aria asked, "I could sworn your heart just stopped".

"Where am I?" Katherine asked confused.

"Unfortunately, you're still alive" Aria replied.

"I thought I was a goner there for a second" Katherine said, "And I still have unfinished business".

"You and me both" Aria said, "I'm about to become a mother, of three, if I'm going to be a good mother, there's somethings I need to let go of, I will never forgive you for killing my parents, you don't deserve it, Stefan wanted me to remember the seventeen year old you who went through hell, but I can't do that, I was ten, when I saw my parent's dead body, and that scene haunts me to this day, I'm sorry you went through hell, but you had no right to take my parents from me, you had no right to kill my best friend, to kill me, you had no right to go around killing my ancestors, Natalie, she was your best friend, but you couldn't even be loyal to her, for a long time, I was angry with you Katherine, but I can't be angry forever, I deserve better, so I'm letting you know, I'm no longer angry, I just feel sorry for you, you pushed everyone away from, and if I die tonight, I will have a lot of people mourning me, but you only have your daughter, so Katherine, before you die, you should know I'm no longer angry, I don't have it in me to be angry anymore".

"Good for you" Katherine said, letting out a cough, "Now, maybe you can help a girl out, give me one more syringe, and if anyone's gonna plunge a needle in me one last time, it may as well be you".

Aria sighed, "Fine" she said, grabbing a syringe and uncapping it, she grabbed Katherine's arm.

"Aria" Katherine said, "Thank you for not being angry anymore".

Aria nodded, "I did it for me, not so much for you, but still, you're welcome".

Aria injected Katherine with the sedative, before Aria could stand up, Katherine put her hand on either side of Aria's side and said something in Czech, causing Aria's eyes to go black, Aria fell on the bed unconscious, while Katherine closed her eyes.

Aria woke up when her phone started ringing, Aria groaned and slowly sat up again, "Hello?".

The women on the other line said something Czech, causing Aria's eyes to go black again.

"Hello? Are you there?" Nadia asked.

"I'm here" Aria replied.

"Talk to me, did it work?" Nadia asked.

"Of course it worked" Aria replied, "I'm Katherine Pierce, I survive, I'll see you soon".

Katherine, who was now in Aria's body, walked over to the mirror, and checked her body out.

"The pregnancy is going to be a nightmare" Katherine mumbled, "Everything else, is perfect".

Presenting 5x11 of The Vampire Diaries . . .

How was the chapter? Don't hate me for the ending, it was either let Katherine take over Aria's body for a brief moment, or make Aria go into a beauty sleep for two seasons, I knew one of these storylines I wanted to do, and since everyone on my message board was highly against Aria missing her children growing, I'm going with this story line 🙈
