"you can go run away and your father and i could care less!" your own mother screamed at you. you didn't feel upset or sad, you felt angry and unwanted,

"wasn't planning on it. but thanks for that, will be noted." you pointed to your head before you ran up the stairs and walked to your bedroom. you walked in laying on your bed, your dark room making you feel better for some reason.

"i can't be here.." you whispered. you sat up grabbing your phone on the side table texting colby, your boyfriend.

you told him to meet you in the woods, by the creek that you both like to go when wanting to get away. you lived right in front of the woods, unlike colby who lives another 2 blocks away.

you laid back down waiting for his reply so you knew for sure to go, and not to be alone. when you heard the ring of a message coming through, you quickly looked and saw him say "gotchu :)". you put on a black hoodie then a furry flannel type coat. you already had leggings on so you just went with that.

you quietly went downstairs after hearing your parents close their bedroom door. walking out the door and running into the woods you heard another ring on your phone.

you slowed down, since you were far enough in, and looked at your phone.

you smiled before putting it away and walked the rest of the way, admiring the dark atmosphere that you've always loved.

the crunching of leaves soothed your mind, which colby never understood. once you heard the river you smiled.

once you got to the creek, you sat on a large rock that was between the water and land. you put your legs up to their chest grabbing a rock and skipping it in the water.

"boo." someone whispered in your ear.

"eh!" you screeched.  you jumped up and turned around in fear, see colby smiling at you. "jesus." you clutches your heart. your heart beating fast from him scaring you.

"i'm sorry." he chuckled walking over to you. he ducked his head down a bit while wrapping his arms around your waist, kissing you. you wrapped your arms around his neck and kissed back.

"thanks for coming at-" you paused looking at your phone time. "2:00 AM." he just nodded and laughed before sitting on the rock you were sitting on. you crawled up next to him resting your head on his shoulder.

"isn't that my jacket?" he said in the silence.

"uh, no it's my main hoes." you laugh looking up at him.

"wow. what hurt more was that i'm not your main." he chuckled. you put your fingers up to your lips telling him to be quiet. he just smiled at you before putting his hand around your waist and staring at the creek.

after awhile you got up and grabbed some rocks calling colby over. he walked over to you and watched as you tried to skip it across the water.

watching him fail miserably, you laughed really hard. the sound of crickets and your laugh.. plus the rock hitting the water was the only thing heard.

"don't make fun of me!" he chuckled. you threw one in, seeing how it perfectly slid across the water. "how- what!"

"don't get so butt hurt, look." you went behind colby, grabbing his hand with yours and showing him how to throw it. "ready?" he nodded. you flung your hand with his in it, making the rock fly out and slide across the water.

"see. not so hard." you said letting go looking up at him. the bright moon shining down at his concentrating face.

"look i did it! i did it!" he looked down at you, seeing your smile grow. he pushed up against you, kissing you, running his hands up your side to your face. he pushed you against the rock making him bend over you a bit.

your lips never seemed to separate as they liked to stick together from each other's love. colby dipped his head to your neck, kissing lightly finding your sweet spot. you moaned at the subtle actions, gripping his hair.

he went back up to your lips kissing them 3 times before looking back at you. you both smiled at each other, liking each other's company.

you pushed him up before engulfing him in a hug. he was shocked at first before hugging you back very tightly. you started to cry from the home you hate living in, and how your life was giving up on you, except for colby.

"baby.. don't cry what's wrong." he asked, genuinely concerned. "i love you, please know that." he picked up your head so you were looking up at him. you modded, closing your eyes before he hugged you again.

he brought you to the rock sitting down, letting you sit in between his legs, and put his arms around your waist with his head in your shoulder whispering cute things in your ears. you would smile or giggle every once and awhile from his comments making you happy.

"so can you tell me what's wrong now?"  he said in a weird voice, lightning up the mood.

"well, my parents think i'm a disappointment. my friends don't really appreciate me roaming around and finding new friends. you're the only person that actually supports me." you silently said.

"but isn't one person enough?" he asked. he rested his chin on your shoulder, pouting making you upset.

"don't pout please, i get sad." you turn over a bit, putting your hands on his face and rubbing your thumb lightly over his cheeks. "you really are the only person i need, but even my parents hate me. what am i going to do if i lose you.."

"you won't lose me. i can promise you that now.." he kissed your cheek before resting his head on you.

you stared up at the sky and smiled from how happy this boy made you.
