you sat next to colby on his bed, his head down low and he stayed silent. your hands interlocked with his, your thumb running over his. your head laid on his shoulder.

"what about a break." he broke the silence. you bit your lip feeling bad. "i.. i don't know. what if i get even more hate for-"

"colby," you rested your hand on his shoulder picking your head up. "stop thinking negative, you will be okay. a break sounds like a good idea. maybe not the same for sam but you should have one, for your own sanity."

he looked at you, his eyes were light and full of sad emotions. you saw tears form in his eyes, quickly putting your hands on his face. "don't cry.." before you finished the sentence a tear dropped from his eye.

you pulled his body into a hug feeling his soft embrace and his hands grip the back of your hoodie. your arms wrapped comfortably around his neck stuffing your face in between your arm and his head.

"i love you."

"i love you more.." you gently played with his hair in the back.
