you put on some black ripped jeans, that were high waisted, your somewhat combat boots and a cute little red half shirt. you walked down the stairs jumping a hit from excitement. colby was standing by the table talking to sam about the plans.

"david's house is where it's at i think." colby said putting his phone down. he looked over at you as you walked over sliding you hand across his torso.

"want to leave now, it's 6." sam requested. colby nodded taking your hand before looking down at you. he kissed you a couple times before smiling.

"you're even beautiful with your normal fit on, baby." he whispered. you put your hands on his chest before kissing his cheek and walking over to kat who was waiting by the door.

"okay girl look at you. that my best friend!" you squealed once you saw katrina, trying to hype her up.

"oh come on, that's all you." you both started to laugh before walking out and taking different cars. sam and kat in one car,  you and colby in another.

when you and colby got in you turned on the radio and put on some juice wrld 'legends'. you and colby sang and jammed out the whole way to davids.

"stay here!" he said quickly once you got the davids and jumped out of the car. he ran over to your side opening the door and smiling. you just chuckled.

"you're cute, brock." you kissed him before grabbing your stuff and walking into davids. once you got to the door you walked in and saw about 20 people there, more to come.

"yo, zane!" you yelled. you and zane have been clsoe friends for a while now and that's how you and colby had met. you ran over to him and hugged him tightly before saying hi to everyone else.

once you were done saying hi to everyone you sat down on the couch that was opened and went on twitter to check out some things. you felt someone jump next to you, making you look at the and realize it was colby.

"you scared me." you said putting your phone down and playing with little parts of his hair. he smiled and laid down next to you.

you had about another hour until the ball dropped for 2019 and everyone was siting a round playing games, recording for vlogs, do crazy shit and etc. you and colby were on the couch having some depends conversations with your friends.

more people came for about another 30 minutes until it was a few more minutes until the ball dropped. everyone stood up watching the tv whole a performance was going on. once it hit 1 minutes everyone got ready with their things.

"5!" everyone yelled  and started to count down.

"4!"

"3!"

"2!"

"1!"

"HAPPY NEW YEARS!" everyone yelled  and popped their confetti. colby gripped your waist turning you around before kissing you, and holding you tightly. you wrapped your arms around his neck kissing back. you both let go and saw people pointing cameras at everyone that kissed including you and colby.

you blushed and smiled before looking back at colby, "toast? to another year?" you put you glass up to him. he smiled.

"to another year." he hit your glass kissing you before taking a sip.

wow 2018 was a hard ass year, anyone agree?

this year was such a good but bad experience for me. the best days i had tot he worst showed me soooo much, and how i should change. the mistakes in my past will forever be a process for me to push forward and do better.

to the people that actually take their time to appreciate my book and the love i spread to them.. you guys mean so much.

this book was a HUGE coping mechanism and it helped so much. when i was happy or sad, mad, etc. this book would be where i would go.

fuck the people that thought i wouldn't be anything fuck my ex's that ruined me, but made me into a better person. fuck the haters. fuck living normal and doing the rules all the time. fuck following the law, just do you. you, yes you, your own person has so much creativity and ability to do so many things.. don't let anything or anyone stop you.

you guys deserve the best year since you made my 2018 a good one. the people i met this year, to the people i lost.. they showed me who i can trust and who i can follow in footsteps.

don't change yourself for people this year. do you. if people don't like the change in you cause you want to be yourself, fuck them and get them out of your life. they're toxic and don't deserve your love.
